After locating my appointment in the scheduling system, I was given two forms to complete. The lobby had a handful of people in it, so it wasn't crowded. There is plenty of seating in the lobby to accommodate patients with a family member or friend. After completing the forms, it only took about ten minutes before I was called in. The MRI tech took me to a men's changing room to change into a medical gown. There were also a set of about six lockers in the changing room that are secured with a key. The tech escorted me to the MRI room and explained everything while setting me up on the MRI machine. The tech who assisted me during this process was friendly and professional. I had a good experience here and I would utilize them again.

I have been plagued by chronic lower & upper intestinal and internal organ pain for @least 7 years now....... & ............ Counting, unfortunately, and that has gone undiagnosed for just as long if not longer in all truthfulness... Today's visit, is all about, confirming whether or not, there is a "Paraesophageal Hernia present in my body". My future surgeon, Dr. Antonio Coirin, MD, whom my Mother & I met earlier in this week, informed me that I did NOT have this type of Hernia, but that he'd like to have just one more diagnostic done and that was a "FLUOROSCOPY & ESOPHAGRAM", performed, outside of his office..... (Clear copy of the actual procedural Doctors order for Precision Imaging downloaded to this Yelp! review. Good News, is that they scheduled it for the very next day however, Mom & I were so exhausted from the round-trip commute to the office, and the disappointing medical news received, because, we don't reside in Modesto and the reality of the situation (was sinking in for us both) which was looking rather grim at least............................................ A little detour here now... I have photo's uploaded to this Yelp! review detailing all that I am journaling here... It just feels more complete & explanatory to me........................... This office is expansive! There are multiple long hallways that were clean and professional as was the flooring in ALL areas of this medical professional office. Nice, attractive & soothing is their choice of coloring on the walls of the hallways; welcoming ..... There is "pride" in ownership, here, and it is welcoming once you get past the "eager" ladies at the front desk............... Changing Rooms for the females (sign on the door lists it as a female-only room. As I was mentioning, this changing room where you may or may not need to remove clothing and don a gown. I had to loose the clothing but was able to keep my shoes and socks on; everything else; had to go. I'd rather keep all my clothing on but understand with "radiological procedures", the need to have ZERO metallic and/or cumbersome items not be copesetic with the diagnostics that are ordered. If your a tad-on-the-cool-side, as in body temperature you may consider wearing some heavy sock and heavy underwear. I wasn't frozen, but I was a bit chilled once the procedures began................................................. So if a male patient is looking for services here you may want to reach out to the office by phone & inquire as to that. In the end, I drank a total of 4 large containers of barium in-order to complete the Esophagram (Defined by the National Cancer Instituge (.gov) as: (ee-SAH-fuh-gram) A series of x-ray pictures of the esophagus taken after a patient drinks a liquid containing barium sulfate (a form of the silver-white metallic element barium). The barium sulfate coats and outlines the inner wall of the esophagus so that it can be seen on the x-ray pictures. & Fluoroscopy (Defined by the CDC, Centers of Disease Control, U.S.A. is: "Fluoroscopy is a medical procedure that makes a real-time video of the movements inside a part of the body by passing x-rays through the body over a period of time. X-rays are a form of ionizing radiation." The radiology staff (2 people) were professional and serious; borderlining nervous. Have clue not 1 as to why they may have potentially nervous, I am a watcher so I pay attention........ And then it was over & done with! Didn't feel nauseated from all the barium and was instructed more than once to drink plenty of water so as to not get constipated from the barium.... So far so good as today it's now 24 hours after-the-fact and besides having pretty painful cramping, diarrhea & lower bowel pain, I feel just fine. I'm being serious, I do ;)....... The parking lot is very spacious with enough empty slots for parking. We are both disabled; me and my Mother, but we didn't see many Disability Parking Slots around. That was disappointing..... I am planning on refreshing with updates this Yelp! Business Review since we have 5-weeks of DAILY Radiation to prepare for & execute to completion..... A really sorry billing service/business.

No other group of physicians or medical providers were rushing me to pay bills as insurance was still being worked out, except these heartless folks. After getting various bills all from the same stay and same patient and all different account numbers, they reported me to collections over $240 even though I had called their office spoke to them and my insurance. What a heartless bunch this group is. All of this after having over $420,000 in hospital bills and an 1" stack thick pile of statements. Steer clear of these folks, heartless and no compassion here folks.

I suffer from severe and debilitating headaches with horrible anxiety, nausea and vomiting and to make it worse I passed out and fell in my bathroom around 10pm last night so my poor husband took me to the ER at Memorial Hospital and once we got there around 12:30am we waited to get triaged. We waited 21/2 freaking hours and still didn't get triaged. So around 2;30am I asked if I could get triaged anytime soon and then I was told that I still have 6 people ahead of me. Being in so much pain and anxious my husband brought me back home and I haven't even slept in close to 30 hours now. I had some hope that this nurse practitioner will atleast try or pretend to give a damn about me and my condition but even after I explained everything to him including the big hematoma on the right side of my head this idiot didn't even do any basic work up to make sure that I didn't suffer anything serious after my fall. I literally just get passed around from one doctor to another without any help. I'm desperate for some help but nobody wants to do anything. I've worked all my life as a nurse and believe in respect, compassion and understanding and unfortunately I'm not getting anything like that. If these wanna be doctors can show some respect, understanding and compassion and try to listen to the patients instead of talking to me with very condescending and rude then they will never make a good and caring doctors or just humans. It's always about how much money they can make and not how to properly treat another person.

Got annoyed, thought I got lost in the queue, hung up and called back. The 2nd call I held for 40 min, the rep came back and as soon as she did the call dropped. I've been in the medical field for 20 years and if there is a call that gets disco'd, you know what I do? I CALL THE PATIENT BACK!! My info is in their system because of my x-ray last week and I had already given this rep my name and DOB so she knows who I am! Now I am on my THIRD phone call and so far I've been on hold for another whole hour! Just to tell me if they got the order from my doctors office? How long does it take to actually click a few buttons and tell me if they got the referral??? This is absolutely unacceptable! I have spent most of my afternoon on HOLD. While holding I thought, I'm going to see what their reviews say and sure as sh!t, the SAME issue with OTHER patients. Do better Valley MRI & Radiology!
