That is not what I expected from Lowe's! I used have respect for them, but as a result of that visit and that comment, I will always go to Menards! I hate Home Depot because I was screwed by a salesman there almost 10 years ago by overcharging me on appliances when I clearly told him I did Not want features on a washer/dryer I bought new! My store of choice is Menards! They respect and assist their customers!
