Had to drive a fair distance using them for a warranty repair. When we went to settle up the warranty only included the parts, which I understand. But they stated it's only covers seven dollars in parts, and if you want that cost of parts removed we would have to come back again for someone to change the ticket. I could have stayed local- non warranty and been better off, and will next time. read more

If I could give less stars I definatly would. Why would anyone do business with a company that acts like they are doing you a favor just for being there . Went in to buy a part and got nothing but attitude and no help. It was not what he said but how he said it with an attitude. I'm a small business owner and if I ever caught one of my employees talk to a customer with an attitude like he had I would fire him and I think I was speaking with the owner. I have had them service my mower for the last few years but had never went in to their store. They are definitly not servicing my mower again. I really wish I could give fewer stars. purchased a new blower in October. used briefly and the engine went out. took it in for service. after implying it was probably something I did and that I probably used the wrong oil, they said they would check it out and call me in a few days. after two weeks I heard nothing. I had to call them. they told me they had to order a new engine. finally called me after three weeks and after the season was over. when I picked it up it was filthy and they were rude. I'll never do business with this company again. read more

We were blown away by the level of respect that was show to us. We were on our way to the cemetery to bury grandpa. An employee, I believe by the name of Todd, pulled over to the side of the road and got out of his vehicle. Very impressed with both sales and service. Most of my experience is with service. The service manager, Kevin, is awesome-- he goes above and beyond and really cares about customers. They have fair prices and go out of their way to educate customers so equipment problems don't pop back up again if they can be curtailed with normal maintenance. Well done! read more

Agreed, ZERO STARS! Love to sell but don't care about you after the sale. They talk to the customer like your stupid when a mower is in for repair. Better have two mowers or a baler because it takes them forever to get things fixed and you will be lucky if they know how to fix it. Avoid at all costs, Period!!!!! read more
