We ordered some of our usual favorites and were told the food would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. One of the biggest issues we've experienced at other Sushi Sake locations is inconsistent wait times, so I set a timer on my phone out of curiosity. To my surprise, when I returned exactly 20 minutes later, my order was hot, fresh, and ready for pickup. That alone impressed me, but the best was yet to come. Once I got home and started serving the food, everyone in my household was amazed. The portions were incredibly generous, and the quality was outstanding. The Hialeah Fried Rice was so large that it easily fed four people.
