Disappointed in the lack of customer service displayed to both us as well as the customer who was in the lobby with us. Disappointed in the poor management of the company's website and socials regarding their need/decision to simply cancel to go orders without any explanation nor accommodation. Both our party and the woman previously mentioned left empty handed. Simply, we were told we would receive a reverse of any charges made. The other female customer was told to bring up the cancellation of her order with Door Dash directly. This restaurant is not new. The current location of which and where they operate from is relatively new. This restaurant is no longer worth our time and other resources. A simple explanation to what or why a refusal to fulfill our order, a simple apology for any inconvenience and or lack of communication via their website would have gone a ways.
