You can find it in a hallway on the Dillard's side. Though there are only 2 tables near the restaurant there are plenty just a short walk away in the main hallway. As usual everything looked and tasted great!! We found everything so flavorful that soy sauce and ginger were not necessary. We thought the rolls were both great but the Red Dragon was preferred. Went to order edamame and sushi bc the TV screen showed a good price and picture. Once I ordered I checked my receipt and it showed different from what the prices on the screens were. I approached the gentleman and asked him about the price difference. He replied that they had a new menu and an old menu, that I was going off of their old menu. I was confused when I heard this because I went off of what the screen was showing me. I let him know that I was going off of the menu on the screens and it was not right to be charged a different amount. Pretty sure that's called false advertisement. He refused to serve me. You wouldn't expect sushi in a mall to be good but this place has consistently good sushi! The chef is super friendly and makes everything to order. The portions are pretty large and you never have to wait very long. My only slight complaint is the pieces are sometimes big for my mouth - but I can deal with that! My partner is Japanese and he's said this is about the freshest fish he's gotten in Albuquerque! We made it a habit to drop by whenever possible. The portions are very generous and the rolls are a pretty good size. Pricey but sushi is pricey anywhere. read more

Who would've thought the mall of all places would have some great sushi. We've passed by this place every time we visited the mall & said, "we should try that...". Well today was the day & it did not disappoint. The prices were not bad. We ordered a rainbow roll, spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, tuna sashimi & a seaweed salad. With tip, it came out to $50. My bf is picky about the rainbow roll but this one was to his liking. The rolls were pretty big! I enjoyed everything we ate. It was fresh & tasty. The staff were friendly & quick. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious this place is! My best friend always raved about it but I was like "cmon girl it's in the mall" but she finally got me here and I'm glad she did!! It has a very fresh taste to it, and the rice was immaculate (I praise someone who can make rice well). & presentation was 10/10 for all their plates! I was thoroughly impressed with the volcano roll. In a weird way it reminded me of a hamburger but didn't taste like one at all haha it was definitely my favorite roll we had. I also tried their sesame balls as a dessert for the first time & really enjoyed them. To describe them they are kind of like a donut ball with a thick cream filling, super yummy! We also ordered the Sakura Roll, Crunchy Roll, Spider Roll, California Roll, & Edamame & Seaweed Salad for appetizers. The California Roll is a must here it is just better here than anywhere else I've had in town - try it & you'll know what I'm talking about! So, I know like many of you, I don't associate great sushi with mall food courts, but that's where Sushi Roller proved me wrong! We had plans to go to a movie at the mall and decided to grab a quick bite in the food court beforehand. We passed a table with some of the most beautiful sushi I had ever seen! I noticed Sushi Roller and walked over to peruse the menu. They have great photos of their rolls at the "sushi bar" and you mark what you'd like on a dry-erase menu. Well, we had to try them and we absolutely made the right choice! I had the Godzilla roll (which was tempura flash fried deliciousness and enormous) and sesame balls and my husband had the green chile roll and shrimp tempura roll. All of the food is made fresh to order and ready so quickly! Everything we ordered was so delicious and the man and woman who made the food and served us were so kind and wonderful. So this was my first time ever trying Sushi Roller and I have to say I am impressed! The roll was so big and so tasteful you really get a good bang for your buck!! I literally had to go back and tip more because I was so pleased with the amount of sushi I got for only $12!! Like most sushi places give you such small quantity for such an expensive price and the roll will still come out not even half as good at Sushi Rollers did! I'm so glad I gave this place a chance, because it's sooo good, and great service. Not to mention, really great prices for the quality and portion sizes! I'm a little different than most, I would prefer a smaller roll so I can dunk it and fit it in my mouth without falling appart. I wish the wasabi was a little more spicy but still worth the trip. I rarely give five stars because restaurants rarely earn them. This place was fantastic. Huge portions. My husband got black dragon rolls x2 and I ordered three rolls. We can usually eat a ton of sushi and we couldn't finish this. The owners told us it was too much but we didn't believe him. The jalapeño bombs were the bomb and the roll made with the deeper fried green chili was great. The black dragons had almost a whole eel on them. I could go on and on but you get the picture.
