Then the noodles we lacking any sauce, and was totally stuck together. Of course I ate it but I was disappointed, the last time I had gone there everything was perfection, and the key to great food is consistency, consistency, consistency. I'll be going back hoping it was just an off night. The service is great and I love the coziness of the place. Try it out and let me know how it was:)

It's understandable that a business needs to make money, but the for the amount of food we would order, it just didn't make sense to pay $10 or more for the same dishes that were $6-7 before. It wasn't only that the prices had gone up, but that the quality of the food had started to decline, and then the portion sizes started to shrink. It just doesn't feel worthwhile to go there anymore. This was only a personal opinion, the food was still alright, I guess I was just spoiled at how good this place used to be. So for those interested, it is worth giving it a try. They have a BYOB policy, plus the SAQ is across the street, and the staff has always been friendly. So no complaints there.

It came with the mac salad and a green salad as a side on my plate. I read another review here that said the mac salad was tasteless, but it was pretty on par with the mac salads I've had in Hawaii. The waitress also suggested an "all-purpose sauce" to go with the lechon and I really quite liked it! Preferred it to the default vinegar sauce that my dish came with. My boyfriend ordered one of their brunch dishes: the chicken and waffles. It came with ube butter! And you can actually taste the ube! The pancake itself was banana-based in taste. The chicken was perfectly fried, but my boyfriend said it was a little bit too salty. But I thought it was alright in saltiness. We also got a spam and tamago musubi to share. Glad to see musubi offered! It was freshly made and quite warm to the touch when it got to us. Yum! Overall, loved the decor here and happy with the variety of dishes offered! My fiancé got the margarita which I can't remember what it was called and a Moscow mule, a classic.

I started off with the Imperial Rolls and for my main I ordered the Singapore Noodles with chicken. Pooh ordered the Yaki Udon with filet mignon. We also had a bottle of rosé. The imperial rolls (2) were hot, crispy and not greasy. The sauce was thick and had a nice tang and not too sweet. The Singapore Noodles were hot, the vegetables were crispy and the curry was present without being overwhelming; the bean sprouts were warm and still had a good snap to them. A great dish; very tasty and filling. Pooh's portion was generous, filled with vegetables and enveloped with a tasty beef sauce. The table that we were sat at is low. I'm 6'2" so I cannot bend my legs at 90 degrees without hitting the table. If you have long legs request a higher table. We will return
