The lady initially said a 40 minute wait which was a bit overzealous I think in the snowstorm that day. I called at the hour.15 mark and they were really very sweet about explaining the delay. Total wait was 1.5 hours which was totally reasonable with the weather that day. I do find it a bit too expensive as far as sushi goes, but it really was fantastic and fresh. No fishy taste whatsoever which gets my 100% seal of approval. I would definitely order from here again. I give it 4.5 stars rounded up in good faith that service and freshness will remain.
