Highly recommend! Sushi Ko is located in a small food truck village with several shared picnic tables. There is plenty of parking on the public lot right next to the food trucks. We got the salmon poke bowl and the vegetable roll and both were delicious! The portions were large and the salmon was very try fresh. I ordered the salmon poke bowl ($18) and we also ordered the veggie roll. The service was fast and the chef was very nice. I would 100% return! read more

Still one of the best sushi or poke places I have eaten at. This includes brick and mortar and food truck or pop up. Some of the freshest fish I have had besides catching it myself and still some of the best prices around for delicious fish and chef is an artist. Food quality is a+. The service is always fast and great the ambiance well it is a food truck so you definitely get an outdoor vibe. But they have made it a lot nicer. I got the GGG roll here and it was very fresh and delicious. This truck was sharing a lot with several other trucks and caught my eye with all the pictures of tasty rolls. They also have chirashi bowls, hamachi kama, miso soup and other specials of the day. The roll was a good portion, rice was tasty and the spicy tuna q was a well seasoned and not mashed to oblivion as it has been at some places I've been. I appreciated they had veggie options! My husband enjoyed his California roll and something else. My rolls did fall apart a bit when I tried picking them up but all was well. I visited this food truck yesterday and it was around 215pm in the afternoon. There was another person looking at the menu and she asked if I was ready to order. I said no. She went ahead of me. Week it was my turn to order. Everything looked delicious and I was ready to eat some sushi. Well with a total of 63 bucks plus a cash tip. Everything was just all right. The one thing that eerked me the most is the girl working the window gave the woman ahead of me a package with her order. But when it was my turn to get my food she handed me the 3 plates. I looked at her confused as how I'm I supposed to carry this so I asked her for a brown bag. She said a brown bag I said yes a package so I can put the food inside. She then handed me a very small bag. I looked at her like how I'm I suppose to put these 3 plates in this bag. I ended up just leaving in disappointment. So when we got home to eat I didn't care for my meal at all. The poke bowl was spicy we didn't think it would be spicy. But it was okay. The chicken teriyaki plate came with rice and teriyaki chicken and a nice serving of green salad! Also we order the crunchy sushi roll that was pretty good. All in all is not sure if I'll return to this food truck again. Have to think about this. The brown bag issue! May not be a big deal to others but it is to me. read more

I wish we had such fresh, tasty sushi offerings in truck form where I live! Lots of parking nearby and other trucks in the same "pod", so you could definitely try many things at once. We ordered some sashimi/poke bowls which had a ton of fish and vegetables, as well as some chicken teriyaki for the kids. Mediocre sushi at best. If you're looking for typical Americanized sushi with too much sauce on it made by people who have probably never even been to Japan this place is for you. The quality of the fish is meh and this is a personal thing but not sure I trust freshness and cleanliness from a food truck without proper facilities. I had the Hawaiian roll and it had too much rice, a not so great sauce and low quality ahi on top. My stomach was not happy afterwards (thus my freshness/cleanliness comment.) Hope I won't be sick later. Most rolls are $18 and are a meal in itself (probably due to the amount of rice used.) The price point is OK if it was amazing but it's not... I've had better sushi elsewhere. I tried this place but won't be back. read more
