Teriyaki salmon and tempura veggies with salad, 2 gyoza, and 1 egg roll.
    Becky L.

We went for Bento Boxes; they were delicious and very filling. These dinners come with miso soup, a bowl of steamed rice, your choice of 2 items (teriyaki chicken, beef, salmon, tempura shrimp, tempura veggies, etc.) Salad, 2 gyoza, and 1 egg roll. The service is excellent with various servers, besides our own, checking on us to refill drinks. The ambiance is typical of a sushi restaurants. The sushi chefs yell a word in Japanese when customers walked to the sushi bar (probably welcome). At one time they were toasting with the customers. It's a lively atmosphere. The only negative is that the teriyaki beef was a bit overcooked, so next time when I order, I will order it medium rare. Otherwise, we love this place and will be back again and again.

We decided to sit at the bar where you can see the chefs making the sushi and they're able to hand it right to you. The garlic edamame was phenomenal and seasoned so good. Loved the chicken yakisoba and has an interesting sweet and savory sauce on it. Charlie special was my favorite roll as someone who is still getting used to sushi. The service was quick and efficient and i'll def be back.

Delicious as always, I absolutely love coming to Sushi Fever even though it's not all you can eat like a lot of the other places in town. Everybody that I talk to, who goes to this restaurant seems to have their favorite roll. Personally, I love ordering from the specials and sitting behind the sushi bar. The service is always attentive, even during their busiest hours.

Always on point and fresh! Service could be slow if you sit at a table, but that's because they are always packed. Worth the wait!

This place seriously never disappoints. The sushi is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are actually generous, no tiny sashimi slices here! I always go for the Chef's Choice Sashimi Platter and a roll, but today I decided to try the California Hand Roll, and wow... it was so good. Super fresh, packed full, and just perfect. This is my second time here, and the first time, I got the Chef's Platter and the Mango Salmon No Rice Roll, which was hands down the star of the meal. I honestly came back just for that specific roll, but I wanted to switch it up this time, and I'm glad I did. This place isn't even close to where I live, but I still make the drive because it's that good. Consistently fresh, great portions, and totally worth it. If you're a sushi lover, you need to try it!

First of all, it's not all you can eat type. Food: good menu with variety of sushi, bento, and cooked dish entrees. Sashimi worth the price; good portions overall. Dishes for all the cravings you have. Service: busy but attentive staff Ambience: organized seatings and spacious. Waiting area is outside. In winter, it's cccccccoooooold!

Overall decent enough experience. We were seated quickly on a Thursday night. They gave us solid service. The sushi itself seemed fresh and came out in a timely manner. The place itself is in good shape. Just a solid spot. Took a ton of photos for you to see various rolls and the menu. They brought out the main hibachi chicken well after all the rolls which was a bit odd. Outside of that stop in. Cheers!

Great service, great sushi, and great location. There are a few items on the menu that are pretty unique and I haven't seen them on other sushi menus. The specialty rolls are also on the larger side. We also occasionally order takeout to-go and everything has been right and sealed very well.

So we tried a new sushi spot! And it was delish! This is everyday normal sushi place. Fast delish and reliable! We sat at the sushi bar. We ordered the spicy garlic edamame and the scallop maki. Both were delish. Next rolls. We ordered the Randy roll and spicy yellowtail?!!! I don't know if that was the name.... Also the carrot top. All were Amazing! We also ordered house cold sake. It comes in the cutest carafe and ice hoser! Never have I seen this! We will be back!!

I have no idea why I haven't written a review about sushi fever yet. I've been coming here religiously for ten years now and they have never disappointed. Upon walking in, you are greeted by all the staff and chefs behind the sushi bar. You have the option of being seated around the bar or at a table. Both are a wonderful experience. Sitting behind the bar is a different experience as you get to converse with the chefs and I always have a good laugh! The sushi is always made to perfection and served within fifteen minutes of ordering, no matter how busy it is. They bring a complimentary cucumber salad as soon as you sit down which is always fresh and the paired sauce is phenomenal. You can always tell when a cucumber has just been cut or has been sitting for a while in an attempt to "prep" before serving. However, sushi fever always has fresh cucumber salads and rolls. When ordering takeout, the same quality is provided along with utensils, ginger, wasabi and sauces one can request in house (eel sauce for example). Although they do not have AYCE, the prices are reasonable. Personally, I am full after 2-3 rolls, so AYCE never excited me. I come to sushi fever at least once a month and look forward to coming back each time. Julie is always very friendly and helpful! Always 10/10

    Mallory D.

Ordered sushi takeout so they are a bit deconstructed. If you don't mind the higher prices, this is the best sushi place! The sauces are amazing and really complement the sushi rolls. Amazing!

Nothing mind blowing here, especially for being surrounded by the seafood offerings you'll find in Las Vegas. But good. You'll leave satisfied that you've had decent sushi and are full. The Cost: Unless you're eating 3-4 rolls per person, you're probably better off ordering individual rolls here instead of the AYCE special. Most of the options on the menu are on the heavier side, fried or heavy on the sauce. The SERVICE: They say there's a 90-minute time limit but they're not subtle about rushing the tables. Our waitress wasn't super pleasant but when we decided we wanted to finish our meal off with miso soup (instead of starting with it) she seemed annoyed and said, "I thought you were finished!" We told her we still wanted some miso, and were also going to have the Korean coffee for dessert. She didn't seem pleased. It was awkward for no reason. We hadn't been there for even 45 minutes, and hadn't ordered even close to what the AYCE pricing cost us vs what individual ordering would have cost (far less) The Ambiance: lovely. Chinatown is always a must visit when in Vegas. The restaurant itself is nice. All in all, it was fine. We wouldn't go back. It seems like a place that comes up on Yelp and a lot of people go because it's easy and seems popular. There's better sushi in Vegas by far. For the same or better pricing. But if you're a big eater, you might find it worth your while.

Chef Shuji runs the restaurant with his wife next to him in the kitchen. The fish here is flown in from Japan and of the highest quality as you can see from the sheen and fat marbling. This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu. If you want high quality mid-price-range sushi that's not in an all you can eat format, this is a great place to look.
