The chef tossed a big beef patty onto the flat grill and waited at a wooden table out front impatiantly about fifteen minutes. OMG, it was big, juicy and spiced perfectly with bacon and caramelized onions (see pic). The oversized seasoned fries went well with the burger. And yes, their social media team confirmed there is actual truffle in that mayo! I don't think the fries are quite as crispy as their competitor, but I definitely enjoyed them nonetheless. Staff here was really friendly. Even though I came here super late and near closing hours, the guy working the counter was super nice and doused my fries with plenty of truffle mayo. Can't go wrong with Vlaamse Frites whatsoever! Next time I'm probably going to have get both to have a pure side-by-side comparison.

That technology has not crossed the border it would seem. The fries themselves (without the sauce) aren't anything to lose your shit over but I don't know how comparable that is to the area's fries. Clutch if you are in a pinch, solid under all other circumstances.
