Fancy roll. Yeah that's what it's called. So delicious.
Suzi B.

Excellent sushi roll called a Fancy. One kind I've never had and it turned out to the best one I've ever had in my entire life. So much tangy mango and mango salsa or dressing. Literally I could cry it was so good. Also ordered fresh salad rolls and miso soup. The service and chef made it wonderful. Will come back and try it ALL.

Very small non-conveying Sushi restaurant. Showed up with only one other Table occupied. We were greeted when we walked in. Open seating, so I grabbed a Table then was asked before I could even glance the Menu, if I wanted to order an Appetizer. I said no thanks & the waitress/server then went MIA. I was about to walk out, then she returned. Once our order was placed, it took about 25 minutes before our food arrived. :-( Once again, service went non existent until a young Girl took over as the Waitress. She was good, I wish we would of had her as our waitress the whole time.. One thing I did not like about their extensive menu was the fact there were no pictures or explanations of what certain dishes are. Like I really gotta google while looking at a menu!?

I've tried many of the rolls on their menu and my favorites are the Sushi Bomb roll, Vegas roll (they put spicy crab on top! ), Sea of Love roll and Celebration roll. The two lobster rolls they have are also really good when I want to get one of the more expensive rolls. The flavor combinations they've created with their rolls are the best I've had, the fish tastes fresh and clean, and the rice is a good flavor and texture. This is my favorite sushi spot and I've tried many over the years. I usually get my orders to go but during the warm months it's nice to sit outside and enjoy the selection of sake they have. They serve a nice sweet sparkling sake that I recommend.

Garlic edame was sublime. Rainbow roll superb. Also kid friendly and the waiter was very patient. The mochi at the end was perfect.

Delicious. Rainbow roll, garlic edamame, Cali roll, shrimp tempura roll were all so good. Waiter was patient and timely. Wonderful!

Kids menu items. Just two to choose from.

Pretty slow service and super dissatisfied with the wait considering we were the only customers in there. We didn't get our waters we ordered until our meals were almost finished. We were told they had a lot of to go orders and sorry for the wait. Ok, I get that you're busy but we were the ONLY people in the restaurant; you can't muster up enough time to bring water? Sushi was decent and so was the kids chicken teriyaki. We won't be back though. For $50 bucks I'd expect a little more. I have serious buyers remorse.

Awesome sushi and great service! Love this place. Second time. They are 2 for 2!

Miso was a little weak and needed more miso for a fuller robust flavor. Pickled cukes in rice vinegar with sesame seeds gave a lil' pucker and both come complimentary with combo meals. 5* My lunch set was awesome included 2 rolls with a ton of Classic Rolls from which to choose, many would be deemed special in other houses. The Chili Chili Bang Bang is Bomb! That tiny tempura jalapeno offers a zip of heat and delicate crisp in a very unusual soy wrap roll of tamago sweet egg, blackened tuna, avo, red tobiko, and green onion that is just simply superb! Their version of the Oregon Salmon roll with avo, green onionand no cream cheese but surimi instead which was a lovely change up. Ck out their Spicy/Mango, Philly, Boston & Salem choices if you crave the cream cheese! My awesome pic is amiss as the Yelp app didn't save properly :( We missed our frothy pour as the liquor license is still in process, changing owners this September so a few more weeks the server thought. Dining room is naturally bright with 3 glass walls and filled with tables much like a cafeteria. Could use some furnishings and plants to cozy the room out, and a/c a bit chilly I found on a warm day. We wanted to sit out on such a beautiful day anyway but be warned to bring your own blanket lol or dress for fall when warm outside! Prices are great and most importantly your catch of the day Sushi/Fish is fresh and fills a need for sushi choice in the Oregon City-WestLinn area! Arigatou ありがとう Momiji!!

But their spicy tuna rolls with the soy paper were delicious. All the fish, completely clear of any fishy smell, well made rolls perfectly made rice, it was an outstanding example of what great sushi taste like. I had the green dragon roll, another first for me, and it was also everything you would expect from tempura fried shrimp covered in rice, avocado, soy sauce. We shared the orange and red moose cakes, and they're just tasty a little bits of orange and strawberry highly recommend. What stood out for me was the variety of sushi that was available on the conveyor belt. Plenty of cold options plenty of hot options, they even had fried shrimp by itself on a plate. I think they even had a plate of the mini yogurt drinks, something I've never seen before. The service was fast. Everyone was friendly. The prices are good. The only downside to you go is it makes it more crowded for when I go, but you should go. Primarily it's a sushi bar around the conveyor belt, but there are also some booths. Everything was comfortable. Everything was clean. This is a great place to go.

It's the kind of spot where you come for the visuals but stay because the food also satisfying. Here is what we ordered and loved: The Yin-Yang Bowl: If you are indecisive like me, this is a total game-changer. It lets you try two different ramen broths in one divided bowl. Both the creamy, rich tonkotsu side (with that perfectly tender braised pork belly and crispy shrimp tempura) and the savory, spicy miso side were absolute perfection. The Omurice: You have to get this just for the experience! The servers slice the fluffy egg right at the table so it beautifully cascades over the fried rice before they pour the rich, savory demi-glace sauce on top. It's incredibly satisfying to watch and tastes just as amazing as it looks. The Sides & Dessert: We also tried their minced pork katsu (crispy, juicy, and smothered in sauce) and finished the meal with their Matcha Pudding. The pudding is silky smooth, served on a beautiful wooden tray, and topped with a touch of sweet red bean paste and cream to pour over. It was the perfect, lightly sweet end to a heavy meal. The staff was incredibly organized, the presentation on everything was stunning, and the flavors delivered on every front. I will absolutely be back!

It was quiet, and we were seated quickly. I ordered the rice patty burger. I thought the taste was okay, it was a tad bit under seasoned but the sauce kinda made up for the flavor. The concept of a rice burger is interesting but it does get really messy because it breaks apart easily. The fries were delicious, though! The popcorn chicken was breaded nicely and had a great crunch and flavor. My partner loved the fried oysters. The squid was alright, it was a bit too chewy to bite into to tear. The drink was delicious! I believe I got the strawberry yakult. Overall it was a great place to try out a few of the appetizers!

I greatly enjoyed all the rolls that we tried: Spicy Plus roll, Devil roll, Salmon Lover roll, and Dragon roll. I think the Devil roll was my favorite because of how the flavors harmonized together and the shrimp tempura inside had a nice crunch. The rice in all the rolls was well made and the sauces drizzled on top were incredibly delicious. The fish tasted and felt fresh texture-wise too. The teriyaki chicken udon was the only letdown in the whole experience, although I'm not sure what I was expecting... teriyaki sauce in a broth doesn't make sense I guess so that's on me for getting it. Chicken was just standard grilled chicken breast, no additional flavor, no teriyaki. The udon noodles were light and chewy. The broth was light and soy saucey.
