Ikura! I nearly always order this. A lifelong fave. Salmon roe never disappoints.

I've been a regular here since I moved to the area back in 2019. Used to live in the San Francisco Bay area so I'm a little bit of a snob when it comes to sushi. The ambience isn't fancy, but the food is consistently good. Honestly, to me at the end of the day, that's the most important metric. Consistently hard working staff who care. There's always a wait but it's so worth it. The pricing is very reasonable and I like that the smaller sizes of each individual dish allow you to have more variety without getting super full. During the pandemic, I made sure to order lots of takeout because I wanted to make sure this lovely local business made it through. Very happy to see them thriving. I now live about 20 minutes away but when I crave sushi, Sushi Hurray is always my go to spot. Just recently returned with a friend the other night who just moved back here from Idaho. She is the person who originally took me there when I first moved here. We had a lovely dinner. And as always, it was great to sit in our favorite booth, enjoy our dinner and catch up. It's hard to pick a favorite item. I tend to pick up some different items that are going by on the conveyor belt and then I generally order a few things that I'm craving. Friday night they have uni and I do adore that so I try to stop in on a Friday at least once a month. Takeout is always an option too if you're in more of a rush. Absolutely recommend lunch or dinner at Sushi Hurray!

Located in a small shopping complex Exterior & Interior are what you'd expect for the this type of complex/restaurant. This is your typical conveyer belt sushi restaurant. Some booth & some bar style seating. Service was good as the employees are friendly & welcoming. Prices were a little more than expected, but it is West Linn. IYKYK. Although it stayed busy some of the Sushi I got off the belt did not taste fresh. My recommendation would be to order something not from the belt. Rather than take a Pic of everything I ordered, I took some photos of the Menu.

Sushi Hurray is great for what it is--fast, INEXPENSIVE, eat at the counter sushi on a conveyor belt. While the quality level isn't as high as the higher end or traditional sushi restaurants, this convenient place is worth a visit if you want sushi to-go or just a quick bite by yourself. Take a look at their menu to get an idea of the options. Overall, great value sushi.

allllriiiiight. went during happy hour, lowkey worth. but idk if they were having an off day with their miso soup, it was wack. but the other stuff was GASSS it was heat. self refill water too. honestly for conveyer belt sushi i thought the fish wouldn't be as quality but it is!!

Grandpa Date first time sushi. Love it

Great choices and yummy first time ever sushi. They have normal food that rotates too like grapes, oranges and great Mesoo Soup

If you don't finish with over $47 of sushi in this place you have a serious problem! I love this place. It's Always clean, the sushi is made fresh right there and if you want something special that isn't on their menu, you can ask for your own. Prices are cheap but build up quick because you're making a tower of RED GREEN YELLOW WHITE AND BLACK PLATES. Totally worth your time and money. We always come out full.

Delicious fresh sushi at a fair price especially during happy hour 2 - 5 pm. Plenty of choice on the rolling sushi train.

Pickled cukes in rice vinegar with sesame seeds gave a lil' pucker and both come complimentary with combo meals. 5* My lunch set was awesome included 2 rolls with a ton of Classic Rolls from which to choose, many would be deemed special in other houses. The Chili Chili Bang Bang is Bomb! Ck out their Spicy/Mango, Philly, Boston & Salem choices if you crave the cream cheese! My awesome pic is amiss as the Yelp app didn't save properly :( We missed our frothy pour as the liquor license is still in process, changing owners this September so a few more weeks the server thought. Dining room is naturally bright with 3 glass walls and filled with tables much like a cafeteria. Could use some furnishings and plants to cozy the room out, and a/c a bit chilly I found on a warm day. We wanted to sit out on such a beautiful day anyway but be warned to bring your own blanket lol or dress for fall when warm outside! Prices are great and most importantly your catch of the day Sushi/Fish is fresh and fills a need for sushi choice in the Oregon City-WestLinn area! Arigatou ありがとう Momiji!!

I ordered the Dragon Roll and Las Vegas roll. Both were quite tasty. We also ordered the Agedashi Tofu as a starter, a 6 piece of the Oysters, the Salmon Sashimi Flight, and House Tonkotsu Ramen. The oysters were pretty small, but packed with flavor. The Salmon Sashimi tasted very fresh and we loved the assortment of pieces.

Mirakutei occupies the same space that a previous sushi restaurant occupied. If you are familiar…read morewith it, it has the same super upscale, swanky vibe and décor that the previous place had. If you want scenery, Mirakutei is probably unbeatable. When we arrived, the place was completely empty, save for one table. We should have taken this as a warning and left (Clackamas Town Center is ALWAYS crazily busy, and for a fancy restaurant there to be almost empty speaks volumes). Since we chose this place specifically based on the many positive reviews, we figured we'd give it a go. It pains me to write this review, but one star is what Mirakutei earned. The menu is, well, let's just call it "unexpected". I don't know what they're going for, but "pesto" on sushi doesn't seem like a fusion that should exist. We ordered a variety of items, and across the board, they were all terrible. Prices are also REALLY high. The "salmon flight" consisted of four pieces of salmon nigiri, each of a different variety. I don't know what any of them were, but only one of the three had any semblance of flavor, and one was probably the toughest piece of fish I've ever been served. The yellowtail fared slightly better, but it was garnished with what appeared to be off-cuts or scrap that had been chopped to oblivion. This garnish did NOTHING to add to the flavor, texture, or appeal of the nigiri. We also made the mistake of ordering the "Hello Kitty". Don't do this. It is a typical California roll sullied by a pressed patty of, again, what appear to be fish off-cuts that are chopped to oblivion, pressed into a patty shape, overcooked, and draped on top of a cut CA roll with each piece turned on its side. Again, this was just gross. The most egregious foul was the "salmon" that was in one half of one of the rolls. It had spoiled, and literally was a slimy fall-apart mush. There is NO excuse in the world for this, and much shame is due to the chef (or management for forcing the chef to use spoiled items). We pointed this out to our waitress, who was very apologetic, and brought out a complimentary piece of mochi ice cream to us in an impossibly short amount of time. It happened so quickly that it seems to have to be their standard procedure that everybody's at the ready to do ("If a guest calls us out for serving spoiled fish, bring them a piece of mochi ice cream"). We were extremely disappointed, and left with a lot of what we'd ordered uneaten, and both of us feeling queasy. We won't be back.

And most importantly, the sushi was fresh and delicious. The presentation was on point, and we all agreed that it tasted even better than some high-end sushi restaurants we've been to (we eat sushi at least once a week and have tried many different places). The restaurant itself is so cool and interesting. If you have young kids or teenagers, they will love it, but honestly, I'm an adult and I loved it too. It is connected to a tea shop on one side, which we also tried. The Thai iced tea with boba was so good! And on the other side, it connects to a fun claw machine/gaming area with great lighting and an upbeat vibe. The restaurant made me feel like I was in Japan. There is an additional conveyor belt above the regular one, with a miniature boat that delivers water and orders directly to the booths. Another thing that we thought was very helpful was that the sushi on the belt had signs with the name and ingredients. I hadn't seen that anywhere else before. I am so excited about this place and love the concept. We will definitely be coming back many times. I only wish it was closer to my house!
