Love ordering carry out from Sushi Ai. We order for pick up via Uber Eats and get the dinner combos which include 3 rolls, 4 pieces of nigiri, and your choice of appetizer. It's so filling and priced very reasonably. Plenty of options as a vegan or vegetarian too!

Can't believe I've never reviewed Sushi AI!! My friends and I always come here for all you can eat sushi since the price is just phenomenal ($20 for lunch & $25 for dinner). The menus are slightly different but service is usually pretty quick unless they are slammed so come ready to eat!!

This is the go to when getting sushi in stl. The downtown location has a downstairs and upstairs seating area. The wait is never long occasionally it'll be 10mins or so. The service is fantastic, they are nice and efficient, helpful, and attentive. The sushi is outstanding- I mean the appetizers, every sushi roll has been good. The price is right for all you can eat, this is really the go to!

Best sushi I ever had and I have had tons of sushi. The rice doesn't overwhelm the sushi and sauce since they don't put a lot. The caterpillar roll is absolutely incredible, flavorful and juicy. Honestly every roll we had was a winner!! We did the all you can eat dinner and we are coming back for more!!!

Sushi Ai in Downtown St. Louis is an excellent spot for Japanese cuisine. The $16.99 lunch all-you-can-eat (available if you arrive by 3:00 p.m.) offers a wide variety of fresh, made-to-order dishes, while the $24.99 dinner all-you-can-eat offers an even broader selection. The sushi is well-prepared and neatly presented. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Sushi Ai is located on the ground level of the Frisco Building--a historic office building constructed in 1903-1904 as the headquarters of the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway. The mix of historic architecture, including the historic Old Post Office, and the Citygarden sculpture park makes this part of Downtown St. Louis a delightful setting for dining and a leisurely walk.

I didn't dine in at Sushi Ai, so I can't speak for the dining experience, but I had the pleasure of ordering delivery from Sushi Ai, and I am overall very pleased. I was extra pleased when a neighbor of mine saw the bag and mentioned that Sushi Ai is really good. I ordered the Nigiri Deluxe, and you can see from my pictures that this was an excellent deal for close to $25. So much food! The taste was great too. Surprisingly the fish was fresh. I will most definitely try dining in next time!

Nine of us one from California and Houston visited this restaurant on August 27 and we ate at this place. The food was excellent and the service was awesome. Special mention to Mr Ralfy. He was very attentive to our requests. Overall, excellent experience.

The food was phenomenal! Got sushi rolls, sashimi, soup, appetizers, General Tso chicken box, etc. Loved all of it! My only issue was the service. Our waitress, rushed us at the end of our meal and didn't offer an opportunity to order desserts before bringing out the check. Asked for her assistance with the dessert menu but she seemed bothered so we decided to just end our meal. We will try again but will avoid this waitress.

Came for all you can eat lunch sushi for a weekday lunch. It was pretty empty inside & I was sat immediately. My server was friendly and attentive constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. Ordered the Miso soup, shumai, and crab rangoons for appetizers. I ordered the St. Louis roll (fried), yamasa, and americandream. I also got a side of spicy mayo The miso soup was great. I haven't had a lot of soups with actual seaweed in them so it was a pleasant surprise. I would skip the shumai, they were small with a slimy consistency and no real shrimp taste which was disappointing. The crab rangoons were yummy! I enjoyed both the yamasa and American dream rolls, they had good flavor and were well balanced. The St. Louis roll was too cream cheese heavy and overpowered everything. The idea is good because the balance of crab and cream cheese pair well but there was little crab/crab flavor and overwhelming warm cream cheese coming out of the roll. Overall for the price this is a great option for lunch, will definitely be back to try more options!

Love love love all you can eat sushi. It's to die for. The Baked Salmon appetizer has crab meat in it and I wish they said that beforehand. Also the staff isn't friendly towards the homeless, which is understandable as a business owner, but nonetheless leaves a bad taste in my mouth. A good business has good behavior towards all people, not just the disheveled, or unhoused. Despite these detractors, Sushi AI is a STL STAPLE. Have never seen or had AYCE Sushi anywhere else. Truly a remarkable and unique place that has the BEST Sushi in the Midwest. Also they have a mezzanine! Love that.

Sushi Ai all you can lunch?! Where have you been all my life? Have I been living under a rock? Apparently, because when a friend texted me and asked me if I wanted to get all you can eat sushi at Sushi Ai for $15 for lunch, I had no idea this was a thing. This location is located on olive, and parking can always be a bit tricky since you're downtown. I got lucky and scored a spot right outside. We had a party of 6 and the service was great. We filled out what we wanted on the table cards- tons of options that you can order for the special. I ordered shrimp tempura roll, veggie roll, and the St. Louis roll. I also ordered gyoza, which was amazing. The rolls came out freshly made and were made beautifully. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and I was wildly full. I will absolutely come back and try more of their delicious rolls.

Is the all you can eat limited to a certain number of items? The menu says all you can eat, but then says "3 rolls, 4 pieces"

From my last experience, that means you can pay the advertised price for AYCE or you get that stated amount of rolls for take-out.

Is all you can eat still available?

Of course! Awesome place and I am coming back ! AYCE!

The staff were incredibly welcoming, which for me is always the biggest indicator of whether I'll enjoy a place. I arrived during their daily Happy Hour (4-6 PM) and ordered the crab dip with homemade crackers, while my friend tried one of their cocktails. Everything tasted delicious, and the staff remained very attentive throughout our visit. I was also impressed by the cleanliness and the interior design. Whether this was intended as a joke or not, it reflects a serious failure in professionalism, food safety, customer service, and leadership. Guests should never have to question whether their food has been handled safely or whether their special moments will be respected by the people serving them. What is equally disappointing is the apparent effort to limit public discussion by turning off comments rather than addressing the concerns directly. Restricting the conversation does not erase what people saw. A responsible business should respond with transparency, accountability, staff retraining, and a clear explanation of how this type of behavior will be prevented moving forward. Customers are being extremely intentional about where they spend their money right now. Businesses cannot afford to treat guests carelessly and expect continued support. When customers no longer feel respected, safe, or valued, they will take their money elsewhere. We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper.
