Super friendly and very fast. Just a quick order of tempura (assorted), California and Dynamite rolls. Very generous with avacado and size of dynamite rolls is a meal in itself! Tempura could have been a bit more crispy. Possibly due to take out it got softer than if I'd eaten inside restaurant. Over all, I will go back. read more

Sushi 2 Go - Dynamite and California rolls. Yum! - Sushi Bars Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

Orders food from Uber eats: Gyzoa (3/5 stars) Skydoke Dynamite roll: (4.5/5 stars) - tons of fresh avocado, great taste. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that it was breaking up, the avocoda pieces were not fully cut. read more

Sushi 2 Go - Gyzoa and skydome roll (x2) - Sushi Bars Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

Quick and easy takeout sushi joint! I was looking for some sushi in Etobicoke to bring to a friend's place and they were very kind on the phone. When I arrived around the same time as I scheduled for, a man said "HELLO! Enjoy your night!" as he gave me my takeout bag. It instantly boosted my mood and made me want to come back. Excellent service. I was glad to see some tables filled and many bags of takeout on the table. I ordered a maki combo, a rainbow roll, and a dumpling roll. We wanted to try the dumpling roll to see what it was, it was a dumpling rolled into a maki LOL! It was an interesting concept, a tasty one in fact! The only con we had was that the rainbow roll and the crab roll in the maki combo were loosely rolled and sliced thinly - it crumbled when we tried to pick them up sadly and fell apart. Still delicious though :) read more

Sushi 2 Go - (sorry for the text) 2 wakame salads, 1 maki combo, 1 rainbow roll, 1 dumpling roll - Sushi Bars Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

We got takeout from Sushi2Go and got two rolls: the tornado roll and the crispy spicy salmon roll. Both rolls were very large with lots of filling. However, the tempura bits weren't too crispy and there was a lot of it (although this could be because the rolls sat for a while before being eaten). Overall, a convenient location and decent rolls. read more

Sushi 2 Go, Dundas Street. Delicious food, (3 spicy items), excellent and warm service. I have been to Sushi 2 Go at this location over half a dozen times and the food, service and ambiance were excellent on all occasions. I strongly recommend this place as a happy place to lunch and dine. Dr. Vijaya Sripati read more

Just had dinner here for the first time. Excellent service, delicious food, nicely decorated and an expansive menu. Highly recommended!

I went in there to order a salad & asked the sweet cashier if she could add chicken instead of bacon because I don't eat red meat & she asked her manager.... To put it frankly, the manager was absolutely RUDE to that poor girl. She made her seem like she didn't know what she was talking about (if I can understand wtf she said so can she). If she was that comfortable undermining that girl's intelligence in front of ME, I know she does it often. I was disgusted & left because one thing I hate is a nasty manager. The girl ran after me thinking I still wanted to order & I told her " No thank you, I didn't like the way she was talking to you back there & I don't want to give her my money, I'm so sorry you have to deal with that, you have a GREAT day." I felt bad because she had a smile on her face throughout the whole interaction even while getting belittled. I really hope this job doesn't break her spirit if it hasn't already. read more

Sashimi and Nigiri platter is great. Fresh and succulent. Surprisingly even though they have multiple locations they are good. Makes me go back. read more

I have to admit I was looking for dim sum on my way home from Mississauga. Unable to locate any in the area, I happened to see this place and figured, why not. I'm glad I did. The nigri maki platter was delicious, service was prompt and quite friendly. I'd come back here if I'm in this neighborhood again. I accidentally clicked "no" for table service. They do table service. read more

Sushi 2 Go - This is the Maki Tempura bento box! It's a great value for the high quality food and it easily serves two people. - Sushi Bars Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

Sushi to Go is an average sushi restaurant. It offers many of the same menu options as countless others in the city. Being out of downtown, the prices are slightly higher than average. I used to get their dinner combos delivered all the time. So much so that when I ordered from my new place, the delivery guy recognized me and said "Oh, you moved?" They have a few locations in Etobicoke. This particular one across from Kipling subway station is conveniently located on my way home. It usually has quick service and great food. However, I came here the other day with a colleague of mine and they were hosting a group of 24 people in the back for lunch... (I mean come on, who takes over a small sushi place with two dozen people for lunch?!?!) They only had the chef a waitress and a manger to deal with all of them and the rest of the patrons. It took over an hour to get served but the food was still good. They have a small private lot but if there's no more room, you can just park at the Wendy's / Timmies next door and walk over. read more

Sushi 2 Go - Yam and squash :) so fresh and yummy - Sushi Bars Near Me - Etobicoke, Ontario

I ordered a bento box, tempura, a few rolls and sashimi. My husband went to pick up my order and sat at the bar. I guess I was the first order of the day because the chef(?) was literally working only my order for 15 minutes straight. He had drawn pictures on the styrofoam boxes - cute! Everything was great. The sashimi was super fresh, the rolls were very well done. The amount of avocado on the green dragon roll was insane! The tempura was done just right. Will definitely be ordering again.. they even deliver!!!!! read more

This used to be my favourite restaurant ever. However, ever since they renovated and what seems like they are under new management and staff, it has been quite disappointing. We do not get greeted anymore by the staff like before. Also, prices have increased. The first time we went after their renovations, we were not greeted at all, had to wait at the door, ignored by the staff. The restaurant was not busy AT ALL. Then finally waved down a young male server. Food is still good although the Mountain Roll did change a bit (no more Sriracha), but stil good nonetheless. We had ordered a Bento Box that was supposed to come with a soup and salad. I did not even realize my sides were missing until I heard another customer complain that she did not get hers either. I then looked up their menu again on my phone and realized I was missing mines. After i had finished my meal I had asked the server, he asked if I still wanted it, and he apologized. But I feel he should have checked that when the initial customer complained. There was absolutely no attentiveness from the server to clean up our plates or follow up with us. My husband had to go up to the cashier to pay our bill. The restaurant was dead. Second time around, same deal. Not greeted by anyone when we walked in. This time we sat ourselves down. Took them a while to give us our menus and make our table as it was empty. The two servers that we had were very friendly, however, not very attentive, This time we got our soup and salad right away. The shrimp tempura is good, however, almost $8 and only 3 pieces - I felt jipped! Again, it took forever to clean up our table, which made us late for a movie we wanted to catch, so my husband again had to walk to the cashier to pay. No thank you from the sushi chefs as we left. The previous owners/chefs always said thank you to us as we left. read more

This is our go to sushi spot in Etobicoke. The sushi is fresh and tastes great. The homemade soya sauce is delicious.

I was very impressed and satisfied with my takeout order (assortment of nigiri and rolls) a while back. Fresh food, and prompt service! So I decided to dine in today. The chilly weather made me crave some hot soup, so I ordered a nabe udon. The table I chose to sit was unfortunately dirty with soy sauce that hadn't been wiped from the night before. But no matter, the friendly waitress wiped it up. Then I got some salad, which was average. The udon itself, too, was average, if not a little disappointing. It was supposed to have a "variety of seafood" but all I got were two small shrimp, one mussel, and one tiny scallop. The broth was a little too salty, and lacked flavour. The noodles were just like the frozen ones I buy from the Asian grocery store. The whole thing tastes alright, but if I factor in the price of $14.95 + tax, I'm not quite sure. This place is for sushi, not udon. read more

Amazing sushi, everything is always fresh and plentyful, it is our go to sushi spot! The housemade sauce is the best sauce!

Very rude. I walked in and stood there for a long time without anyone acknowledging me or talking to me. I just left. I guess they dont like money. read more

RACIST place, you may only enjoy the service if you are elderly caucasian. We (a group of four) had to sit there and wait for 30 minutes before we even get the menu. BTW the place was almost empty which means they are not busy. I have to admit that thr waiter and waitress were NOT RUDE, but, they just didn't want to work. I need to go up to them when I order ice cream and I need to bring my wallet to them in the counter, and politely asked if we can pay because we were waiting for the bill for so long. Also, I understand that area is not a very calm neighborhood but we are not lousy kids that didn't behave ourselves. read more

Great sushi and friendly staff, sushi is super fresh, decor is really nice

Very delicious sushi. Toronto roll is my absolute favorite. Better to go here on a half full stomach or it's going to get expensive. I'm used to all u can eat for 13$. That was the cost of 1 roll. Nonetheless delicious and a definite treat. read more

Love the sushi here, it tastes amazing, but I've never actually seen the store cause my dad just goes to pick it up, so I have no clue if it's sanitary, the problem is that I hate when my wasabi touched my sushi without me knowing, and they always put huge clumps of wasabi that gets all over the sushi, only complaint for the food, and when I told my dad no wasabi, they still gave wasabi! (my dad even said he remembers saying no wasabi) read more

SUSHI 2 GO? More like SUSHI TOO SLOW. Went in at 7pm for pickup order of 3 bento boxes. Told 30-35 min wait because they were really busy (there was one table seated). Living around the corner, I said I'd come back. Lady told me she'd call 10 mins before order complete to give me time to head back. 45 mins later, I call and was told another 15 mins. It's now almost 9 pm, and I'm still waiting. Never returning EVER. read more
