Office Location and Professionalism: Booking my consult was easy and staff were very communicative. The location was in a great part of town and the office was very welcoming! On the day of my consult, I was pleasantly greeted by Alyssah who had me complete forms to get me ready for my appointment. Consults: Consult day was with Shirley and Dr. Hahm. Shirley was patient with me as she explained the process, different procedures and then got me ready to meet Dr Hahm. Credentials wise, Dr Hahm is not only Board Certified, he is also specialized in reconstructive surgery. While I am certain there are many other extremely qualified Surgeons, for me, this was the cherry on top! I pointed out a few other areas that I was potentially interested in (thighs and armpit areas) and Dr. Hahm actually explained why it would NOT be ideal based on my shape, etc... Boy, am I glad I listened to his advice! I felt so comfortable that I booked my procedure the following week!! Pre-Procedure & Procedure Day: Nurse Megan was wonderful and called me a week beforehand as well as the day prior to review directions and set expectations. On procedure day, again warmly greeted by Alyssah and the nurse Megan who took me in to begin prep. Note that before your procedure, I met with Dr Hahm again to go over any last minute questions or other areas. Stuck with original plan and then he marked up his canvas! Procedure room was exactly as expected...nice and comfortable! Definitely awake during the procedure. I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to pain so I made full use of the laughing gas. So, if that's you, I'd highly recommend. Haha! Nurse Megan and Dr Hahm are very attentive and constantly check-in with you throughout the procedure to ensure you're feeling comfortable. Before you know it, BING BANG BOOM...Done! All supplies are provided to aid in your recovery. I personally purchased an extra body compression FAHA so I didn't have to wait to wash and dry one. I definitely recommend this! Especially if you have the full abdomen, back bra rolls and power BBL. First two days for me were a bit rough. Mostly because I was by myself plus I'm a wuss. Stuck with meds and Ibuprofen and was finally able to shower after 48-hours! I took off my compression garments and I WAS ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!!! Yes, swelling and bruising aside, I cried and was excited at the same time! I'm on day 6 of my recovery and am extremely happy that I made the investment in myself! I went in for a lip lift and Dr Mitchell took so much that I now almost look like I have a cleft…read morelip. It's uneven, badly scarred, and there's no room left for revision. The scars are thick, about half an inch all around my nose, and I'm permanently disfigured. During the surgery, while I was heavily medicated and unable to move, he completely lost control of his temper. I assume his girlfriend/assistant and him were arguing. He was screaming and stomping his feet while picking up a scalpel. I just laid there crying, terrified, but too drugged to do anything. No patient should ever be put through this type of trauma while in surgery. To make matters worse, his girlfriend...who also assists him , reeked of cigarette smoke which made me nauseous throughout the whole surgery. She even shared disturbing stories with me about the doctor and her romance over the years. Details that should never be shared with a patient. I was surrounded by chaos and tension instead of professionalism. He refused to even refund my money after leaving me botched and disfigured. it's embarrassing to be in public. This wasn't just bad results...it was reckless, dangerous, and traumatizing. No one deserves what happened to me. People need to know the truth before they make the same mistake.

The center is very cleaned and everyone was very king and friendly. The procedure was actually pretty quickly. My nurse Amie was awesome. I then met anesthesiologist and doctor. I liked that everyone explaining their part and if I had any questions. I was then moved to the surgery room by the two nurses assisting in the procedure.. thank you. As I was getting the anesthesia (Propofol),I have to say was the worst part of this so mentioned and recommended preventative procedure. It was the most painful experience ever. I was screaming until I passed out. The procedure was done and I woke up about 20 minutes later per my recovery nurse Amy. Again, the center was awesome, very caring, I always had someone every moment during the procedure. It was very much appreciated. Cons: 1. not sure if everyone has same reaction to Propofol but for sure I'll try to avoid it. 2. Prep solution wasn't as bad as I was told. I was prescribed Plenvu. I did not have issues drinking it and following instructions. My bathroom experience was also not as I was told by others. I guess everyone experiences different reactions/symptoms. At the end of this ordeal the results were vey satisfactory, all normal. I hope I keep my health the same or better for the next in 10 years. It seems a little late in life because I'm 47, but my kids are all grown, I just got married and this is the very first thing I have ever "selfishly" done for myself...and I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results!!! I'm a thicker sized girl (5'2 and I weigh 160lbs) and I went from having very small breasts (small B if that) to getting 550cc implants. I am now a cup size D/DD.
