My review might seem confusing, as it has several separate parts to it…read more The first part was visiting the showroom, looking at samples, working with the sales staff and their coming to measure to the house to measure. The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. We would recommend Stone Innovations for your counter/remodeling needs.

She was supportive and honest. The gentlemen that installed to counter were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained the process. The gentlemen that installed the tile made sure that we had the perfect tile and did a great job of fitting us into their already busy schedule. Everyone was kind, knowledgable and made sure that the finished product was nothing less than perfect.

After speaking with a handful of reputable contractors in the Madison area, we chose Allen Kitchen…read more& Bath (AKB) based on a referral from a friend who had their kitchen recently remodeled. We had our first meeting with Kathy (Interior Designer) within a few days of contacting them. She came out to our home, talked with us about our needs and ideas, and took rough measurements right then and there so she could get started on renderings, material selection, and planning. Within a week, we were in her office reviewing a detailed, accurate work order that was nearly spot-on with our vision -- and at a price lower than we had anticipated! After answering what must have been a million questions from us over the next week or two (and letting us review other materials in the showroom), we came almost full circle back to Kathy's original design. Kathy was patient, kind, and quick to address all our needs as we worked through the initial planning process. Once we officially signed with AKB, it was less than a month before our project was scheduled and the dumpster arrived. Our lead carpenter, Pat, arrived the following morning and got to work right away. Outside of the electrician and plumbers, Pat was our main tradesperson for the project--from tear-out to tiling, he was skilled in all areas. Since I work from home, I was able to greet Pat each morning and talk over the day's work. He also showed a great deal of patience and kindness as I asked questions about the project, materials, techniques, and more. And since he was here for over a month, I got to learn more about him and his family. It was genuinely nice having him here each morning, putting his years of experience to work as he rebuilt our bathroom from the ground up. His dedication to his trade truly speaks for itself--our bathroom turned out amazing! Overall, we are very pleased with our remodeling experience with Allen Kitchen & Bath. Everyone we interacted with was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and engaging. Our bathroom turned out better than we could have imagined--the shower is our favorite part!

I can't say enough good things about my kitchen remodel with Allen. I had a basic idea of what I…read morewanted and Laree helped me find all the right pieces. She rearranged my kitchen floor plan to not only work better but also give me much more storage. Harrison, the carpenter, did a great job - he was not happy with just "ok", but was more of a perfectionist than me. Nino, the tile guy, made my selection of hand made (thus uneven and a challenge to use) tile the highlight of the room. Deanna kept me up-to-date on all installations. Even the inspections went smoothly. I've been thru a lot of construction projects and this has been, by far, the easiest with the best outcome. 5 Stars for Sure!

We had hired Mad City to do all of our windows in our home, and both of our bathrooms. From the…read morefirst meeting there was not good communication. I didn't even know they did bathrooms until I seen my uncles. They needed to send out the sales rep a second time to get something signed again that was missed at the first meeting. When I opened the door I was greeted to a sales rep I didn't meet previously, no biggie but the reminder was saying it was the previous rep I met with. We talked about the bathrooms I wanted added. I asked about the staining of the tubs because we live in the country and even though we take extra steps to filter out the iron staining it still comes through some. I was assured that it would not be a problem and that all I'd have to do is give it a wipe here and there and it wouldn't be a problem. I agreed and finished the paperwork. I was told it would be about 6ish week before they get the materials and about 8 weeks before they start. In the meantime they would send someone out to get mmeasurements of the windows. That rep came to do the windows and when I let him know I added on the baths and per the rep that helped me he was to get those measurements as well He informed me that its not on his papers so he is not doing it and they would have to schedule him to come back out another time. So, another time he came back out. The sales rep back out again bc of more measurements. Well 8 weeks passed I heard nothing about what was going on, so I called to be told it would be another 4 weeks. So, 4 weeks goes by I call again, I am told 2 weeks, and they will get it going. I asked if it would be the week of Thanksgiving and if i should plan on the first week in December, I was assured no it would be that last week of November. I had signed the contract in August/September. The start first week in December and got the windows done that one day. They did leave all the residue on all the windows from the stickers for me to clean up because they couldn't get it all off. They came back the next day to finish the bathrooms. A week into having the windows my big kitchen apron window cracked up the middle and to the left and a crack came down from the top down to the right in the middle. I called and had to wait another 3-4 weeks for them to get that replaced and once they did it didn't close properly so another part was ordered and I waited another 3 weeks or so. There was a hole other issue with the fan vents in the bathrooms that were to be replaced, after another 6 weeks or so and 3 different contractors it was finally completed. One contractor left a hole in the ceiling next to the fan/vent and left the box of handwear from the old one here with my kids in my kitchen. I have since found shape debris from the windows all around my house outside. When I do talk to a manager they don't follow through on responding to me or my concerns. I have not heard from anyone since beginning of April and my bathroom faucet still needs to be fixed. I do not recommend Mad City at all. They don't communicate with me; they lied about the product and quality to get a sale out of me. They told me to fix the iron stains which showed up in my tub 4 uses after being installed was to use a certain cleaning agent, so I now have to clean it after every use or have yellow coloring on the white shower/tub. They did take a drinking water sample for the water and from the looks of the results the iron was in normal range. I am very disappointed in this company and will never use them every again. I will also never recommend them if anyone is asking or thinking about them. I had to constantly reach out for any information about the products/ services.
