Robert Navarro is truly the most talented craftsman in Chicago…read more This was my second large project with Robert, and once again he exceeded every expectation. He designed and built custom paneling for the main floor of our home, completely transforming the space. He also created a built-in dining nook that turned out absolutely perfect. For our previous project, Robert built custom under-the-stairs storage in our condo -- a beautiful and functional solution we still appreciate every day. Working with Robert is always a pleasure. He's meticulous about the details, ensuring every element is precise and tailored to our vision. His communication is excellent, and he's incredibly reliable -- always arriving exactly when he says he will, which is rare in the city! Their store-room is beautiful and will make you want to re-do every part of your home! Matt and his team aren't just GOOD, they're GREAT. It's a passion. You can tell by Matt's consistency in genuinely wanting to do right by customers. They're Above and beyond -helpful, insightful, informative, caring, respectful, hardworking, really cares about the quality of his work. I'm glad true integrity in companies still exist. He will offer assistance from picking out the right flooring/color- answer any questions about concerns, as well as provide solutions-usually fixed by himself because he's so handy. The outcome was far beyond what I could have ever dreamed. Before seeing my home, and only hearing my needs via phone, Matt suggested 2 options. We picked one of his suggestions, again he hasn't seen my home yet/ IT IS PERFECT! Look at these results! Also- for someone with big OCD- shout out to the very hardworking young men on his team that worked tirelessly to ensure the flooring lined up perfectly straight- I don't know how, because some of my walls are wonky- but the flooring is laid perfectly. Omg they even fixed the squeaks that were driving my family nuts! This particular home project was my favorite thus far- stress free. No issues before, during, or after- just seamless. Why would you go to a place that doesn't actually care about YOU, or your home to install a floor? When you can have Floors4u do it and treat you like family. See the beauty- lighting changes depending on natural vs- artificial light- it pulls all the colors, browns creams, grays that surround my home. I am in love!
