I paid for the highest level of car wash here. The person who was in charge of guiding me through the car wash was rude and didn't even take the time to spray the bugs off my windshield or the front of my vehicle. I have an F150 and live and work on a cattle ranch and I was going through the car wash before I my husband up from the airport. He's been gone for 10 days and I wanted the truck to look nice and honestly I would've gotten a better service from an eight dollar car wash at the gas station. read more

I'd leave zero stars if it was an option. This place is basically new and it's ALWAYS broke down! WTF! And if the car wash is not broke down, they remove 3/4 of the vacuum hoses! It's always something! Save your money, seriously. Buy a hose and a spray nozzle and wash your car/truck at home. This place is a joke and I'm done with them. Inconsistent availability and if I was still a monthly member, I'd be requesting a refund. WORTHLESS!!! Well, second review and in addition to what I wrote above: absolutely nothing has changed! I tried giving this place another chance but this was the last straw. I pulled in this morning just as some dude was placing a sign in the middle of the entrance saying they were closing the car wash, AGAIN!!! Unreal! Is this "new" carwash ever functioning? Seriously, nothing has changed! Don't waste your time and I'd think twice before ever getting a membership for a carwash that's broke down all the time! Save your money. This place absolutely sucks! read more

I think this is a fairly new car wash in Red Bluff as I haven't been here before. I had a rented full sized SUV that I needed to get washed as I had it for a week on work assignment and we got it pretty dirty on dirt roads and some mud and I didn't wanna have to pay a excessive dirty car charge when I turned it in. I just went for the basic exterior wash for around $11. I didn't need a super detail job, just clean enough to turn the rental back in. It included use of the vacuum, like I said just get it clean enough. The washing worked well and the car looked basically clean. I think I'll be back with the next rental we thrash on back roads! They take credit cards and cash here if that's what you have. read more

I have been going to the Red Bluff location for months and have 3 vehicles I have on my plane at a cost of about $100 a month. I received damage to my truck on both sides exact height and length. They denied the claim said it was pre existing. How to you get the same damage on both sides? Cancelled my plans and am not done with my claim. read more

For the cost and quality, I am disappointed with the results. Doesn't get the bugs off, and have to do most of the work yourself. Would rather just go down the street to Red Bluff car wash and get a good wash for practically the same price. read more

$35/month doesn't get you a single fragrance stick lol. I'd rather have that than the free dash wipe.

UPDATED ** They infact did not make things right. Instead, I have been met with nothing but attitude and disrespect. I have been bounced back and forth between person to person. I'd finally made contact with someone named Tom out of the Chico location and he seemed like he actually cared and was willing to listen to me and help me. Tom called me on Saturday 4/12 and said that my claim once again had been denied so I asked him if there was any way I could meet with him to review the video footage myself, he said that was fine and that he would be at the Red Bluff location on Wednesday 4/16 and if I didn't hear from him by Tuesday evening to give him a call Wednesday morning to find out what time to meet him there. I called Wednesday morning at about 10:30 to find out what time to be there and the gentleman I spoke to informed me that Tom wasn't even scheduled to be working on Wednesday so I explained the situation to him, and he said that he would try to send Tom a message and would get back to me. I waited for three hours did not hear back so I decided to call again when I called the second time it was already after 1:00 and I had asked the lady that I spoke to named Skye to please let me know what time I was supposed to be there for the meeting. She informed me that apparently, I had a meeting scheduled for 2:00 with the manager of the Red Bluff location, her name is Raven. I asked Skye, if I wouldn't have called back how was I supposed to know about this meeting and I was met with silence. My best guess is they were hoping that I wouldn't call back and that I wouldn't show up so they could just write it off and say I never showed up for the meeting. I got to the Red Bluff location at 1:53 for my 2:00 meeting and was told that the manager was covering someone else's break and would be out to meet me in a minute. The manager showed up a couple minutes later and let me know that she just needed a minute or two to go get the video footage pulled up in the office and would come get me when she was ready. I stood there for another 20 minutes before the video footage was finally ready for me to go in and view. When I went into the office, I was told that I was not allowed to video or audio record, and they had already had a 10 second clip of my car pulled up showing where the damage had been finalized in the dryers. I asked her if there was any way that I could please see the entire footage of my vehicle from the time I entered the tunnel until the time I left the tunnel she told me that I was not allowed to see that footage I told her respectfully it is my vehicle if I want to see the footage, I am allowed to see it. She told me she needed to make a phone call and tried leaving the office I told her I would like to be in on that phone call because it is regarding me and my vehicle. I was met with attitude she then decided to make the phone call, and it was with Tom who decided that I wasn't important enough to show up himself, but they decided that I was allowed to see the entire footage and she still only showed me bits and pieces. I pointed out that there was in fact damage to the trim of my vehicle before I hit the blow dryers, she argued with me saying that it wasn't damage and laughed and shook her head at me. I then left the office got into my vehicle and I called the Chico location again and I spoke with Skye. I asked her nicely if I could please speak with Tom she told me that she would not pass the message on to Tom and let him know that I called unless I gave her a reason as to why I wanted to speak with him. I told her I would like to speak with him because he is the person that's been helping me with my case this entire time and I was tired of being bounced from person to person she told me she would pass the message on to Tom and that he would be calling me back. About 20 minutes later I got a call back from Skye letting me know she had a nice phone call with Tom and that Tom did not want to speak with me but to let me know that my case was denied and there was nothing more that they were going to do for me and told me to get over it. I then told Skye that I was going to be petty, and I would at least like my $14.00 back that I paid for the car wash she laughed out loud at me and told me absolutely not they do not give refunds because I still use their damn soap. Overall, I have decided this place is not worth it. The customer service that I received is the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life and I truly hope and believe that if anybody moves on from this terrible place to work they will learn true customer service to be able to use it somewhere else in their life. read more

The car wash broke my side view mirror. Very upset I went to the the at the tunnel and asked him to grab the plastic piece for me. He waited for a good 4 cars to drive passed before he went and collected it for me. Then went up to the service desk. Already upset because this machine broke a part off of my car. The manager on duty RAVEN asks how she can help after explaining that the machine broke my car part her response is "what do you want me to do about it" who responds like that to someone who just had their car damaged by their car wash machine? Then proceeds to say are you sure that you want to proceed with filing a claim because it will forsure get declined because you were ok with the mirrors not folding in. MY MIRRORS DONT FOLD. asked her for her managers contact info and she refused. Asked her for her managers name and she said she didn't know who he was? Who treats a customer like this? Especially a customers who's car was damaged by the machine? read more

Took a friend's car to be wash here. They said $14 for the rest of the month. It was the 15th so I thought cool ok. I thought great deal! And then they charge my card the next month for $34.99. When I called, they said no problem we will cancel it for you. When I ask if they were going to charge back the $34.99, they said no. I ask to speak to the manager and they said he will be here in a few days I can have him call you. I never was told there was a monthly fee. I would have just got a car wash. No one has called me yet. 2 stars because they had to wash the car twice and it was still dirty on below the doors and I had no time for a third car wash. read more

Customer service was great and it seemed to be perfect, the prices aren't bad at all. But for what happens to your car it's pretty bad. I have two Nissan Rogue's one is 2021 and the other is 2016 and both were damaged by this car wash. It scratches your paint up like crazy. You can tell it's the car wash due to the coverage of the scratches. If a person with a bristle brush washed my car it would be more sporadic and to the style of a person standing next to the car. But this is obviously from the car wash. I do not mean to damage the company or the car washes reputation as I do not think this is pure neglect but a issue that has yet to be resolved. At least I hope that is the case. read more
