I took my car in for an estimate on some minor damage to the bumper. Spent twenty minutes talking to crystal about the damage and that I could even remove the bumper myself and take it in to them for the repairs. That was Thursday July 6th. She told me to give her until Monday July 10th for the estimate. As of today I'm still waiting to hear back from her. Sara helped me work with my awful insurance company (Esurance/NationalGeneral/Allstate) to find resolution in getting my car repaired. It took 3 months of back and forth with the adjuster before they would agree to the repairs or total loss. Sara, Renea and Monica were so patient and friendly to me and helped make this process a little easier having them on my side to navigate through the BS we were getting from my insurance company/ adjuster. They never made me feel like my millions of calls and questions were an inconvenience and went above and beyond for customer service. Finally my car was repaired and looks brand new! Sara even gave my car a 2nd wash when I arrived for pick-up because some bugs were still in there. The work the Red Bluff Collision Pros did is exceptional. My car looks brand new! AND, it is still not worth the frustration of attempting to communicate with them. At one point I had to contact the corporate office in order to get a call back from the local office regarding my car's repair status, even then communication locally was inconsistent. Despite the stellar work done I will not use the Red Bluff Collision Pros again. (Corporate office was very helpful and professional. It's the local office where communication is abysmal.) read more

However when I posted a bad review and responded badly to the survey they sent me, the owner of the company reached out and showed such care and shared such compassion with me that I am shocked.
