I wish I'd kept driving a little further up the road... maybe this would be a different outcome and review. I paid $22 for their top wash, and my car came out the other end still dirty. Not "if you look closely" dirty -- "did I even go through a car wash just now?" dirty. I'm leaning toward the speed of the wash being the problem. This is one of the fastest car washes I've ever been through. It felt more like Pirates of Speelunker Cave at Six Flags than a car wash with the way it was speeding along. There's just no way any of the soap or cleaning agents have time to actually do anything before the next step is already blasting it off. It feels like the priority here is pushing as many cars through as possible, not actually getting them clean. When I pulled into the vacuum area, I could still see dirt and residue in several places on my car, which was pretty frustrating after paying $22. The vacuums were good and the rug washer worked well, so I'll give them that. Those were the only parts of the place that seemed to be doing what they're supposed to do. But for $22, I expect my car to come out clean. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this one. There's another wash a little further down the road that I'll be trying next time I'm in the area. read more

I went there for the first and only time. The attendant was nice. I went through the wash and my atena was broken off. Ok. Things happen. The car wash was trash. Go to the HEB down the street. It's way better and less money. I filled a claim. They denied it. Your machine broke my atena. Pay for it and keep a customer. This company according to other claims has an issue with braking car parts. The wash took a minute and was worse than spraying it with a garden hose. Don't go here unless you're a sadist. You only seem to reply to positive reviews. Please respond to the many negative reviews. Let everyone see how you handle diversity. read more

visited here a few weeks ago and the management and employees were extremely disrespectful and not friendly at all. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody I actually like. Does not value loyalty. Poor to no customer service and it wrecks the tops of your head lights if you have a Toyota. If your CC expires they will not contact you for new expiration, they will just wait to charge you more. read more

Everything that other locations are not. Clean and pristine, wash gets everything off, great staff, clean restroom, they even have free windex and towels now. On par with new car wash places around town that just opened like Club and Suds Deluxe. What the E Ben White location should be. read more

Staff very helpful with my suv's special floor mats and, when in my truck once, went above and beyond to help me get forgotten loose hay out of the bed! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! I was paying a monthly fee to use this car wash. The last time I went thru this car wash my antenna (Sirius/XM) stopped working and upon inspection realized the car wash brushes broke it loose from my car. I filed a damage claim with the company and they denied responsibility. They admitted that it has damaged other cars and they also require some users to sign a waiver so they know perfectly well that it damaged my car and now I can't get anyone to even discuss this with me at all. This damage will allow rain to enter into the roof and cause much damage to the interior. I will be filing a civil small claims law suit. Absolutely AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will not even acknowledge damage to your car much less take responsibility or pay for the damages. They simply do not care, even if you are a member. read more

After a recent visit to this car wash, an attendant let it slip that they will not wash the front or rear of my truck because I have a trailer hitch and brush gaurd on it. Some secret button they have at the entry to the wash that the attendant hits. This explains whay I have to always spend extra time cleaning the front and rear of my truck. I was told it was for safety but in reality it is saving them wear and tear on their brushes. Very deceitful and it should be posted in writing somewhere at the business. I literally just left the "car wash". This was after I asked the guy to brush it good since every time I leave with it having marks all over it. They didn't brush at all so I ran back through and the girl said, " we don't brush anymore". Not a good business decision if your wash leaves cars looking like this. Went to get my car washed today and was appaled at what I've seen. Usually this is my go to place but after working customer service for over 20 years, I was disgusted. In 100 degree weather they had one poor dude doing all the work while what looked like managers sat around or talked. The only reason I'd ever give this place 5 stars was because of the dude who washed my car and gave me impeccable service despite his circumstances he kept a smile on his face. Next time I'm going to Club Car wash. Get it together guys. read more

I don't know what anyone could complain about this car wash is amazing! I have the monthly membership for the ultimate wash which is $33 a month and I get to go as many times as I'd like. They put a scan sticker on your windshield similar to a toll tag and you drive through the express lane right into the car wash. My car comes out, sparkling clean every time. The vacuums are always on and are very powerful. They have a machine that you can roll your car mats through which sprays them down with hot water and gets the grime off. They have a vending machine with air fresheners towels armor all and everything is priced cheap ($1) . The area to vacuum is nicely shaded, and they always have clean stacks of microfiber towels and Windex that you can use to clean your window or dry your car off with. My favorite is the high pressure air blast gun which I use to get grass, crumbs, dirt out of every little nook and cranny inside my car. I get my car looking brand new every time in about 20 minutes. The employees are nice and do their job well. I've had my membership for about three months and plan on keeping it for a while as I love to keep my car clean. Best deal! read more

I brought my week old vehicle in for its first car wash, and it was damaged due to a tire shine equipment malfunction. I filed a damaged claim while still on the site and was told the claim would come back with a response within a week. After a month, I finally received a response back denying my damage claim. My vehicle has a dash cam that recorded the impact, but I was told there wasn't enough evidence to indicate that there was a malfunction. I filed an appeal for the claim two weeks ago, but now I'm unable to reach anyone via phone or email. Very disappointing that I brought my brand new vehicle in for its very first car wash, and I left with $1,000 in damages. read more

Good quality wash at competitive prices. About time Sweetwater/Spicewood got one! Quick and easy drive through, plus after wash they provide free vacuums, air gun to blow off excess water, floor mat cleaner machine and car cleaning products vending machine. I sprung for the $35/month unlimited plan which is the best they offer. Normally $18 a wash by itself. Of course they have cheaper plans. Check it out! read more

The car wash itself is nice but management is not good. Shortly after opening we purchased the monthly package for unlimited washes. However, the following week and a half the car wash was mysteriously closed. We asked at the wash if they were going to prorate since they were closed and we were told management was looking into it. That translates into management never did anything for the monthly price despite being closed for about 30% of the month. Hours are also not conducive to being able to get car washed during the week (closed by the time we get out of work) so only works for us if we are home on the weekend. After finding out management never did anything to adjust the first month we asked to cancel at the end of our second month. We signed a document of cancellation, but low and behold the car wash charged us again for the monthly fee. We were out of town for most of the month and couldn't even use it once. Every time we have tried to go and speak with management there is no one on site. So things don't get addressed as those on site can't do anything without the manager. Would not recommend the monthly wash - it seems you can't cancel despite signing a cancellation document. read more
