Being new in the area I researched the best place for detailing. I only went for the exterior service, since I keep the interior clean myself. They did an excellent job. The paint felt so very smooth. And wow, does it bead up in the rain! There is a scrape on the side of the bed that I could not do anything with, but the gentleman who worked on the truck was able to make it not so noticable. Having the truck detailed as regularly as I have it serviced is on my schedule, and I will be back to Go Wash.

They had the car for about an hour, and when it was ready, they brought the wrong car out. They discovered their mistake and then just let me drive away and said there would be no charge for the inspection. That's the good news. The better news is I went in after having received an estimate for over $4000 worth of repairs from a Volkswagen dealership. Texaco said they could do two out of the five services so I gave them the keys and they started the work this morning. I got a call soon after they started and said that the coolant system did not need to be changed. It was perfectly fine and didn't need to be done. I got the brakes done (for half the cost of the dealer) and was very happy that they also discovered that my oil level was low. I was very happy with the service and the honesty of this local service department

I chose this place because the owner, George, answers the phones and shows up to every job…read morepersonally. George and his assistant did a great job on my 2004 Toyota Prius. I wouldn't say as good as new as some of the difficult cloth stains still remained, but every surface was cleaned and every stain was lightened. The outside sparkled and the inside smelled like a deeply cleaned vehicle. Additionally, when I noticed some streaks on the interior windshield during nighttime driving, I was able to text George directly (yay, this is why I chose an owner-operated business) and George and his assistant dropped back by and happily fixed it right up. Stellar service!

Tells you something about the quality of the work that went into the detailing. They were on time, worked solid for several hours, quiet and super professional. I sat outside on such a beautiful day and would glance over every now and then. They were quietly and meticulously working on every square centimeter of the car. These folks are true craftsmen and the care shines through their work, literally. The final product is so smooth and shiny it looks like it's wet. I'm afraid to touch my car for fear of leaving marks.

Got a confirmation when I booked, and then a text that the tech was on the way about an hour before he arrived (and fully within the window they gave me). He pulled his truck up to the driveway, and I backed the car per his direction. He did a great job - super clean inside and out. Not a spot was missed. My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

I contacted multiple detailing services but this owner called back within 24h unlike the others. Zac was familiar with the details of my car model which I appreciated and took the time to listen to and review all my concerns to my satisfaction before ending the call. He was able to fit me in despite short notice. Pricing was fair, he started at the most basic for my well maintained vehicle with the potential to add on as needed once he saw the car. On the day of, he arrived on time and let me know when he started and completed my unattended car (I was at work). He left my key as arranged and ensured that I was happy before even bringing up payment. I was very impressed by his transparency, professionalism and attention to detail. In my over 50 years on this planet, I don't think I've ever seen ANYTHING cleaned to this level before. Do plan for it to take longer than estimated (Zac spent about six hours cleaning my car and it was not unusually dirty), but they did not charge me more than what was originally estimated. I believe it was well worth every penny. I could never get it this clean myself.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! My boyfriend took his car here to get the strips removed from his charger…read more.. just to get the car back in worse condition. The owner was made aware of the situation and refuses to make it right. My boyfriend reached out to several shops in hopes of getting the repairs completed just to find out the damages that were made to the vehicle are worth thousands. This company was made aware of the situation and promised to make it right... then turned around and said "it's bad business to refund". The refund would've been $400. Which is WAY less than the actual cost of the damage. We would've been fine with the simple refund because that could've been put towards to repair. DO NOT go to this shop. This shop is unprofessional, unreliable, and honestly incompetent when it comes to proper customer service. HIGHLY suggest finding a better shop than this one. You've been warned! Previously reviewed on google as well and the business responded by disregarding my response due to me not "being present when the service was performed". When in fact I was there at the time of the car pick up and shook the hand of the owner. Once again this place is unprofessional in the way they handled not only our situation, but others just like it. It would've been fine if they just were honest and took accountability for their mistake. Instead they agreed to make it right and once they realized how bad the damage really was, they decide to deny everything and refuse to make it right.
