One thing that makes 0 sense to me is that there is no shuttle to the long-term parking. I'm disabled and can't walk long distances. I had to walk for several minutes from this parking lot, which itself has handicap parking spaces (again, makes no sense to me), to the actual airport. On my way back, I couldn't walk to this parking lot. I was in a lot of pain (nerve pain in ankles), and an American Airlines's employee was nice enough to take me to the parking lot in a wheelchair. Her name is Louisa or Luisa. She rembles Frances Farmer. Please, treat her right. She's a great person. Still, fuck Santa Barbara airport for not being handicap accessible.

Our friend has his aircraft managed and stored at this location, which is perfect if you're driving from Oxnard Santa Barbara, Malibu, or Westlake Village. The concierge service is available anytime, 24/7. The have a comfortable lounges and meeting rooms. They provide refreshments and toiletries. Great decor! The lobby is excellent, and exudes class and exclusivity. I rented a car from Enterprise for our trip but it was not delivered at ACI Jet. Without hesitation, they offered us a ride to Enterprise, even if was just the next building over; excellent. Departure was Sunday, Mother's Day. ACI Jet was very thoughtful and gave my wife a rose for Mother's Day, what a great touch. I used this time while I was flight planning to explore the FBO. Men's bathroom stalls have floor to ceiling doors, wow. Lots of snacks and premium coffee is available. We liked their ice cream the best, what a delectable treat. SLO /Pismo Beach would always be a great family getaway. Know I know that ACI Jet will be there to pamper us and give top-service.
