The boys were so excited and absolutely LOVED the party bus. They sang every song that my son-in-law played and were having so much fun! They were so happy and singing so loudly that I thought Michael would tell them to quiet down, but he said loud didn't bother him. In my opinion, Michael is a rock star! All said the best part of the whole night was riding and singing in the RockStar party bus! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

After repeatedly calling to figure out what was going on, we were eventually told that our driver had forgotten about us and would be more than 40 minutes late. At that point, we had no choice but to cancel and scramble for another way to get to the ceremony. Instead of arriving in the transportation we carefully planned and paid for, I ended up squeezing my wedding dress into a friend's pickup truck just to make it there on time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but forgetting a couple on their wedding day is unacceptable. I would not trust this company for an important event.

Booking by phone was fast and the operator was helpful and informed. She did not know why I was having trouble booking online. She said you could eat/drink in the vehicle but to not leave a mess. Total cost for roundtrip transport for my situation was just under $180. On the day/time of my transport, I parked my car in the general airport parking lot (free). I had to fill out some paperwork because my car was going to be there for more than 2 weeks. Shuttle was ready at the scheduled time. We made stops in Buellton and a rest break in Ventura. Driver was good but spoke very little English. A/C was functioning properly as it was hot outside. There is no form of entertainment (TVs), outlets to charge your electronic devices (phone), or WiFi. This is definitely a good service for the cost.

Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the more disappointing parts of the trip. The seating is tightly packed. I understand maximizing capacity, but at 6'6" it was not comfortable. We moved to the front right side where there is a sideways bench behind the driver, which offered more legroom. That felt like a smart move until we realized most of the sights being pointed out were on the left side of the trolley. It felt like about 80 percent of the tour was oriented that direction, which meant we were constantly twisting around and still missing details. If you book this tour, sit on the left side. The narration also felt disorganized. The driver mentioned he was reading the traffic flow incorrectly and ended up doing much of the route "backwards." Because of that, he would introduce a historical figure or landmark, then later circle back and partially repeat the same information when reaching his usual talking point. There was noticeable repetition and filler instead of a smooth, cohesive storyline. Midway through the tour, there is a stop at Mission Santa Barbara for about 15 minutes. While it is nice to get off and stretch your legs, 15 minutes is nowhere near enough time to meaningfully experience the mission. You can walk through the courtyard and take a few photos, but that is about it. The mission deserves more time than a quick pass through. In practice, the stop felt more like a checkbox than a real opportunity to explore. Another frustration was departure time. The 2:00 p.m. tour did not leave at 2:00. The driver waited past the scheduled time to see if additional passengers would join. When you are visiting from out of town and carefully stacking your schedule, those extra 10 to 15 minutes matter. Overall, for about $30 per person, I expected a more polished and better organized experience. We both left disappointed. If you want a meaningful introduction to Santa Barbara, you may be better off exploring key spots on your own at your own pace.

I guess if you get some bad reviews just change your website and the problem will go away. I used SB executive transportation for shuttle service for our wedding 1 month ago in Santa Ynez. I booked with Vivian who holds a title of co-owner. Booking went smoothly and I was excited they were able to accommodate us with short notice. Jimmy our driver who was very nice and courteous when he was around did not show up for shuttle service from Corque to Roblar for our guests as scheduled. He didn't read the contract carefully, so was unaware that we were wanting him to do this. We didn't know about this until 17:30 at which time people started taking their own cars and complaining and it made it back to us. The groom called Jimmy and we tried to wait, but when he did make it to Roblar with one load of guests they had essentially missed the entire ceremony. Although you could have said we should have contacted him sooner, that isn't really our job to make sure a hired car shows up at the contracted time and place. I'm sure he felt bad, and it was an honest mistake, but certainly I heard about it the day after and it was the one error of the day in an otherwise flawless event. We are pretty disappointed. I contacted VIvian about this and no response! Well hope this review helps others trying to decide on a transportation company.
