Instead of arriving in the transportation we carefully planned and paid for, I ended up squeezing my wedding dress into a friend's pickup truck just to make it there on time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but forgetting a couple on their wedding day is unacceptable. I would not trust this company for an important event.

Total cost for roundtrip transport for my situation was just under $180. On the day/time of my transport, I parked my car in the general airport parking lot (free). I had to fill out some paperwork because my car was going to be there for more than 2 weeks. Shuttle was ready at the scheduled time. We made stops in Buellton and a rest break in Ventura. Driver was good but spoke very little English. A/C was functioning properly as it was hot outside. There is no form of entertainment (TVs), outlets to charge your electronic devices (phone), or WiFi. This is definitely a good service for the cost.

The tour runs about an hour and a half, narrated the whole way through. Our guide, Rusty, was excellent -- knowledgeable, engaging, and easy to listen to. He mixed history with fun local details, pointing out landmarks, residents, and even a few celebrity homes. His energy kept the ride interesting from start to finish. Pro tip: Seating is a bit of a luck-of-the-draw situation. There are about four or five seats where the window is completely down -- perfect for pictures. Otherwise, most windows stay up and only open a crack for air. If photos are important to you, get in line early so you can grab those open-window spots. It's two people per bench. The rest stop was at the historic Santa Barbara Mission. We had about 15 minutes to use the restrooms, pop into the gift shop, and take pictures of the Mission's beautiful exterior. (The church wasn't open during our visit, but it often is, so worth checking next time.) Along the way, Rusty also pointed out some things I never would've noticed -- like enormous fig trees scattered around town, a fossil of a blue whale, and even a giraffe peeking its head out near the zoo! The Spanish-style architecture throughout Santa Barbara was another highlight, and being able to see so much in a short span of time made this tour feel really efficient. There is another listing on yelp for an address in Goleta with the same phone number and the website is currently sbsedans.com. I believe they are all the same as the phone number is the same. I guess if you get some bad reviews just change your website and the problem will go away. I used SB executive transportation for shuttle service for our wedding 1 month ago in Santa Ynez. I booked with Vivian who holds a title of co-owner. Booking went smoothly and I was excited they were able to accommodate us with short notice. Jimmy our driver who was very nice and courteous when he was around did not show up for shuttle service from Corque to Roblar for our guests as scheduled. He didn't read the contract carefully, so was unaware that we were wanting him to do this. We didn't know about this until 17:30 at which time people started taking their own cars and complaining and it made it back to us. The groom called Jimmy and we tried to wait, but when he did make it to Roblar with one load of guests they had essentially missed the entire ceremony. Although you could have said we should have contacted him sooner, that isn't really our job to make sure a hired car shows up at the contracted time and place. I'm sure he felt bad, and it was an honest mistake, but certainly I heard about it the day after and it was the one error of the day in an otherwise flawless event. We are pretty disappointed. I contacted VIvian about this and no response! Well hope this review helps others trying to decide on a transportation company.
