Once we booked, we were connected with Lindsay, who was incredibly responsive and always easy to reach. She answered every follow up question and made deposits and payments simple and stress free. It truly felt like we were working with people who love what they do and care about the Santa Barbara community. We even got to choose custom wording for our buses before and after the ceremony, which added such a fun and personal touch. On the wedding day, the drivers were friendly, upbeat, and so accommodating. They let us play whatever music we wanted and made sure all of our guests felt comfortable. I had also used Jump on the Bus for a bachelorette party and had the exact same smooth and enjoyable experience, which says so much about their consistency. I cannot recommend this company enough. Whether you are a future bride or someone planning an event, this is the team you want.

Always quick to respond, very organized and have the best communication leading up to and on the day of the events with their team. I knew I wanted to use them for my own wedding as well, which I did. They were amazing and made sure our guests arrived and departed safely and on-time. Will always recommend them and looking forward to working with them more!!

Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the more disappointing parts of the trip. The seating is tightly packed. I understand maximizing capacity, but at 6'6" it was not comfortable. We moved to the front right side where there is a sideways bench behind the driver, which offered more legroom. That felt like a smart move until we realized most of the sights being pointed out were on the left side of the trolley. It felt like about 80 percent of the tour was oriented that direction, which meant we were constantly twisting around and still missing details. If you book this tour, sit on the left side. The narration also felt disorganized. The driver mentioned he was reading the traffic flow incorrectly and ended up doing much of the route "backwards." Because of that, he would introduce a historical figure or landmark, then later circle back and partially repeat the same information when reaching his usual talking point. There was noticeable repetition and filler instead of a smooth, cohesive storyline. Midway through the tour, there is a stop at Mission Santa Barbara for about 15 minutes. While it is nice to get off and stretch your legs, 15 minutes is nowhere near enough time to meaningfully experience the mission. You can walk through the courtyard and take a few photos, but that is about it. The mission deserves more time than a quick pass through. In practice, the stop felt more like a checkbox than a real opportunity to explore. Another frustration was departure time. The 2:00 p.m. tour did not leave at 2:00. The driver waited past the scheduled time to see if additional passengers would join. When you are visiting from out of town and carefully stacking your schedule, those extra 10 to 15 minutes matter. Overall, for about $30 per person, I expected a more polished and better organized experience. We both left disappointed. If you want a meaningful introduction to Santa Barbara, you may be better off exploring key spots on your own at your own pace.

Received the following quote SEVERAL days later . That should have been my first clue . If they can't get you a quote on a timeley basis how can you rely on them to show up on a timeley basis? From the South Bay to LAX in a Cadillac (not even a limousine, a cadillac!) "Below please find your price quote. Should you have any questions, please contact us at (805) 568-5466. Standard Gratuitity? There is no such thing as a Standard Gratuity. Gratuity is based on service and as per the following email I received from you would that standard would be ZERO as you have no standard of customer service. WTH is an STC Surcharge? and WTH is an Admin Fee? and you are only "ESTIMATING" that ? Seriously. To which I replied in an email, "you're joking right?" And then, Mr. Customer Service Rep of the Year (sarcasm) emailed the following: "No not at all. I am in business to make a living. If you cannot afford our service then I'd recommend taking a taxi." Word for word this is his attitude. Guess What Mr. Chris Heckler, your rude and assuming email and list of 'surcharges' and gratituties shows me you are the scruge of your business. I wouldn't step one foot into any of your vehicles if YOU PAID ME TO and from the other review here on yelp, it looks like this is the way you roll.

The name of the company and address listed on my confirmation was SB executive transportation located at 420 East Carrillo St Santa Barbara, CA 93101 which correlates with this listing and phone number. There is another listing on yelp for an address in Goleta with the same phone number and the website is currently sbsedans.com. I believe they are all the same as the phone number is the same. I guess if you get some bad reviews just change your website and the problem will go away. I used SB executive transportation for shuttle service for our wedding 1 month ago in Santa Ynez. I booked with Vivian who holds a title of co-owner. Booking went smoothly and I was excited they were able to accommodate us with short notice. Jimmy our driver who was very nice and courteous when he was around did not show up for shuttle service from Corque to Roblar for our guests as scheduled. He didn't read the contract carefully, so was unaware that we were wanting him to do this. We didn't know about this until 17:30 at which time people started taking their own cars and complaining and it made it back to us. The groom called Jimmy and we tried to wait, but when he did make it to Roblar with one load of guests they had essentially missed the entire ceremony. Although you could have said we should have contacted him sooner, that isn't really our job to make sure a hired car shows up at the contracted time and place. I'm sure he felt bad, and it was an honest mistake, but certainly I heard about it the day after and it was the one error of the day in an otherwise flawless event. We are pretty disappointed. I contacted VIvian about this and no response! Well hope this review helps others trying to decide on a transportation company.
