Eos take the headache out of wine tasting. We booked a van for 9 of us to go wine tasting in Santa Barbara for my friend's bachelorette. The van picked us up at 10:30 am at Bacara and the driver was incredible.... incredibly accommodating, friendly, and nice. We picked LaFond to start, followed by Melville, and let the driver select the last location, Foley. This is the way wine tasting should be done. Each winery was expecting us when we arrived and had a private area set up for us to taste. Melville was our favorite, and is where we decided to have our picnic lunch, which we were pleasantly surprised with. All of the side salads were great - Gorgonzola Walnut Salad, Italian Pasta Salad, and Fresh Fruit Salad were the ones we had selected - and all were a nice complement to the meal rather than just an afterthought. I got the Gorgonzola Walnut because I wasn't sure how the pasta salad would be and I thought the fruit would just be a couple pieces of the less desirable fruits, but I had a bite of pasta salad which was delicious, and the fruit salad was large and had a good variety of fruit. The driver also got us all set up with a picnic table for lunch. After lunch, we went to Foley, where they had the entire back patio reserved for us. Unfortunately for them we were pretty tipsy already and couldn't really tell the difference anymore, so my advice is to pick the wineries you are most interested in trying first. We didn't do the night clubbing / table thing and honestly we were a bit worried about how the wine tasting would be given that they do clubbing also, but everything was perfect. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is I think it's a bit pricey.. totally worth it if you can afford it, but definitely not for the every man. read more

I would rather tell my wedding guests to walk than use EOS transportation again. The entire process start to finish was anything but smooth. About a month before the wedding EOS stopped responding to any of my calls and emails trying to confirm what time the drivers would show up at the hotels and with the driver info, even though I had a signed contract (they kept saying they would get it to me the next day...) I finally had to drive to their office to get them to follow-through with the information. This was unnecessary stress added. Vendors are hired to make things smoother, this was the opposite. On top of the irresponsible way they run their business, one of the shuttles broke down the day of the wedding putting us behind schedule. After the wedding they had no problem following up requesting prompt payment even though they were less than prompt in pre-wedding communication. read more

Had a girls weekend for my friends 25th birthdays, and used EOS to go on a wine tasting tour. We signed up for 3 vineyards, and lunch with the company. I was surprised at how nice the bus that picked the 8 of us up was, so spacious and fun! The vineyards we went to were spaced out from Santa Barbara to a little past Sol Vang. The view on the way was awesome, and our driver was so fun and even stopped outside a mini-horse farm so we can check the area out. Our Driver was George, and the main reason I'm giving this company five stars. He has the most amazing customer service skills, and was genuinely such a nice person! He let us blast our ipod on the entire drive and endured our wonderful singing skills all day! He took our cameras and photographed our adventures through out the day, and had a case of water for us to stay hydrated through out the day. Wonderful, Wonderful service!! I went through EOS for a bachelorette package that included a day wine tour, transportation, and VIP service for the lounge for the evening. I'll keep this review to the wine tour and transport and review the lounge on it's separate page. *****5 STARS***** It's been a week or two since I and my San Francisco party girls came down for the weekend, and I can't stop raving about how nice everyone was not only in Santa Barbara in general, but every single person associated with EOS. I know that they have perfected their "machine" of catering to bachelorette parties, but not once did we ever feel like they were just going through the motions. Our driver Mark was attentive, funny, and could totally keep up with a group of 10 rowdy girls. He kept us on schedule without making us feel like we were on a schedule, and gave us great pointers for every winery we went to. It was obvious that he was not only knowledgeable but into the wine...and he was just our driver! My contact, Adam, picked the wineries for us to go to and each one was different from the last. It was great! For the evening portion we had Greg as our driver and he was ON IT. Again, he was on time picking us up for dinner, and was available within 5-10mins of contacting our host at the lounge saying that we were ready to call it a night. There was a random guy that tried sneaking on our bus at the end of the evening and Greg was on point immediately and bounced him off before he could get a foot in the door of the bus. They weren't kidding when they named it a "Safe Ride Home" option. I know that each of our respective male counter-parts at home much appreciated having someone like Greg watching over us to make sure we got back OK. We had an AWESOME time. Fun. FUN. FUN!! I knew from the getgo that EOS was going to be the company we went with because Greg was SO prompt and professional over the phone when setting up the appointment and answering my questions. Our driver, Armando, was right on time and had the BEST attitude. Anything we needed to make our trip more enjoyable, he was happy to do. His attitude was "the louder the music, the better." We used the EOS Celebration package for my sister's bachelorette party and it couldn't have been better! Throughout the planning process, Greg was very helpful and knowledgable and made the process very simple. Our driver to the wineries was Tish. She was a great "tour guide" and driver. This past Saturday, April 30, 2016 my 10 best girls and I were in Santa Barbara and were able to go on a wine tour through Eos Transportation company. It was the best decision and experience for my bachelorette. George, who was our winery tour guide and driver ensured that my girls and I were having a grand ol' time. George made my expereince extra special with the care and attention he gave me. He ensured that I always had a glass of wine in my hand and even went as far as letting me try a few extra special edition wines from the 3 wineries we attended. If you are looking for a great wine tasting experience make sure you ask for GEORGE!!! Before we left the last winery, George pulled over and took a few pictures of me on this really cool antique tractor. He wanted to make sure I had memories and photos to look back on. My youngest sister wasn't feeling the best during the tours and he was kind enough to provide her with some peligrino to help with her nausea and headache. We were in Santa Barbara for a friends 30th birthday party. There were 9 girls total. George arrived at our pick up location 15 minutes ahead of time. He was polite, punctual and so friendly. We had such a great time with him as we visited three wineries in the Santa Ynez Valley. We let the EOS team pick the wineries we went to and we couldn't have been happier with the selections. Also, when we got to the second winery, George set up a gorgeous lunch for us. We had such a great time and it was a truly memorable trip. I highly recommend EOS wine tours - especially for large parties. They really took care of everything for us. Where do I even begin?? I could not have asked for a better Bachelorette celebration for my best friend! If you haven't yet looked into the party packages from EOS, I highly recommend you look into it ASAP! Moving on... The day started with our driver, Mark, picking us up at our hotel. The van was perfect! Nice and roomy and Mark even brought water for the ride. Very courteous and helpful! One of the girls in our group was suffering from food poisoning. Mark was such a trooper! He took care of her by pulling over multiple times providing extra bags for her just in case he couldn't pull over fast enough. He also let her nap in the van while the rest of us enjoyed the wineries. He kept us all on time despite our numerous road stops. He also was our personal photographer for the day! :) Thanks Mark!! The winery choices were perfect! Bridlewood (perfect for a bachelorette party), Melville (perfect since the bride to be's name was Mel) and Foley Estates. All different price ranges and all delicious! I bought something at each winery! Later, Mark picked us up for dinner and dropped us off at our dinner reservations. After dinner we were taken to the club. Once at the club we had a VIP table and bottle service. Honestly, could not have asked for a more perfectly planned day. The price was such a good deal and I am so glad I came across the other reviews here on Yelp. I highly recommend the service from EOS Transportation. My friend choose this service specifically because you could choose the wineries. Calling it a bachelorette party must have implied "girls who want to get chauffeured and drunk" They took us to Bridalwood then to Firestone which wasn't on the approved list of wineries she sent in advance. The driver said she would have to call the manager Whitney. He told my friend "what do you want me to do?" and "you don't get to choose the wineries" in other words "you paid in full and I don't give a S#it" Horrible customer service and the wrong group of girls to mess we're all over 30, marketing professionals with iphones.
