Birthday wine tasting!!! Had such a great time. They were super patient and helped us reschedule when we were running behind at one winery. Tony was so professional and provided a great experience where we felt we were taken care of especially when we were unfamiliar with the area. I didn't have to worry about a thing which made for an easy and enjoyable mini vacay.

Where do I begin to tell you how awesome this company is! We booked a wine tasting tour for Mother's day weekend and we weren't disappointed at all. Dino was great at answering questions about the trip and providing a lunch menu for us to choose our meal. He even followed up with us after our tour. LP was a pleasure to be around. Her knowledge of the area and attention to us was immeasurable and she answered all of our questions and took us to places we only heard about. If you book a wine tour with EOS you won't be disappointed at all!

Experience was top notch. No complaints from my friends and I and we'd definitely use again in the future for our group outings.

I am very thankful for Santa Barbara Airbus getting me from Goleta to LAX on time. I was caught in…read moretraffic during my drive down from Lompoc, CA, and the driver, passengers, and staff were very helpful in making sure I was accommodated. I left my car at the Goleta terminal, as I have done in the past. As a side note, I also wanted to ask whether there is still a discount for customers who drive down from Lompoc, since doing so saves Santa Barbara Airbus fuel, time, and labor. Either way, while the departure from Goleta was hectic, it was ultimately successful, and I appreciated the assistance. Unfortunately, my return experience was not as positive. When I arrived back in Goleta, I noticed that my car was not parked in the front lot, where it has always been in the past. I asked the driver if he could help me get my car and my keys. He had already unloaded my luggage and was seated back in the driver's seat. When I asked for assistance, he casually shrugged his shoulders and appeared unconcerned. At that point, it was after 10:00 PM. Although we had arrived about 35 minutes early, I was standing in the parking lot with my luggage and no clear direction about where my car was or how I was supposed to retrieve it. I finally had to ask the driver if he was simply going to leave me and my luggage there and drive away. Only then did he ask me for my name and phone number again, make a call, and begin looking for a solution. After about 15 minutes, a very kind young lady came to assist me. She explained that she was "on call" that evening, confirmed my name, showed me to my car, and pleasantly helped me continue on my way back to Lompoc. I truly appreciated her professionalism and kindness. However, I did pay for parking. Only the first five days were free, and I was charged for two additional days based on my return date. Someone forgot to move my car to the front parking area and failed to inform the driver about my keys. That oversight placed the driver in an awkward position, required another staff member to come assist me after hours, and delayed my trip home after a long day of travel. Santa Barbara Airbus is better than this. Extending a 17-hour travel day because of a preventable communication failure is not the level of service I have come to expect. I hope this matter can be reviewed so that future passengers are not left in the same situation.

Given the amount of money we had to fund raise over the course of four years to pay for these buses it would have been nice to have polite and helpful customer service, fully functional buses, and drivers that were informed and fully aware of traffic laws! $12,350 for two buses, less than 450 miles round trip. -Lacey Rivera is unbelievably RUDE. Had the booking been for personal and not professional purposes, I would've told her to cancel our reservation the first time she had an attitude about answering basic questions. Customers booking buses are not necessarily aware of the bus laws or requirements for bus drivers however, the staff should be aware of these laws and should assume that they need to inform customers of any pertinent information when booking a trip. We booked our trip in May 2024, a year ahead of time and I was not made aware until November about the requirements for bus drivers and the laws that would affect our trip. Ultimately, our students would either be stranded for over an hour prior to the event or over an hour after the event, rebooking with another bus company would have increased the price exponentially. I had to request information from Lacey repeatedly before receiving answers to basic but important questions. Unable to continue waiting for information from Lacey I called the office and spoke with Victoria, who was extremely helpful. I then noticed a hostile change in Lacey's behavior as though she was offended that I asked somebody else for information when it was her account to handle. Victoria Jones was extremely helpful and polite every time we had an interaction but dealing with Lacey after that was unpleasant. -Overall, my students made it to their destination and back safely however some of the feedback I received from students, school employees, and parent chaperones was concerning. One of our buses had some pretty serious damage to the passenger side of the bus upon arrival. Students reported that when returning in the wee hours of the morning, one of the bus drivers was running the lights and stop signs. One chaperone specifically reported a near accident that was definitely the fault of the driver. One of our buses had electrical issues and had to pull over at one point. The other bus did not have air-conditioning, which is an unfortunate thing during a heat wave on the last couple days of May. For $12,350?? Bus drivers were friendly and polite! However, some of the information that had been provided to the bus company was not provided to the drivers so they were uninformed about some key aspects of the trip. -Our high school had to pay $12,350 for two buses to travel less than 450 miles. I think a breakdown of cost should be provided to the customers as this is an overwhelming amount of money for students at a public school to be expected to come up with. It seems companies intentionally rip off schools at this time of year to maximize their profits and have zero interest in supporting students and communities. Given the amount of money we had to fund raise over the course of four years to pay for these buses it would have been nice to have polite and helpful customer service, fully functional buses, and drivers that were informed and fully aware of traffic laws!

Oxnard is a busy but sleepy City that reminds me of San Luis Obispo and Ventura and Santa Barbara, and the station is a similar size to those, and not too many people who live around here use the Greyhound anyway in my experience. The Oxnard Transit Center is actually mainly all about the Pacific Surfliner that comes through here, which is an amazing train, and it has a big road right across the platform, which is what I always remember about it. And the station isn't one of the classically beautiful ones, that's for sure. It's called the Oxnard Transit Center, and all the buses terminate here, and of course Greyhound and the Amtrak trains. The Oxnard Metrolink is located right at the Oxnard Transit Center as you would imagine. It's pretty generic but the Surfliner is an amazing train in general. There was a horrible Metrolink crash right here a long time ago, and it's a pretty hazardous crossing, not too much fun, but amazingly the crash didn't cause any fatalities. Pegasus was recommended to us by a local hotel (for wedding guest transport), and all of the Google reviews are glowing! However, right from the start, customer service seemed to be severely lacking. I requested a quote online on Monday (immediately received an automated email acknowledging my request and indicating that I would receive a response "very soon"). I waited until Wednesday - after not receiving any communication, I followed up via email (the email they have listed on their site). Waited until Friday. Still nothing. I called first thing in the morning on Friday, but apparently while their hours are 6am-5pm, their Sales Team does not start until 8am. No biggie. The lady on the phone took down my name and number and told me that someone would give me a call before 9am. (side note: I did not mention my 2 previous requests... simply approached it like a brand new inquiry) 11:30am rolled around - nothing. So I called again - this time I did mention that I had called in the morning and didn't receive a call back. I finally got through to someone on the Sales Team, and she gave me her email address (I believe this was her direct email address, as it is not the same as the one listed on their website) and told me what information she needs me to include in my email. I emailed her all of the information within minutes of hanging up the phone. I received a proposal about 3.5hrs later, reviewed it and found that it did not take into account the details I had provided. I replied to the quote within 20 minutes of receiving it, requesting a quote with the details I had already provided. Today is now Thursday of the following week, and I've not received any response or updated quote. I've decided to book with another transit provider. Update: it's now Tuesday of the next week and I've finally received an updated quote. 2025 Update: I received a phone call from Pegasus in the second week of March 2025 inquiring if I was still interested in their services. lol
