Received the following quote SEVERAL days later . That should have been my first clue . If they can't get you a quote on a timeley basis how can you rely on them to show up on a timeley basis? Standard Gratuitity? There is no such thing as a Standard Gratuity. Gratuity is based on service and as per the following email I received from you would that standard would be ZERO as you have no standard of customer service. WTH is an STC Surcharge? and WTH is an Admin Fee? and you are only "ESTIMATING" that ? Seriously. To which I replied in an email, "you're joking right?" And then, Mr. Customer Service Rep of the Year (sarcasm) emailed the following: "No not at all. I am in business to make a living. If you cannot afford our service then I'd recommend taking a taxi." Word for word this is his attitude. Guess What Mr. Chris Heckler, your rude and assuming email and list of 'surcharges' and gratituties shows me you are the scruge of your business. First please be aware. We had found this company and they went under the name EPIC Limousine. It must be a referral service that distributes jobs within their network. The name of the company and address listed on my confirmation was SB executive transportation located at 420 East Carrillo St Santa Barbara, CA 93101 which correlates with this listing and phone number. There is another listing on yelp for an address in Goleta with the same phone number and the website is currently sbsedans.com. I believe they are all the same as the phone number is the same. I guess if you get some bad reviews just change your website and the problem will go away. I used SB executive transportation for shuttle service for our wedding 1 month ago in Santa Ynez. I booked with Vivian who holds a title of co-owner. Booking went smoothly and I was excited they were able to accommodate us with short notice. Jimmy our driver who was very nice and courteous when he was around did not show up for shuttle service from Corque to Roblar for our guests as scheduled. He didn't read the contract carefully, so was unaware that we were wanting him to do this. We didn't know about this until 17:30 at which time people started taking their own cars and complaining and it made it back to us. The groom called Jimmy and we tried to wait, but when he did make it to Roblar with one load of guests they had essentially missed the entire ceremony. Although you could have said we should have contacted him sooner, that isn't really our job to make sure a hired car shows up at the contracted time and place. I'm sure he felt bad, and it was an honest mistake, but certainly I heard about it the day after and it was the one error of the day in an otherwise flawless event. We are pretty disappointed. We have used SB for about 5 years now and will continue to use them for our annual wine trip every April. Chris and Vivian have always taken such good care of my family and friends when we tour the Los Olivos and Solvang area. Professional, on time, friendly and always going above and beyond are a few things that stand out when thinking about this company and their employees. In the past year I've use SB Executive Transportation two times for trips from Santa Barbara to Santa Ynez for wine tasting. Both times I invited friends and we all enjoyed the quality service that Jimmy, the driver, provided. He was on time, nicely dressed in black and white suite and very courteous. Both times we rode in a Sedan (don't know the model). I would recommend SB Executive Transportation to any of my friends, which I already have. read more

Meaning negative one! Formerly SerenityLimousine...I urge you to read the reviews under that name as well. PLEASE do not utilize this company! They are shady and have horrible customer service! I made reservations with them on May 10th for an August 17 outing and never received any type of confirmation. I called numerous times and even emailed them practically begging them to send me the confirmation/itinerary. After zero customer service with such a simple request (mind you my CC was charged the day I made the reservation with a 50% deposit) I decided to look them up on Yelp.....wish I had done this first!!!! The reviews state the facts! I immediately contacted SB Transportation, again, to cancel my reservations. I instantly received a confirmation to my CANCELLATION in my email. That was on June 5th. Here it is the 23rd and no refund on my deposit still!!!!! I have called 6 times and emailed them as well about this issue! They are never able to assist me and don't have any answers...they take my number every time and tell me someone will get back to me. That didn't happen until yesterday when I phoned yet again...I had reached my breaking point by that time and let them know how deceitful I thought they were and that I planned to report them to the Chamber of Commerce, and perhaps file a lawsuit. A gentleman did return my call yesterday, but not to be helpful in any way. He left a VM on my phone and stated they should have actually charged me MORE for the deposit and that it states in the contract that deposits are not refundable...WHAT CONTRACT?!?!!? I never got one!!!!! Furthermore, on their website it does say deposits are refundable if a 30 day notice is given. This company is deplorable! Management is never available to speak with and they give you the runaround big time...however they are prompt with taking your money!! read more

I am so appreciative of the generous contribution Sammy and his team have made to help support the community. For the past couple of years, SB Executive Transportation has donated transportation to my Nashville Nights fundraiser to help support those living with Alzheimer's disease. They have also provided transportation to and from the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Airports for our Nashville Songwriters and have taken them on a wine tour of the Santa Ynez Valley. The drivers have always been fun, courteous, helpful and on time. The cars are always clean and comfortable. I was charged more than double than quoted for my clients car journey. I queried the amount and was told I would receive a reply that week. I have since sent 5 emails over the period of a month and a half and have note received anything back. This service is simply not acceptable and will prevent my company from reusing this service. read more
