After reading their glowing reviews, we knew this was the company to go with, and they did not disappoint. We opted for the **Paranormal Pairing Tour** and couldn't be happier with our choice. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Our guide, Allison, was absolutely brilliant--her storytelling was captivating, and the ghost stories she shared felt so real and engaging. Walking through Santa Barbara after dark, we were immersed in its history, eerie tales, and hauntingly beautiful sights. The flow of the tour was perfect, with just the right balance of history, mystery, and atmosphere. We enjoyed every minute of this unforgettable evening and can't recommend it highly enough. Maybe Syrah is not their top wine varietal? Space was nice, next to a cheese shop, small but quaint. Maybe a little louder on the music we be nice. Well here was the issue, the staff! There was an older gentleman, he looked like he was in outer space, mumbling his words, seemed confused, shaking, didn't say hardly anything about the wine, just mumbled, poured and walked away. Also, we had to keep reminding him we needed our next pour. There was also a younger (ish) guy there, super awkward, weird eye contact, not very friendly and didn't seem to know much. First time here and a bit put off. We went to 2 other wineries in the area and did not like the wine and much, but the vibe and staff were pleasant and seemed to like their job and know what they were talking about (for the most part) Mixed feelings on this one, need better staff?

On the contrary, service here could not be more friendly. Did a flight while sitting outside which was enjoyable throughout; wine was like-not-love until the end.
