The Limo rides became an experience just as memorable as any other part of the day. Our first move was immediately following the ceremony. There was no way to get in touch with us so we just had to count on the drivers to find us and standby should the ceremony go later than planned. After speaking with Steve, the owner, during the reservation I had no concerns, and sure enough not only were the rides out front and on time, but early(!), and Steve was there to ensure the pickup went smoothly. They had even gone out of their way to sprinkle the Limo aisles with rose petals, this thoughtful and personalized gesture made the whole experience feel extra special. We had reserved two Sprinter Limo's, everyone felt fancy and cool, comfortable and relaxed. We had a few family members who don't get around very easily and the driver was very helpful in assisting us, although they felt very comfortable climbing in and out of the Sprinters themselves. This was an important consideration during my reservation. Our Limo mostly chatted, the driver was very attentive with music and air. The other Limo was having fun watching music videos on the TVs. We, again, got out of dinner early, sent a quick text to our driver and the two Limo's were out front of the restaurant in moments. The pricing was upfront and as quoted, competitive and reasonable, worth every penny. Driver gratuity was built in, which also made this whole experience extra smooth and easy. a HUGE Thank you to Blackstar and the team! I will never go anywhere else for future ride services!
