And I saw a MIL light (engine light) came on after an oil change the week before, and made a call. She said she would make it urgent to get me in. Unfortunately, she called back and said not till Monday. Maybe I could have gotten some help over the phone being that it's the holiday weekend, but was simply told not till Monday. On Monday I gave her the key. Later, She came to the lounge and told me what they did and did not find, but not how much I had to pay for that service. They never told me I had to pay for checking the glitch! Was it my fault the light came on? Was the MIL light faulty? But I went to the window to get the keys and was told to pay. Why didn't the service person tell me that? Her reply was " Any time you come here you will be charged a fee unless it's under a warranty for a defect ." But I was just here a week ago for an oil change. "He ran a Diagnostic on the vehicle you have to pay for his time." Let's be real: he hooked up the car to the machine and walked away to work on another car till it was done. The fee could have been waived, I spent that morning trying to get a reasonable car rental to get to work. After sharing my story with my brother similar incident at his Neighborhood Nissan but he did get the fee waived.

When I went to pick up the car the key was malfunctioning, I was then told a new key would have to come from the factory dealer, & I would have to place the order then be reimbursed. This information was given to me by the MANAGER, Heath, who sat in my face & deliberately lied about the reimbursement. I emailed him 3 times with copies of the receipt & left multiple messages just to be ignored. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!

But I kept refreshing on car gurus and found this vehicle. I had gone to multiple dealerships where They had a price listed but then when I was the price, it was $3000 more somehow... Not here, Riccie was fair and allowed me anytime because I was the first one so when he knew that I was interested he held the Vehicle for me. The vehicle is in Massapequa New York so I needed a little bit of time since I live in Bergen County, New Jersey, which is about an hour and a half away with traffic. It was about two hours. He was very communicative about the whole process and how to get everything set up beforehand in case I decided to take the vehicle so that way it will be a quick transaction and I was not obligated to take the vehicle if I decided against it. I had a wonderful experience. The car was detailed beautifully. He was 100% true to price. The price he had listed was the price I went home at and since I'm out of state I will go to the DMV myself which is fine. He helped me get my enterprise vehicle to enterprise and then sent a car to pick me up. Overall, I was really pleasantly surprised that I absolutely loved the car to drive down get in the car during the test I'd be allowed to have that time with the car to feel how I felt and I opened every window and everyone doors and everything used each car was awesome When my car was totaled, I was so afraid that I was not at the front a car that was as nice since I had just spent 15,000 on it last year and insurance never gives you the same amount but I found a car that I honestly think is nicer and although it had a little bit more miles like by 10,000 maybe this brand will last longer than the car I had and I couldn't be happier. He treated both of us with respect, valued our time, and ultimately got The job done... I went in to see the new lineup of vehicles for Dodge... Suresky has a terrific selection of Chargers and Challengers... that makes shopping easy opposed to have one or two choices... I saw the car of my dreams and worked out the best deal... Matt was great during this process... Then, Richard Brown put the icing on the cake... He got the payments and the best car on the lot to come home with me... My trade met and exceeded my expectations... Overall, The dealership proved once again how much they valued my business... I highly recommend them for the best selection anywhere but more importantly, as a customer, I did my homework, and they met me extremely fairly.. Finance was great too... Carlos I believe truly offered me the best warranty for my needs... A++ experience! And the product far exceeded my expectations!!!

    I thought I wrote a review about here years ago, but I don't see it…read more This is a dishonest company. They are much better service side than sales, but the trouble is that it's one company. I would give the sales team a rating below 0 if I could. It's nothing but lies and manipulative sales practices on that end. They are disgusting. I'd give service a three if they weren't a part of the same company as the sales team. I settled on rating Suresky a two. I have had issues with service, but this team isn't remotely as horrendous as Midas, for example. I've never wondered if they were making up issues or maybe even causing them. This dealership's work has never made me feel unsafe to drive. The car has yet to make new noises or feel out of wack before I can even pull out of the parking lot. I don't return within days with a list of new problems. The mechanics themselves seem to know their jobs. But it is a struggle to get even a recall attended to. The comments about them claiming not to have the parts each visit are accurate. If you try to be proactive and call to make sure the part is in before showing up for the appointment, it's as if they get offended. You end up transferred from department to department. Get tired of phone tag and just show up and you'll see they don't have the part again. This is just one example of bad communication. They just don't communicate well as a company. I've noticed that sometimes the mechanics are confused about why the car is there because the issue wasn't communicated to them, and they couldn't find anything upon inspection. They'll get the work done once they call to speak to you, but it might not be that day. Things like that makes life difficult for a one car family with a peculiar schedule. The frustrating part is that simple communication would nix the issue. Actual work is usually fine. Good luck when it isn't, but that's typical for the industry. The rare problem doesn't seem intentional, so I'm okay with here until I can find a shop with equal skill but better communication. I will say Suresky is surprisingly accommodating for emergencies. They are probably the best in the area that I've found in regards to that.
