Matt was great during this process... Then, Richard Brown put the icing on the cake... He got the payments and the best car on the lot to come home with me... My trade met and exceeded my expectations... Overall, The dealership proved once again how much they valued my business... I thought I wrote a review about here years ago, but I don't see it…read more This is a dishonest company. They are much better service side than sales, but the trouble is that it's one company. I would give the sales team a rating below 0 if I could. It's nothing but lies and manipulative sales practices on that end. They are disgusting. I'd give service a three if they weren't a part of the same company as the sales team. I settled on rating Suresky a two. I have had issues with service, but this team isn't remotely as horrendous as Midas, for example. I've never wondered if they were making up issues or maybe even causing them. This dealership's work has never made me feel unsafe to drive. The car has yet to make new noises or feel out of wack before I can even pull out of the parking lot. I don't return within days with a list of new problems. The mechanics themselves seem to know their jobs. But it is a struggle to get even a recall attended to. The comments about them claiming not to have the parts each visit are accurate. If you try to be proactive and call to make sure the part is in before showing up for the appointment, it's as if they get offended. You end up transferred from department to department. Get tired of phone tag and just show up and you'll see they don't have the part again. This is just one example of bad communication. They just don't communicate well as a company. I've noticed that sometimes the mechanics are confused about why the car is there because the issue wasn't communicated to them, and they couldn't find anything upon inspection. They'll get the work done once they call to speak to you, but it might not be that day. Things like that makes life difficult for a one car family with a peculiar schedule. The frustrating part is that simple communication would nix the issue. Actual work is usually fine. Good luck when it isn't, but that's typical for the industry. The rare problem doesn't seem intentional, so I'm okay with here until I can find a shop with equal skill but better communication. I will say Suresky is surprisingly accommodating for emergencies. They are probably the best in the area that I've found in regards to that.

My factory warranty expired in 2019 and this was the first time I'd need service on my truck using my 3rd party warranty. I was concerned because women are targets for nonsense and have to quickly become experts so as to not be taken advantage of. From the very first phone call with Chris who held my hand and basically is a rock star at his job, I felt like a valued and informed customer. Not a skin color, not a gender, not an age JUST a customer. Chris was phenomenal. I had a clicking sound coming from the engine that started prior to the stay-at-home order. I made an appointment. Chris was prompt and Suresky provided a shuttle service to take me home as a courtesy. He explained how the process worked and called periodically to keep me informed on the progress. What impressed me was the way he dealt with my warranty company. I'm a city girl at heart and being without a vehicle in Orange County had me a little anxious. What was expected to be a week and a half's worth of work with warranty inspectors, turned into a couple days because Chris knew how to negotiate. Needless to say he explained how they torn down the engine, replaced the camshaft, blitzers and spacers. Lions tigers and bears oh my....Chris was courteous to inform me of what my out of pocket expense would look like, which I really appreciated, so I wasn't shocked by the time I got to pick up my truck. Chris is a true professional. He was responsive to my calls, knowledgeable and seemed like an overall good guy. What I also appreciated was how clean, modern and efficient Sureskys service department ran. They had a full working staff. The ladies in the front desk were quick and courteous. I was shocked to see all of the bad reviews for Sureskys service Dept. I certainly had a great experience and I even got a free car wash as a thank you for doing business with them. Oh and I also appreciated them following Covid-19 social distancing restrictions. I'll be returning there for all of my routine service needs.

I was scheduled for a diagnostic which I was td would take several hours and was much more than just plugging into a computer. I knew I had an antifreeze leak but didn't report it, I figured this incredible diagnostic inspection would find it. 3 hours later I was td a module needed replacing. Almost $1000.00 but the truck was done with no other problems. No they said nothing of the antifreeze leak. last week the check engine light is back on!!! Back to the repair shop. Now my spark plugs and two more sensors need to be replaced. This would all cost 1600.00 ridiculous!!!! Why didn't the "diagnostic" pick any of this up???? As I said RUN!!!

I realized I was buying a used truck but wanted a well cared for one. I believe that IK Auto finds clean, well maintained and kept vehicles to purchase for resale.
