12/20 If you like a Mumu hotpot like experience but with an AYCE itinerary; this is a spot one cannot miss out on! Location: located in Daly City and next door to a Seafood City (the Filipino HMart). The strip mall-esque location is unassuming in a residential alcove, but perhaps that's why it's a hidden gem. When: we chose to dine in right as the doors opened at 11:30AM, I believe we arrived right after 11:40AM to a nearly empty restaurant. While the restaurant did fill up after 12PM for the lunch rush - service and offerings were very ample. The Welcome: a blend of glass, black furnishings along with Chinese tea decorations; the restaurant itself, while not vast - one can be seated at a table or at a booth with shared/individual pots, in addition to shared barbecue plate. Service: one of the draws for my friend (multiple visits), and myself as 1st timer; service was not only consistent, frequent, but also friendly. 10 minute increments with up to 9 items delivered by a robot and then placed onto our table by hand, broths and beverages refilled, and waiters checking on tables if anything is needed; showed a deep level of attentiveness and caring-ness. The food: while a table cannot do both barbecue and hot pot at the same time - hot pot can be enjoyed from a shared pot, a non-shared individual pot and something I have never seen (non-shared individual split half and half pots). My party & I: - non-shared individual split half and half: tomato/sukiyaki , I don't remember the other two pots, but that we each enjoyed our pots. - Just to name a few: Wagyu, pork belly, lobster balls, seafood platter, lamb, multiple cuts of beef, chicken wings, beef tripe & tendon, enoki mushrooms, fried bao with condensed milk, grilled sticky rice with brown sugar, etc. I cannot name all of what was ordered, but know that we left extremely full. Final Thoughts: $30.99 pre-tax for 1 (weekend pricing) is a steal for all you can eat in the Bay Area, and is an amazing deal for quality food and excellent service.

Had a nice visit to Supreme Pot after not being there for over a year. They have moved a lot of things like greens, tofu, noodles, and various meatballs to grab on your own near the sauce bar. I was happy to be able to grab all the spinach and bok choy that I wanted! I also liked how you could grab all the tofu options including my favorite frozen tofu. This time I got a split pot with tomato and Japanese miso as the options, though after I threw a bunch of garlic and spicy oil in both, they tasted about the same. I think the split pot idea is interesting but then it kind of limits the size of things you can put in there. Service was fast and friendly. We were sitting near the window and it was pleasant. The parking lot here is still a bit of a challenge with all the construction but there is plenty of parking.

Greetings to all, this is my first time to this restaurant: Parking at this restaurant is shared with its surrounding neighborhoods , this is An B for me. Inside the restaurant it was moderately lit , but comfortable. An B for me. The service was good and even came along with a mobile waiter Robot. An A for me. The food was very good and promptly served by the staff and the Robot. An A for me . Overall this was a good dining experience for me and the family; Nice job Supreme Pot.

Came to celebrate Mother's Day with my party of 7 around lunch, we were seated right away. Supreme pot is AYCE hot pot, with individual bowls. I loved the Japanese miso broth, the Tom yum was also good but definitely more smog a medium spice level. I loved the beef slices (thin like brisket), the angus pork belly meat was a little too tough for my liking. They also have a great selection of veggies, seafood, noodles, and dessert to add to your meal. I liked the roe fish balls, and for dessert their rice cake in brown sugar was amazing! Service is quick, there are robots that come out with your food and then the servers distribute your food. They were really attentive checking in on us, and we got whatever we needed really quickly. The only downsides to this place are that it is in a plaza going though lots of renovation, so it's not a cute vibe to hang out after your meal. Also, you can only order from the QR code from 1 phone, which makes it annoying to keep asking whoever is in charge to order. If only you could send orders to the kitchen from multiple phones, it'd be better.

With all the new hot pot restaurants opening up in the area. I haven't been to Supreme Pot since 2019. First of all, I love how spacious the restaurant is so we aren't stuffed in a hot pot sauna or risk bumping and running into people. The house spicy and the herbal soup is my favorite and WHAT?!? you are allowed to have your own pot and get both broths? I remembered their sauce bar not having everything I needed, but it was pretty stocked this time. Everything is ordered through the phone, and the side bars filled out with veggies, noodles, sides, fruits, and smalla sides makes the business very efficient. The staff was also very efficient and quick to respond. Just be careful when walking around the restaurant because their floors are very slippery.

Our group reserved one of the hot pot + karaoke rooms and it's an interesting concept! The space looked clean but the floors were very slippery. The chairs in our private room were also very sticky. I appreciated the table was able to accommodate individual pots. You could also choose two soup bases which was awesome. The meat quality and veggies were decent. In the dining area outside, there were your standard sauce bar, sides, and veggies.

Came here for a New Year's Eve dinner and it hit the spot! Plenty of pescatarian-friendly options. My favorites are the fish roe fish balls, quail eggs, mushrooms, shrimp paste, and the tempura. They have an elaborate sauce table so you can create the perfect dipping sauce. The robots that bring your food out are also cute. The only thing I disliked was the seafood platter - the salmon didn't taste fresh at all. But I looove their dessert options. The matcha ice cream and the fried buns with condensed milk are super yummy. I would come back, especially to try the rest of their desserts!

    Marichris P.

The service was great, very friendly and when the robot comes around with the food a worker will come and put the food on your table. You serve yourself with sauce and the sides of edemame, kimchi and a few other items. You order through the QR code on your phone. It's AYCE The options for meat are pretty diverse, we ordered beef, lamb, shrimp paste, tendon, tofu, veggies, potstickers, lobster balls, fish balls with roe inside. *The lobster balls we're not really that great, wouldn't order them again They have desserts available, we ordered sesame balls, cookie and cream ice cream and matcha ice cream which were delicious! The ambiance is very casual, we were seated in the back room with a huge tv on the wall and they had the warriors game on which was really nice.

3.5 stars. AYCE hot pot or kbbq dinner for $32.99 per person. We decided to try their hot pot option. They offer shared or individual pots. And we liked that there's also a split option for individual pots. Ordering is through a phone app, which is not too convenient when you're doing AYCE with multiple people. We were limited to 3 items per person per round, which seemed restrictive but actually not. The menu though was smaller compared to other places we've been to. We enjoyed the supreme beef and lamb, other meats were fine. They could do better with portion sizes. We only got 4 pieces of shrimp, mussels, fish tofu each in one order but then bowl full of fish filet and squid. There was so much that it felt like we were given a whole filet and squid. Vegetable options were also limited and sadly not fresh. Some were frozen and others were old and browning. But there were enough items we liked and we left very full. Parking: the plaza is under construction right now, so parking can be challenging.

    Allyson L.

Definitely go for dinner instead of lunch. The lunch menu is more limited. There wasn't as much selection as I would've liked. But the meats were still tasty and I enjoyed the types of broth they had. It's nice there is a sauce bar too. The robots bring out the items and that was cool to see for the first time for me.

First time at this restaurant. I would say it's nothing really special. Their food and service of the staff isn't too satisfying for me. We wait a good amount of time for the food to come out, we have to constantly get the attention of the servers... The ambiance inside is also nothing too special. I didn't get to see the private rooms. The side dishes on the buffet style like fish cakes & kimchi isn't all that either. It's too sour with very little kimchi taste itself. The best part about this place for me was their sesame balls & strawberry ice cream. Parking is also tight due to the construction happening.

    James C.

Ordered several soup bases. Most of them are good except Tom Yum. It was a bit too sour. You can order 20 items at a time, and we ordered 2 times. Several side dishes are available from the cart. The app is easy to follow, and order from it. The server also helps us getting the order through the app. Great service.

I personally like to come here more for the hot pot option. FOOD: 9/10 An ample amount of options to choose from, including appetizers, drinks, meats, vegetables, seafood, noodles, and more. My go-to orders are always the tomato-based soup, brisket, Chinese donut, and homemade biang biang noodles, which, in my opinion, are a MUST! For dessert, no matter how full I am, I always gotta go for the fried buns with condensed milk. Their Thai Tea is also creamy and good! I love how they don't skimp on the milk. The sauce bar is great and has a lot of toppings and sauces to create your own hot pot dipping sauce concoction. My go-to is ponzu, sesame paste, hella garlic, chili oil, hella cilantro, and green onions. You already know. They serve a complimentary scoop of ice cream! It's definitely a unique experience that you can't find everywhere, so I'm glad we got to try it! I got the mild spicy of the signature soup, but I think if I were to ever come back I'd probably get something without spice as it got to be a bit much with the veggies! The meat quality is pretty decent here as well, and I liked the variety of sides you can get here. - OVERALL - A solid spot with a unique dining experience if you get the half and half option!

Checked out this hidden spot close to serramonte mall. I love how they have a small parking lot!…read more We went on a weekday and it's AYCE $32.99 dinner time. First time experiencing 90% of the food was already in skewers, so basically you just have to dip them in the soup base you choose. You were able to choose 2 soup base and we chose the House special and sauerkraut broth. I personally like the sauerkraut more. I love how they marinated the meat not too flavorful and they have a section where the meat is marinated with mild spice. I like spicy food myself so I like the flavor. If you cannot take spicy, they have a section on the menu where you can choose the non marinated meat. They have 4 different kinds to choose from: Ribeye Roll, supreme beef roll, New Zealand Lamb, black tripe. All their meat is pretty fresh for their price. There is a variety selection for vegetables too and drinks not included! Sauce is also self serve just like a lot of other hotpot places. I'm happy that they have fermented bean sauce, black vinegar and roasted sesame because those are always my Togo sauce to make for hotpot! Service was excellent and always check up on us on what we need! Inside isn't small or big but very neat and love the decorations on the wall. Overall, I would definitely go back soon!

Non-skewer meat quality is quite good. The skewers are fun but hard to pick up in the refrigerator,…read moreand the meat on the skewers is quite tough. The spicy broth we got was soooo oily my stomach hurt the next day, so watch out for that. Could use more vegetable options and have more food stocked, the fridges look pretty empty and sad though I'm guessing they're trying to avoid food waste. Price is a tad high for what it is, but the novelty of the skewers is what you're paying for. I would recommend coming for weekday lunch to get a better price. Also the fried mochi with brown sugar is dangerously good if you like chewy sweets.
