Miranda is super sweet, loves dogs, reliable and always responds to my texts within a few minutes. I typically use Miranda for afternoon walks during my frequent work travels. I try to give her at week's notice, but every so often I send her a last minute text and she is always willing to help out...with a smile! My dog doesn't seem to have any problem going to her and she always leaves me nice notes about their walks. Miranda is also able to do early evening walks, which comes in handy when both my husband and I have late work meetings. There's no one we trust more than Chris to watch our kitty, Sammy, when we travel. She's been taking great care of him for years and we know he's always in good hands. This company is run by a woman who is a genuine pet lover and she provides incredible pet care. This is the complete oppposite experience from what I encountered using one of the other pet care services in town. The owner (even before she started her own company) has come to our house to care for our kitty when we were out of town over 12 times now, and every time I am so impressed by how much she cares. She calls every time she arrives at the house to let us know how our kitty is doing, which provides such peace of mind for a pet owner who has had to leave their baby behind. She is also very flexible and will come in the morning or afternoon or both--whatever your pet needs, she'll make sure it happens. She also offers a free meet and greet before the first time you use her service so she can meet your pet and you can show her personally how to best care for your pet. I am thrilled with the service I recieved from Supreme Pet Care. Amanda came to my home and took copious notes about my three brats (er - I mean Cats), one of which is new and was having some issues adjusting to the new environment (as in peeing on the floor). Amanda got the ultimate seal of approval from 2 of them when they rolled over on their backs and allowed her to scratch their tummies. I knew right then and there they would be fine while I was on vacation. She came over once a day to feed and check to make sure everyone was OK. One of my cats is shy and I wasnt sure she would ever come out of her hiding place, but Amanda said she makes sure she looks at everyone before she leaves to make sure they are OK - which is a great thing. She will also administer medicine (if needed) and even cleaned up a couple of "accidents" from my new cat. She also calls to give updates or to let you know something is amiss (like food supply is running low or the aforementioned accidents). I first called Supreme Pet Care to take care of my three cats when I went on vacation for a week. Chris came by to meet them and get the run down on their food and habits. Chris was wonderful with the kids (they told me). I got emails or texts letting me know they were doing great and missed me (they were probably glad to be rid me but it was nice to read). I was extremely pleased with Chris' care and I'm so glad I found her. About three weeks later I had a family emergency and called Chris right away. She was able to jump right in and pick up where she left off. A trip I thought would be a week lasted three months. Chris was very sweet checking in on me and my mom's health. I recently engaged Supreme Pet Car (aka Chris) to care for my cat while I was away for 2 weeks on vacation. I used another service in the past but wasn't entirely happy with them the last few times as my cat didn't seem to be as well adjusted as she used to be when I returned. My cat is 16 years old so I wasn't sure if she's just getting older but decided to try Supreme Pet Care out and I definitely made the right decision My cat is on medicine so Chris came twice a day to check on my little one. She would send me an email every other day (as I requested, I didn't think every day was necessary) with updates which was so reassuring. My cat will typically have "accidents" if I am away too long but not a single accident occurre during my two weeks away which was amazing and says a ton about what a great job Chris does! I just returned from a trip and wanted to write a note about my experience with Chris from Supreme Pet Care. I am beyond impressed with her and her company. I went on a trip for slightly under two weeks and was concerned about leaving my two kitties with friends. I found Chris and SPC through Yelp. I emailed her my information, and she called me the next day. She came to my place and met the kitties, who loved her (sort of unusual for my shy guys.) She's totally a cat person too. While I was away on my vacation, Chris came every other day. She called me when she got to my place, told me how everything was going, and told me what she was going to be doing with the kitties that day. About half way through my vacation, Chris called me to tell me that she thought that someone had tried to break into my apartment. She spent over two hours at my place, first trying to get in, then waiting for the management company to come and open up my apartment to check that the kitties were okay. When she got in, she spent extra time loving them up and making sure they were okay. She was even considerate enough to leave a light on to deter any other problems without me even asking her to do so. So I've just returned and found that not only had Chris done all of this for me, she also washed the kitties bowls, changed the litter again, and even taken out the trash. Long story short. I am in Jefferson Park and thought I would have a difficult time finding a walker. I am so lucky to have found Supreme Pet Care. I love this dog walker. My dogs can be a handful but our walkers Sandy and Chris have been amazing! I trust them completely, and they always leave daily notes to tell me how our babies did. I get the sense that they genuinely care about our dogs and always treat them with kindness. One time one of my dog's choke collar became undone and my big dog ran off to play with another dog. Chris grabbed him, spoke to the other dog's owner to ensure that his or her dog was okay, and brought over durable harnesses free of charge the next day! I thought I had already written a review and was coming to update it, but apparently I have not, so this is LONG overdue. Chris and her colleagues have been taking care of my pug, Ernie, for several years now. After meeting her on the street, where she fawned all over Ernie, and learning that she was my neighbor's dog walker, I got her information from my neighbor and she's been caring for him ever since. She no longer walks dogs regularly herself, but the other walkers I've had have always been great, and Chris regularly watches him when I'm traveling. She has always cared for him like he is her own and I know he is constantly showered with love whenever I am gone. The most recent experience to show you how dedicated she is was when she very likely saved his eye by her extraordinary care. I was away in New York and Chris was watching Ernie when he got a corneal ulcer (very common in pugs and due to no fault of Chris's). Between her and Dana (my walker), they worked together to make sure he was under constant supervision and got everything he needed to make sure the ulcer healed with medication and without surgery. She took him to the vet multiple times (including emergency vet and eye specialist) and kept in constant communication with me to let me know how he was doing. I contemplated flying home but it would've meant spending/losing a lot of money. The only reason I was able to stay was I knew Ernie was in wonderful hands, and she cares for him just as I would have. He just went back to the vet today and he is healing extremely well. The ulcer was pretty severe initially, so I am certain it is Chris's diligent care that kept him from going blind or losing the eye. I know I am grateful and I am sure Ernie is too!!! read more

I'm in the process of finding a sitter for my cat for when I go on vacation next month. I was really encouraged by all the glowing reviews of Supreme Pet Care, and decided to call them first. I left two messages several days apart, but no one ever called me back. I understand if they're busy or already booked through November, but I would have still appreciated a call back. Chris, the owner, and Kaori, our walker, are really great people and outstanding pet sitters. Kaori is a sweet, calm person and our 2 little dogs immediately loved her. She has a fun energy that perked them up. Then when our Chihuahua developed life-threatening pneumonia, Kaori and Chris really helped me through the long, grueling ordeal. Chris and Kaori were more knowledgeable about dog illnesses and the vets in the city than I was. Chris came to our place on a Sunday, in a snowstorm, to administer the subcutaneous fluids that the vet had ordered and that we were unable to successfully administer. Without their help, I don't know if our Baby would have made it. They helped save our little dog's life. Kaori and Chris each texted me every day to ask how she was doing. There are so many good things about Chris' services. 1) She accepts Chase Quickpay, making payments easy when you are traveling. 2) She can arrange drop-offs and pick-ups. 3) Our dog loves her. My major complaint is with communication. I have always texted Chris (because when I call, no one answers) and it rarely works well. Often doesn't respond, sometimes she texts me thinking I'm someone else, and once said she'd been texting me for days and hadn't heard back, whereas I wasn't receiving any texts. She never called or emailed me about this apparent issue even though she had that information. She then showed up early at my house to pick up my dog (I wasn't there), left me a handwritten note in my mailbox asking me to call her, and yet when I did, there was still no answer. The last time I tried to find out of she could watch our dog, I never heard back from either my calls or texts. We are sad to lose such a caring sitter for our dog, but the hassle of trying to get ahold of Chris is no longer worth it. read more

One of my friends referred me to Supreme Pet Care months ago and I am soooooooo glad that I got around to calling! I'm not even sure where to start with all of the great things I can say... here are just a few: 1) These people are animal lovers. Chris has gone out of her way to get to know my dog and my dog LOVES her for it! (We had a different dog walker before and I see such a positive difference in the way he interacts with her versus our old dog walker! ) He always gives her kisses (and he is not one to be overly affectionate with most people). 2) Great communicaton and flexibility - I never feel like I wonder what is going on. Chris leaves a note about what has happened during their walk and she has made it more than clear that I can call at any time if I need to cancel or add a walk. 3) All around 'good people'. I am expecting my first child any day now and Chris offered to come and take care of my dog in case I go into labor before we can get our keys to our family. She even offered to meet up with my sister-in-law to give her our keys, in case we needed!!! I wouldn't leave my dog Ouisie with anyone else. I never have to worry that Ouisie will be walked with a gaggle of other dogs, or by an inattentive walker more into his phone than the dog. Through emergencies like a broken arm or a sudden death in the family, I've always been able to count on Chris and Supreme to be there for Ouisie when I can't. When Ouisie is sick or injured, Chris will call to hear what the vet said. When I'm out of town, Chris keeps in touch to make sure there is no mistake in the schedule nor any canceled flight that would leave Ouisie alone. And it's not just Chris. All the people who work for Supreme go above and beyond and have my undying trust. When a broken lock left Gerald and Ouisie on the wrong side of the door, he took her home with him until I got home at the end of the day. It was only later that I realized that not only did this ruin his afternoon plans, but that he'd also had to take a cab to transport her back to his place. There could not be a better company or group of people taking care of my girls. Jennifer is great at keeping up with the scheduling and ensuring that everything me and the girls need is taken into consideration. CHRIS IS AMAZING!!! I do not know anyone who loves animals and is so passionate, caring, loving, and willing to go above and way far beyond for the animals. She has been taking care of my cats since right after I adopted them a few years ago. She has keys to my place so that if there is an emergency or anything happens she can take care of whatever is happening. She doesn't just come in and make sure they are fed and have water and meds, she plays with them and sits with them and pets them, then she texts pictures and updates to me :) My baby got quite ill a few months ago and Chris took her to the vet and let's just say went way above and beyond to help me when I was in a bind with classes and work. Since then there have been surgeries and vets and my youngest has been diagnosed with cancer. Chris came and took great care of them during all of the chaos when I had to travel and helps out by taking them to the vet, coming over and giving them meds when I can't get home, feeding, anything that they need. I have been using Chris for about 5 months now for our 6 month old King Charles Cavalier Coco and I would recommend her to anyone!!! This is my first dog so I was very unaware of who, what, when to use when it came to her care when my fiance and I were going to be gone all day. She has been walking Coco for us and has done a FANTASTIC job. When I first called her (and still does to this day) she picked up her phone right away, came over to our house to introduce herself and meet Coco, and asked questions about locks, food, the walking of Coco, her habits, etc. She was very helpful as well when I wasn't sure how the whole process worked with it being our first pet. Whether I call Chris 2 weeks in advance or the night before I need her, she has ALWAYS been available to me and answers my calls or texts in a very promptly manner!! I get WONDERFUL and detailed texts from her when she is leaving my house after walking our baby. She includes everything that happened while she was walking Coco, playing with her, and feeding her. She even writes me little messages about how excited she is to see her or how glad she was to see her. I had to call and cancel on her once very last minute because Coco was sick and she was genuinely concerned (gave me some advice from her experience) and texted me later in the day to make sure our baby was ok. I have not used her for overnight/weekend dog sitting but I absolutely plan on it when I do! I trust Chris very much and she is truly truly a pet lover and takes care of Coco like her own!! read more
