Excellent service! I was very impressed from start to finish with the quality of service I received while getting my car repaired. I was in a minor fender bender and Geico recommended this shop because it is close to my job. When I pulled in I was immediately greeted, a folder with my information was ready for me, and my car was immediately examined. After I dropped the car off I got several email updates on the progression of the work which included pictures. When I returned to pick up my car it was cleaned (inside and out). I would recommend this place to anyone needing service. read more

I had work done on my front-right fender after an accident. Things seemed to be well taken care of from the exterior point of view, at least cosmetically. However, about a year later, I lost nearly all my brakes while driving. Mercedes repaired the work, but showed me that the repair work by Supreme Auto was not correctly done -- resulting in a busted brake line. I showed pictures of the brake line, before (incorrect) and after (correct) to Supreme Auto and asked for a reimbursement for the work -- that could have resulted in injury or a fatality. They instead put blame on me and asked that I reach out to my insurance agency -- and were unwilling to admit fault. Won't go back there again and will advise others to take their business elsewhere. read more

I wanted to comment on my delightful experience at Supreme Auto. I took my Jetta in because the battery was failing. The gentlemen I worked with name was Cory and he did an excellent Job both from a customer service and maintenance standpoint. He actually called me a week later to see if everything was alright. That level of customer service you don't see very often, and For future needs Supreme Auto with be where I go. read more

The service was great. Work was done a day earlier then expected and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

I had a bumper replaced and they did a terrible job. When I picked up the vehicle there were nicks and scratches on the new $1300 bumper. Instead of apologizing, the guy who gave me the vehicle (which seemed like a manager or owner) was annoyed and hostile and his answer to the problem was touch up paint, which made it worse. This is a brand new car! They also disconnected the rear door lock system and didn't reset it so I wasn't able to open the rear door of my SUV for months until I took it to the dealer and they reset the system. read more

I got my door handle replaced and hood repainted at Supreme. Not only was the service friendly, it was timely and the staff went above and beyond even fixing some dings to my paint job without me asking. I wouldnt go anywhere else in town, trustworthy and a good business. read more

TERRIBLE! Went in to get work done on my wheels and new tires after an accident, got my car back and they switched my brand new Nissan battery with an old interstate battery!!!! THEIFS And then on the same side I had wheel and tire work done I need an alignment and other problems arose after seeing them, I didn't want to go to them because I usually take my car to the dealership and have NO problems but took it here because of insurance and my new battery I had just bought a month before was replaced with an old one and more problems arose. Terrible. Money hungry. read more

I really wish I could give them a higher rating but I was a little disappointed. I heard great things about them from a family member that encouraged me to come here. My boyfriend needed his foglight replaced on his car because it got taken out by a piece of shredded tire on the highway. He showed up here to get a quote from someone. The employee took a look at it and said "okay, I'll email you the quote in an hour or so." We never received the quote from him. That was the first problem. My boyfriend, who has a very busy work schedule, had to come back to ask for the quote once again. They finally gave him a quote and we made an appointment to get it fixed. I showed up and they promised me it would be an extremely quick service. I will add that it is a very nice shop. I sat in the waiting area and the owner came inside to inform me that they had the wrong part. He said it wasn't their fault because he orders the parts himself and he knows he ordered the right one. I said fine, no big deal, I'll come back next week. I come back a week later and the same thing happens. Wrong part again. Now, I understand that these things happen, but why was this not double or even triple checked before I got there? Since this was already my second time having to come in, I was hoping they would've at least made 150% sure that they had the right part for me. I was frustrated at this point, but agreed to come back again next week for the third time. I came back and finally they had the correct part. They fixed it very quickly and it looks nice. The owner gave me my total amount and didn't mention giving me a break on the price even though it was my third time back. I asked for a discount and he gave it to me, about $50 off. I was a little upset I had to ask for a break on the price, it would've been nice if it was offered without me saying anything because coming back three times is a pretty big inconvenience, not to mention their shop isn't anywhere close to where I live. Overall, a bittersweet experience. I wish it was handled better and I wish I didn't have to ask for a discount because that should go without saying at ANY business, ESPECIALLY on the THIRD time! Luckily, they did do an excellent job and did it fast. But now, unfortunately, I'm a bit hesitant to return. read more

Not sure where to start. I dropped my car off for repair and was given a completion timeframe that fell within the length "30 days" of my rental agreement through my insurance. However, after dropping my car off I didn't really get updates on the repair through Supreme's email status updates like stated when I dropped it off. As weeks went on received notificstion that my rental was about to end so I contacted Supreme to check the status only to find out that my car sat and was not even close to being done after 3 1/2 weeks. Thankfully Supreme said they would cover to extend the rental. After another week or two went by I was told the car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I realized that my car wad stated as finished, but the mechanics decided to take my full size spare from my trunk shined it up and tried to pass it as new. I confronted Supreme about it and it was oversight or accident who knows really. Supreme then had me leave my car there again to have the new rim and tire ordered. I was again informed that the rental would be covered. After, a few more days I was told that there would be a delay in the new rim and tire, so I was asked to return the rental which I did. After, I dropped it off, I received a charge from the enterprise rental for 5 days of the vehicle rental. Come to find out Supreme didn't follow though with their aggreement to me in covering my rental. In my opinion, this collision center seemed promising, but in the end was an absolute nightmare. My recommendation for anyone needing work done would be to take it somewhere else, unless you want to be lied to. Geico uses Supreme as a preferred service, center, but I would not recommend taking it to Supreme. read more

I can't even convey how upsetting my experience with Supreme Collision has been. I dropped off my car Monday, December 18th, for what was supposed to be a ONE day repair (having made the appointment 2 weeks prior). By the end of Tuesday, after realizing I had never heard from them, I called and the receptionist said she would find out and get back to me. She failed to call me back at all, so after about an hour I called AGAIN. The woman told me that "they had been waiting on a part, but it's now in paint and will be ready tomorrow by the end of the day."...OK. On Thursday, since again, no one called me, I called again to find out the status. The receptionist put me on hold...came back on the line and said, "they had been waiting on a part, but it's now in paint and will be ready tomorrow by the end of the day." My son and I looked at each other in total shock...she said the EXACT same thing they had two days earlier! Word for word! On Friday I called too late and they were closed, and of course no one bothered to call me...NOT ONCE all week...so Saturday AM I tried again...no answer. THEY WERE CLOSED FOR THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY! I went down to the shop to find my car (I HAD to have it back! I needed it for a long trip on Sunday). I found it in the back, still waiting for paint (unlocked I might add)! The owner of the next-door shop (the brother?) was trying to help me (THEY are a good shop BTW), but by this point I was so livid I could not civil. I was screwed...I had already been without a car all week and now for Christmas holiday as well. Today, December 27th, TEN days later, I once again called, because...yup you got it...they NEVER CALLED ME!!... to get a completely unapologetic rude beosh on the phone who informed me that it would be ready later today. I haven't picked it up yet and I do not yet know if the quality of the workmanship is decent or not....but their customer service rates so far below zero that it makes little difference...I don't care if the car is perfect, it would never take away from the negative experience I have had. I understand delays...but the total lack of appreciation or courtesy for customers was totally unacceptable. I hope they go out of business. They deserve to. Merry Christmas! read more

I've used Supreme Collision through GEICO AutoRepairXpress for (2) accidents and I've been equally satisfied with JR's work. He runs a pretty tight ship and does a great job of maintaining service quality. Not to mention that he has some of the most professional, helpful, and charming ladies working in the front office. Nicole and Tanya are super receptive and devoted to providing a superb customer experience. After my last experience at DBP&B where my Non-OEM replacement splash shield fell off while I was driving, I simply will not settle for anything less then Supreme Collision. Supreme Collision has a great team, lots of experience, an amazing facility, and they stand behind their work. If you're honest and clear about your expectations when doing business, I simply cannot see any hostility on JR's behalf. Although, some people are intimidated just by looking at him (hahaha). Supreme Collision is the best place in town in my opinion. If that ever changes, I'll make sure to share it with the web community. read more
