The Chicago chapter is hands down my location for Supreme stores. Always can expect a good variety of items from the most recent weekly drop, as well as some others from the season. Stopped by last week to pick up a few bags and tees I missed online and had a successful haul. My wife even found a Sci-Fi Fantasy Tee she liked. The reason this store is my favorite has to be the staff, their positive vibes, and they all seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. I asked for 3 rounds of different shirts a backpack and some accessories, and the employee (I'm sorry I forgot your name) went back and forth every time with a smile. We chopped it up for a while about it being my favorite location and he hooked me up with a box logo sticker from the opening in 2022 along with a few others I've been looking for (Mahalo). Disappointing and unsafe experience as a blind customer I've supported Supreme since 2013 and have shopped at the Chicago location almost every week since it opened. I'm a legally blind artist from Chicago with keratoconus, and I've always followed the registration and drop process. During a recent drop, a wristband I was issued broke and became unreadable. I still had the tag, and store management approved my entry at the time. That situation was handled by staff. Weeks later, I was suddenly accused by security of "finessing" the store and told I could no longer enter. I was also mocked about my blindness and told to move in a way that was unsafe for me. While trying to leave, I slipped on ice and hurt myself. I did not feel safe or respected. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for basic dignity and reasonable accommodation. No customer with a documented disability should be treated this way in a public retail space. I hope Supreme corporate looks into what is happening at this location, especially with newer security. This experience has made me seriously reconsider supporting a brand I've stood by for over a decade. read more

They don't answer the phone at all, and their employees are rude asf. I was just trying to call and confirm if something was in stock, and couldn't get through to anyone. When I finally did, the attitude was terrible and they weren't helpful at all. Customer service is basically nonexistent and it feels like they don't care about customers. read more

Supreme store we visited during a dance convention. First store we didn't need reservations to enter like in Ca. Street parking, nice neighborhood. A lot of their pieces were same price, do not take pictures inside unless you ask. Got a shirt and a hat. Overall, you get in and get out. read more

If you are going to wait in line for a drop, never attend this location seeing that they will let in their "friends" in before your reserved slot. I can't think of a more inadequate way of promoting a business than this. If you are going to have a certain set of procedures or certain events, follow thru with them. Thought all was fine but was wrong. They should Put signs up that say you can't touch this or put your phone here. As well the fitting rooms if you can't be in there while your partner is trying things on have a sign or say that and maybe politely or without making smart remarks at customers. It's finally open!! This Chicago location is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. Easy access from Damen blueline stop. Cool tshirts and hats. For me, it's all about the shoes. The line was blocks long opening day. I didn't take any pics it was so hectic. I am here before they open today! They open at noon on Sunday's. The staff here was some of the best I have ever had from a Supreme store. The area is clean and put together. The prices for clothing seem high but trust me when I say that the clothes DO NOT disappoint.
