Millie the estimator showed up on time. She designed a really nice screened in patio that looks lovely. Both of the owners are very responsive. Marcos the project manager kept me informed throughout the process. The team of Eliel were meticulous in the detail of our structure. They cleaned up after themselves. In a remarkable four days, I now have an outdoor extension to my home. I highly recommend Supreme Aluminum because they do beautiful work and are a reliable company. read more

Awful experience! Watch out. 1) They somehow failed to install a Key roof feature (the ceiling fan beams) of the signed contract. They came back after I brought it to their attention and put in some fake kit that did absolutely nothing. 2) It's been less than a year since the aluminum roof was installed and I've dealt with numerous leaks at different areas of the roof which they tried a couple times and couldn't figure out or resolve. The attempted repairs did absolutely nothing. Lol what a joke. It Took one visit/repair from an outside vendor that I had to pay for despite being under warranty with this company to resolve all the leaks. 3) The structure materials they used are already failing and somehow staining my pool deck pavers due to what looks like the color coming off. See photos 4) The ceiling fans I ended up installing by bringing someone out got damaged because these leaks. By this point I was done with Supreme Aluminum so All I asked for was reimbursement for the two damaged ceiling fans. Not even money for the replacement fans. Reimburse me for the two fans that were damaged. Well this unprofessional organization didn't even respond. Again, very disappointing and unpleasant experience. That may not even deserve the one star I gave them. Watch out out there! read more

Do not recommend this business, I regret the time I pick this business to make my patio roof, first it toke forever, second they didn't complete the job, third the roof is leaking right away and last they offered a refund due to a shipper material and never received the refund. read more

The owner Name is Ben he just answer the phone one time was the worse company ever, we are a Venur Construction / GC company and we hire this company to do our pergola. Roof leaked from the start and they refuse to come out and repair. Always say they will call back but never do. Most of the lights installed and both fans already failed due to excessive rain collecting around them. Disastrous. Just called them and they are "temporarily closed"... read more

We had our old wooden pergola replaced with the modern aluminum by Supreme Aluminum. They came to do the estimate and within two weeks we had our new beautiful aluminum pergola up and running ! The workers did a great job and were clean and precise and finished in two days. We absolutely love it and will enjoy our new pergola. I highly recommend this company, they are efficient and do a great job. read more

Not professional as they rescheduled my estimate so many times that I finally cancelled. Every time I spoke on the phone with them I kept hearing a beeping sound from Gabriel Garcia - really hard to hear over that. read more

I have been trying again to find out about the status of my aluminum patio but cannot get sales, customer service or anyone to return my calls. I have left several messages. It has been a couple of weeks since my last review. The general manager Onih left me a number that I could call to make sure that I could reach someone, but he has not returned my call. read more

I signed a contract with this company in November and gave them a downpayment. The sales person was very nice and knowledgeable and looked very professional. We provide all the documentation in December and then It took several follow ups until finally they filed the city permits 3 weeks ago (delayed work is well known with contractors here in Miami so although annoying, I was not overly concerned) When I emailed them to follow up once more (last week) I received an automated response saying the Company was temporarily closed. I was astonished. I called and nobody answered. I decided to call their Naple's office and got to speak to the receptionist. She said the Company was under Management Reorganization, reason for the temporary closure, but that the company was not closing permanently). This week we received an email saying the Company filed Chapter 7 and that a Contractor will take over the projects and honor any payments made. I know nothing about this new contractor and I can't find information about their services online. I don't know if trusting this new company or just forget about the money I paid and start all over again with another company. I am overly disappointed. Supreme Aluminum had good reviews on Google, reason why I chose them but I didn't check Yelp. Here they have 3 stars. I regret not doing it before. I would have probably not chosen them. read more

Just had a beautiful new patio roof built by supreme, we could not be more happy with them. Our decorative patio system is stunning, and the experience of working with Gabriel was fantastic, I cannot recommend these guys more highly. read more

Supreme Aluminum Florida - Patio Coverings Near Me - Miami, Florida

There is a crack in the concrete slab they poured for my project, which developed ONLY after 6-7 months after being poured. It spans about 85% of the length of the slab. After multiple attempts to have them come out to see it, they keep ignoring my requests. I've also been left with rusting ceiling lights (2 times already). There have been multiple leaks in my roof, which I had to fix myself. They left footprints in the concrete sealer. They over sprayed paint onto my house and patio doors when correcting this problem. They lost my home survey which they needed to obtain a permit. There is a very large puddle (several feet wide) that develops on the slab after minimal rainfall. The list goes much longer than this - there was very little that was done correctly on this job. To say that this was a nightmare is an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism is incredible, even for South Florida standards. I have extensive experience in real estate and home improvement, and I have never dealt with such a lack of product quality, workmanship, and customer service. I have been extremely nice during the entire process, and I keep getting blown off and forgotten about, which leads me to this review. They've left me with very expensive repairs to look into (several thousands of dollars). Maybe now they'll actually take action. I cannot express how great this company was. We had an aluminum insulated roof installed on the side of our house. From the beginning, i dealt with Millie who was there to walk me through the entire process until the end. Any questions or concerns i had she was always there to answer my calls/texts. When it came down to the inspections, Marcos was amazing. He dealt with the inspections and also was great, keeping me updated and answering my emails and calls. Everyone who worked on installation was fast, friendly and polite. They did an amazing job and i look forward to doing more projects with them in the future and recommending them to everyone and anyone. If i could give them 10 stars i would. Thank you again to everyone. read more

Bullshit ass company. Signed my paperwork last June they took my down payment then they used every excuse in the book why they couldn't start my project. Then stopped returning calls or responding I finally demanded my down payment back 6 months later and they became real customer friendly, became attentive and seemed like they wanted to help.Only to get me to finance my project and file bankruptcy a few weeks later so here I am 9 months later I'm out my down payment and I'm fighting the financing company on why I should have to pay for a project that never got started. read more

Has to repeatedly ask for my quote. Once received it was literally the second highest I've ever received. Pass. The two employees I had interacted with (phone/email) were polite and professional. So credit where it's due. read more

I hired Gabe Garcia to put a new roof on a studio I've set up in my garage. We had problems the minute he started working. While I was trying to record new Voiceovers his ankle bracelet kept beeping. It was very distracting. When we asked him to turn it off he said he couldn't because Deep State operatives were trying to destroy him just for going on a tourist visit of the Capitol. We almost came to blows when he saw me eating Chinese food, spicy Kung Pao Chicken, for lunch. This self described joyful, festive dude has got issues. read more

Before reaching out to Supreme Aluminum Florida to build my patio roof, I had received three quotes. We were looking for a company that would be reliable, affordable and professional and we received just that. I called for an estimate and Millie called me right back. She was able to come to my home that evening with pictures, prices and useful information that would help me make my decision. I was told due to COVID-19 the job would take 6-8 weeks due to materials being on back order. Meanwhile, the project manager and staff kept me informed by email and text with updates on my job which i found to be very professional considering that most companies take your money and you do not hear from them. We are very pleased with outcome and would highly recommend them. read more

Terrible, never received a quote and never came back to discuss how their process works on starting and finishing the job. Do not reccomend.

The quote I received was very good and reasonable. The job done by the workers was awesome and what I expected. Millie, the company's rep was very good and knew what I liked. Overall they were very efficient, professional, and made my Patio look a whole lot better. So I give Supreme Aluminum 5 stars. If I could I would give them more. Definitely sharing with friends and coworkers. Thank you Supreme Aluminum read more

Dealing with Supreme Aluminum Florida has been a homeowners absolute nightmare. See my video to get the shock of your homeowner life: https://youtu.be/WIGZBKH4nhk My pergola is incomplete and I put a deposit down April 16th, 2021 for my 12' X24' with 6 support columns free standing pergola. Supreme Aluminum started work in my backyard middle of August. Then the problems started. The footers in relation to the columns for 3 of the columns in line were skewed in the holes extremely instead of being in the center of the holes 30 X 30" holes. I didn't like it. Then I found that the one row of 3 columns were out of alignment by 4" at 9' 8"to the other row which had a 10' center to center requirement and concrete had already been poured; so no corrections could be made. I wanted to know how the columns out of alignment would affect attaching the roof without stressing the roof or the columns. That is when Supreme Aluminum Florida abandoned my project; no roof constructed. They said I was a difficult customer. WAIT!!!! It gets worse I have proven to Miami Dade Inspection that the position of the columns violates the setback of the pergola to my back property line. Miami Dade is now fully engaged to help get this contractor to fix my project to the engineering drawing. What a mess. I have a new contractor who has ordered a roof kit which will take another 6-8 weeks to arrive. I am totally upset at Supreme Aluminum Florida. Beware of these guys. A 2 week build of a pergola is taking 9 months to complete when done, and they say I still owe them $1600. That will never get paid. read more

Extremely disappointing. This was one of the first companies I called, everyone was very courteous but there seems to be a serious communication issue with this company. My initial assessment appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to these communication issues. On the day of the final appointment, I had to call once more because the person was late and I never received so much as a courtesy text message letting me know that he was going to be late, again serious communications issues. The tipping point is that it has been 5 days from the onsite visit, and I have yet to receive the written proposal or pictures that I asked for showing the design that was recommended. I was willing to give them a chance despite the other reviews including the one claiming that their installation is leaking after the first year, but after this first impression, there is no way I am going to take the risk. I am done with this company. read more
