Jatniel was amazing. He was quick to respond to my request for a quote and arrived on time. He communicated clearly what the project would entail and how long it would take. I tried to remove a popcorn ceiling myself but wasn't very successful. He was able to apply a smooth coat and give me a flat ceiling. In addition he painted my living room, dining room, closet, stairway, and upstairs hallway. All baseboards, doors, and frames were painted as well. Everything came out amazing. I will post a before picture of the ceiling and the old paint color as well as the after pictures to show his work. Another positive is that he is very responsive via phone, text, and what's app. The invoice was clear and easy to pay with the click of a button. The job was NOT completed within the 1 day initial timeframe given by the Owner/Manager. A mask was only worn by the first set of workers on the first day which was approximately 5 hours (including an hour lunch break). On the 2nd day a Spanish speaking only worker was left my residence (English speaking only household) to work alone. He arrive around 10am, no mask was worn by the worker, my white mattress was move onto the dusty floor, he couldn't communicate with us and he departed approximately 3:30pm. The 3rd day I had to call JT (Owner/Manager) because the same worker was getting ready to leave at 3pm but my tiled floor of approx 196 sq.ft. was still incomplete. The completed floor has a grout hole at the doorway. My outside outlet cover was broken somehow during their ingress/egress and my white mattress is no longer white. I gave them 2 stars because JT gave a discount (money I held until he returned for repairs) for the damaged outlet and the grout they failed to return to repair (nothing was done about my mattress). He was also supposed to give me an estimate to replace the closet doors they removed while tiling the floor and return to seal a crack in the wall. Note: Sealing the wall was said before he was given the job. I never received any of that. With that said, for the most part the floor turned out nice except for the small hole in the grout I have to pay someone else to repair but if you're going to hire them, be careful about your safety from COVID, be able to speak Spanish and be aware that you ma get a lot of promises made to you in order to get the job. Warning! Do NOT use JT Express solutions. I hired JT (Jatniel Avalos) to paint the inside of my house, touch up some odds and ends and paint my late grandmother's antique dining room table. He complete ruined the table. A family heirloom. It was priceless to my family and I. I'm completely brokenhearted over it. He told me it would be ready in less than 2 weeks. It took 3 months. I called him every week requesting the table be returned multiple times. He ignored my phone calls and kept giving me excuses. I finally told him I was going to report the table stolen to the police if he didn't return it within 7 days. On the 8th day I opened my front door and there it was, he had dropped it off while everyone was sleeping and ran away so that he did not have to answer for it. It was completely destroyed. It was broken from being mishandled and warped from being out in the elements. The wood split in several areas. When I reached out to him he refused to pay for it or make it right.
