Even worse, I had to bring the car back two more times because new issues kept coming up after the initial work. Each visit meant taking time off work and being without a car, which was very stressful. After spending so much time and still not having the problem fixed, I now have to find another shop to get things done right. My car is not old so these occurring issues seemed to start after their work on my car began. I had asked if there was anything else they could do to help with this inconvenience, but they were not willing to work with me. They said it would be around $200 which I thought was a tad bit higher considering Toyota Would've given me one for 150 but their waitlist was long so I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. There were no calls there were no updates. There was no "hey we found something that price has changed. Would you like us to address it?" I had to do all the calls and they were still mum about the price Reiterating it being about $200. That is until they finished their job on my car and suddenly it shot up to $293 without taxes included. Needless to say, I was shocked at that sticker price and they were less than caring a total shift from prior to that price changed So I guess if you want a $300 alignment no updates no calls. This is the place for you. But I was utterly disgusted at the lack of service lack of care in price stay very far away from this place
