I've been coming here for a while for tires, alignments & other mechanical services. It's nice to be able to bring my car to an honest mechanic with good prices. They've fixed or adjusted parts for me without unnecessarily replacing them. It's easy to miss the exit and have to go really out if the way for a u-turn and the parking is really tight and they're always busy but it's worth it. read more

Very late review. I went to them last year with a computer electrical problem in my jeep after taking it to a few other places to check out beforehand. The others were estimating $1000+ to repair the problem while Scott Tires charged I think something like $80 to fix the error with the computer problem and printed out the codes for me to fix if it were ever to happen again. It never did... Like many people today, I have a perception that most people who fix or sell cars are shady and/or untrustworthy in nature...always trying to rob you for every dime. While this honestly doesn't change my mind about the industry, it at least shows me that there are a few people in this profession with character and integrity. Obviously there are others out there you can trust, but I found mine through many trials by error and can sleep better at night having to look no further. Since then I've been there a few times...got my tires changed, oil changed, and an alignment. Highly recommended. read more

I have been buying tires here for many years. I always recommend them to everyone, however, today I was treated very rudely. I just wanted to bring some tires in for recycling and went to the office. The man seated behind the plexiglass looked busy and was on the phone so I waited patiently. He hung up the phone and proceeded to make another phone call. He didn't even acknowledge my presence. It was like I was invisible. Then he walked away. I called them to see if they were still taking tires for recycling and the woman who answered was polite and informed me that I should bring the tires to the garage. I walked to the back and Bob was the only person who acknowledged my presence. He was very nice, however, the guy in the office finally came out and was rude. He told me to put the tires in the corner. (I am a 62 year old female and he didn't even offer to help.) If someone had been more helpful, I was willing to give them a tip for helping me. I understand that I was not purchasing tires today, however, my family, friends, and I have purchased tires here before and I don't think I will ever return. I've been coming to Scott for tires since I've been driving and I'm always pleasantly surprised at the very reason pricing. They never up-sell you what you don't need and they always get you back on the road quickly. Four new tires installed was a lot less than what my dealership proposed and much less than I was thinking it would be. I was out in less than hour today. This place was recommended by a fellow co worker. I showed up with no appointment and they took me right in. I had four brand new tires installed and a wheel alignment done. Cost me $500. I usually go to firestone and charged over $900. So this was a steal for me. Staff was very friendly. High recommend! read more

Had a slow leak on my tire thought it was a plug that was done six months ago however the mechanic checked it out and said possible leaking from bead around rim took off tire remounted said it should be good... Told me to speak to the owner for a price the owner told me $25 which is pretty much a rip off normally you get a patch for that price didn't leave me any room to tip the mechanic who was wonderful the owners are selfish and greedy that's why they've been in business 50+ years they can fix your tires good but try to rip you off!! Did not plug the tire did not patch the tire just took it off and put it back on told me $25 cash ..,tall skinny white guy with white hair be on the lookout! He is very greedy and miserable I hope another company buys them out eventually If he would just be honest and give good prices I'm sure he would drum up a lot more business I hate going there it's the same issue every time however it's the closest location to my house..Pleas to owners try to be fair with people and stop ripping them off if you don't want to be in business anymore just sell the company to somebody who appreciate it Re read more

I would like to show my appreciation for Frank S. - the boss - and for Mike - the professional mechanic for their help and fairness. I drive 16 years old Chrysler Town and Country minivan and I have some problems from time to time. Recently - July 2021- I had problems with the radiator. They did not charge me for problem diagnosis and for fixing the overflow radiator tank. As a retired person , with limited income , I really appreciate they charged me just $30 and oil change was included. Two years ago , just before pandemic problems started, I came to Scotts' Tire with the fuel pump problem. After replacing the faulty fuel pump Frank found out , there was a problem with the fuel tank. I delivered used fuel tank , I bought at the junk yard. They had to remove an old tank and reinstall the fuel pump installed just a week ago. This fuel pump was a big job for Frank's mechanic, but they did not charge me for this work and the bill was affordable. I bought new tires from Scott's for my Town and Country minivan and Toyota Corolla in the past. As always ,the price was right and the quality was very good. Thanks again Frank. Andrew S. read more

This is a decent place to buy tires and get your oil changed, but they always seem rushed and sometime the office manager has an attitude, like he really doesn't want to run this place. People don't seem happy here. You have to ask them to check things and then follow up to make sure they did what you asked them to do. They get the job done, but you have to push them to take their time instead of rushing through. Customer service could be improved.... read more

I only needed 2 tires on my SUV...I called around for pricing and availability....they were the only Garage that had them in stock...Plus they did take me immediately even on a Saturday....The didn't push me to buy 4 tires either.....Their oil change price was reasonable (actually less than where I have been taking it in the past).....so I got an oil change too. When they were doing the wheel alignment - they called me to let me know that I needed "front tie rods" - again, the pricing was reasonable. They did not have my SUV all day either...They were prompt and efficient.....I was very pleased with the way I was treated...They are very professional and courteous.,, They are very knowledgeable and explain what they did....and show you the part they replaced. This place is great. I've been here a couple of times to get a tire changed. They always have better prices than Costco and the "name brand" places in the area, and they're way faster too - you don't even need an appointment, just come in and they'll take care of it for you on the spot (for a simple tire change, at least). Last time I was there I was in and out in 20 minutes flat. I do usually call ahead to make sure they have what I need in stock, though. I also find them to be trustworthy compared to other places - they have never tried to sell me anything unnecessary or convince me to upgrade to a more expensive version or whatever. I still continue to come here even though I now live 20 minutes away rather than around the corner when I first discovered this place, it's worth it! read more

If I could give them 10 stars I would, really!! If a business is mediocre most people do not take the time to review them, but if they are amazing or awful we do. This one falls in the AMAZING category!!! It's true, THEY DO MORE THAN JUST TIRES. We needed a new alternator, and we needed it pronto. And Scott Tires delivered! They were fine installing the part I bought at auto parts store to save money. They're labor time and prices definately lower than any places around. And trust me I shopped around. We got several quotes all ranging from $500-1100. What??? Seemed high, and feeling on the brink of despair to sink that much money in our old used car, I considered giving the car away. ENTER Scott Tire, they were able to change alternator in about an hour while I waited this morning, charged me 1 hr of labor. Saved me hundreds of dollars. The 2nd time I called back the guy who answered the phone was the same guy who answered before but was very rude. Told me "I know what kind of game you are playing" and hung up on me.
