That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

I asked if I could still buy new tires there, he said yes, took my tire size and quoted me a price for 4 new tires, $140 each tire. I agreed and went to pay with my credit card he said they can't take credit cards and I would have to pay cash. I asked why, he said their credit card machine is gone. I don't carry $600.00 cash on me so, I left.
