My lashes always look so full and beautiful and custom to my Asian eye shape and preference. They are soft and feel natural and last much longer through other places. I can shower, get facials, swim in pools and beaches with them lasting through easily up to 3-4 weeks. I get fills every 2-3 weeks just to keep them full all months long. She is also great about taking care of my natural lashes so between fills or wanting new full sets I have plenty of healthy lashes to renew! She moved out to Southwest Bakersfield into her own studio at Sola Salon Studios. It's a cute location with other private studios and so you have privacy and are able to fully relax as Chelsea makes you beautiful without interruption or rush. She takes her time and is so professional and sweet. She is fairly priced especially for the work you get. By appointments only right now and she always makes sure you get time for your fills to keep looking beautiful for months. I will keep coming to Chelsea as long as I live in Bakersfield. Unfortunately I move soon and wish I could take her with me but she did promise to help me find someone in my new city and State! A true queen of lash extensions!!!

The one gripe I have is that she doesn't tell you what the cancellation fee is before charging your card. Come to find out--it's like $300 something dollars which is ridiculous!!! Seems hella shady!! I don't know who does business like this but I'm pretty sure this isn't right!!! Very disappointed. The service and the quality really doesn't justify the price tbh! I would not recommend this place to anyone! There are many other lash boutique in Bako that is way better for better pricing!!

No reply.. just ignored. So I stopped going, there was no reason trying anymore after realizing I been going to someone unprofessional. ‍

I take exception and GREAT offense to that allegation! Therefore, I will continue to inform the public about my experience. Shameful... Hi Kim Edward's, First of all we are sorry you feel this way but I will explain. We charge upfront because of no shows people have made appointments in the past and didn't call nor show to reschedule or cancel it and you were one of them, our records show you had scheduled in the past and didn't show up nor called to cancel or reschedule. Furthermore that is not fair for the other person. The prices are set and you are able to see them online. You had scheduled for a fill and you had no lashes on nor have ever had them done before let me explain a little full sets are more expensive than fills, the prices are online to everyone to see and schedule thank you for your business.
