We charge upfront because of no shows people have made appointments in the past and didn't call nor show to reschedule or cancel it and you were one of them, our records show you had scheduled in the past and didn't show up nor called to cancel or reschedule. Furthermore that is not fair for the other person. The prices are set and you are able to see them online. You had scheduled for a fill and you had no lashes on nor have ever had them done before let me explain a little full sets are more expensive than fills, the prices are online to everyone to see and schedule thank you for your business.
