A stylist my family has visited for 5+ years has become increasingly rude over time. The receptionist and another stylist in the adjacent room have consistently unprofessional attitudes, making the environment exhausting and uncomfortable. I recommend looking elsewhere--there are plenty of salons where your loyalty is valued and you're treated with respect.

I go to her to change hair colors, haircuts every 3 months and Brazilian Blowouts, etc. I feel beautiful every time I leave her chair and everybody compliments me on my hair everywhere I go because it is so bouncy and radiant. She has prescribed hair products and hair tools to me so I can keep up with my hair styles and colors. I recommend her hair services to everyone who is looking for a hairstylist that they can trust with their hair.

I understand life can happen but I hope I was not her only client she was unavailable for. I could not submit my post unless a rating was chosen. Initially. I chose not to rate Liz because no services were performed. I also understand why people ask for deposits prior to an appointment. I feel it was unprofessional of Liz to cancel at the last minute and therefore would not recommend her.

I had wanted my long hair layered, but he took off at least 8 inches and it was definitely not layered. The hairstylist that I had today at Simply Salon (April) was amazing. She was very kind and understanding about my concerns and asked me what I had in mind for my cut. She even looked up a few styles on her phone that corresponded with my ideas. We decided on one and she cut it beautifully. We did decide to go with slightly shorter layers than the pictures, and I love it!! She did a blowout and curled it. I will definitely be returning! Thank you April

I called Studio B Salon about 4-5 days before my desired appointment (a Saturday) to book an 8 AM slot with Vicki. I even repeated the time twice to make sure we were clear. On the day of my appointment, I arrived a few minutes after 8 AM, but no one was there. I kept calling, but no one answered. I didn't come to the door because the place looked empty, and the broken window made things feel off. Eventually, two ladies approached the door (one of whom I believe was Arlene and her client). When I asked about my appointment with Vicki, Arlene was dismissive, saying, "Well, she's not here, but if you have an appointment, she'll show up." After that, she ignored me, and it was actually her client who kindly let me in and had me sit down. I waited until 9 AM--over an hour after my scheduled appointment--but Vicki still hadn't arrived. When I finally told Arlene I was leaving, she apologized, saying, "I should have called her. I was so focused on my client only." It was disappointing that it took her that long to address my situation. I'm sure these women are talented in their work, but this experience left me feeling completely disrespected. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this, so unfortunately, I can't recommend this salon.

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came into this salon with virgin hair -- never…read morecolored, never processed. I trusted them to give me a professional, beautiful result. Instead, I walked out with a nightmare: orange, patchy, uneven hair that looks absolutely fried. The stylist clearly had no idea what they were doing, and when I politely expressed my disappointment, the OWNER Matt himself got defensive, rude, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a real solution, he blamed ME, saying "sometimes hair just lifts weird" as if that's a valid excuse for destroying someone's hair! No apology, no accountability, no care. The way the owner handled it was beyond awful, arrogant, dismissive, and frankly, insulting. This place doesn't care about your hair or your experience once they've gotten your money. Save yourself the heartbreak, the damage, and the money it will cost you to fix their mess. There are way better salons out there that actually know what they're doing and treat their clients with respect. Stay far, FAR away from this place!
