I dread making this review but it is important enough to be posted…read more I've been a faithful client here. On & off through the years (I had a job for several years where I couldn't get manicures) but I would always make this my first choice spot. Over the summer, I came to get a gel pedicure. The tech dug deep into my nail, causing traumatic onycholysis. Now there is a HUGE separation of my nail from the nail bed on my big toe. It is going to take most likely over a year for it to heal. I went back after to get my next pedicure & I pointed it out to them. I had two people tell me it's because I had poor hygiene & let water get under the nail. Absolutely not. Because of that interaction, I stopped coming here. I've been going to a wonderful nail spa by my house. However, yesterday I decided to come back because I needed to remove the gel from my fingernails & it was on the way of where I needed to go. Simple enough. They can't mess that up. However, I was mistaken. Upon finishing the removal of the gel, the lady who I'm assuming is the owner begins filing my nails. Sure, that's normal. She jams the filing board under my nail because she lost her grip. It kinda hurt but I didn't think anything of it. She then quickly tries to rush me out. Doesn't clean up the gel powder & dust from my nails. Okay fine, I'm the only client in here right now but sure, I'll take my leave. I pay, get in the car & saw I have traumatic onycholysis again! I am completely shocked. Not only is this very sensitive but it is another issue that I need to deal with & baby for months because of their negligence. I can not believe it. I will not be returning. It was also alarming to walk in at 5 pm & I was the only customer. I should've left. I can't believe I have another damaged nail, this time on my finger which I'm sure will get beat up in day-to-day life. I will recommend for anyone & everyone to steer clear from this place. I've been coming here since 2019 & now? Never again.

My lashes didn't even make it…read morea day, I did properly take care of them but the lashes Kept coming off and I had to buy my own seal and bond to put some of them on but by the end of the night I was getting ready to do my facial routine and the lashes had come off completely. I felt cheated because I gave you a good tip and also was so patient with your schedule even tho I had to modify mine for u several times. I feel as a customer I did my part, I paid you in advance, even though your website did not state that I would have to also get lash removal if I had previous extensions. I showed up to my appt and you appeared to be doing me a favor by not charging me rescheduling fees but I would have not made the appt in the first place. When I tried to cancel, you said I would still have to pay the session and all payments were not refundable. I get your time was being wasted but to keep my money when u did nothing on my is ridiculous! And then come the reschedule and the day of the appointment you had your car issues then another reschedule and I had to push my schedule 2 hours because you forgot someone was coming to inspect or fumigate and still no discount for MY inconvenience. You mentioned you were going to give me a free kit of idk what but honestly you have been my worst experience and your shop was so disorganized and didn't look sanitary as you make it seem. also your chair where I was laying on was moist it was such a disappointment and I hope you do your other clients better because your customer service was not it!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!…read more First time coming here and I will come back. My session was with Danelle and she was SO GOOD! I've had many facials in the past, but this one was unlike anything I have ever had before. I got the signature facial but Danelle really personalized the facial for my skin, which is fantastic! I got a LED treatment, micro dermabrasion, cellophane and a hot towel to the face, fantastic masks, and a warm tip to work in the eye product. I'm already thinking about the next time I'm in CA, I'll be back. For the price, it's worth it. Danelle was personal, friendly, and she knew what she was doing. This is a place to support - plus your skin feels wonderful after you leave. She even sprayed my mask before I left to help kill the germs off of it. I LOVE IT! You got to come here! After a year like 2020, you deserve this!

I came to Mane Headquarters to get eyelash extensions and my esthetician, Breanna, was amazing…read more Since it was my first time getting extensions she told me all about them. What kind of extensions she uses, the kind of glue she buys, how to care for them, etc. Breanna is very careful while applying the extensions and I never felt anything other than gentle tickling on my lashes. She plays soft music for people who want to go in and just relax while getting beautiful. After the extensions were finished she gave me a care pamphlet and lash brush. I highly recommend Breanna. FYI most eyelash extensions will take up to two hours. Breanna uses sensitive glue that is made fresh when she orders it. Breanna also does Brazilian waxing and does most of her scheduling through text (661)912-5939. She also has a Facebook page- Brazilian waxing by Breanna.
