I ended up paying because I was with a group and didn't want to mess up the night trying to prove a point, but if I wasn't, I would've left. Second, the food selection is very minimal, and I wasn't a fan of anything I tried. I had fried chicken, fries, and a spring roll. Everything was greasy. Now back to the mandatory service fee. After paying, the only time staff really checked on us was to tell us how much time we had left. If we needed anything, we had to press a button to request service. They didn't come by on their own. So it's hard to justify paying $65 for that level of service. On a positive note, the rooms were nice, and the karaoke part was fun. One suggestion: invest in a better karaoke system. Searching songs on YouTube and finding karaoke versions worked, but it would be a much better experience with a more streamlined and visually appealing setup.
