Andrae 1st met with my husband for an in-person consultation and then he provided us with several options. We could have used an old video camera system with some new additional cameras or we could go for a complete security system upgrade. After discussing the pros and cons of each with Andrae, we opted for a complete security system upgrade with new cameras and monitor system. We had a total of seven cameras installed. Andrae and his team installed all of our cameras in one day. We can now view our property LIVE via the security camera app Andrae helped us to install on our phones. The service provided by this business was great. From our initial phone call, to the in person consultation, to the camera installation day, and finally wifi internet connection of cameras with FiOS service. Andrae is very professional and we highly recommend him!

I purchased a fairly sophisticated alarm system from Mitchell over two years ago. I initially…read morereached out to him because I wanted more than the "2 doors and 1 motion detector" intro package offered by the national chains. Mitchell came to my home and we spent hours designing a system including not only all of the typical stuff such as door and window sensors and motion detectors, but also glass break monitors and water alarms for the laundry room and sump pump areas. Mitchell did not "sell" any of this stuff to me. I asked for it and we designed an excellent system together. The reason that I am writing the review today is because this is the first time that I have spoken to Mitchell in over two years. I received an alert on my control pad that a battery was low and I didn't know which device needed the new battery. I called Mitchell on his cell phone. He picked up on the second ring. I had the battery in a drawer and he identified the device and walked me through the battery change over the phone. This tells you a couple of things: 1. The equipment that Mitchell sold to me over 2 years ago works without issue. I literally have had not spoken to him in over 2 years because I have NEVER had a problem. My big problem today was that I needed a new battery. I'm OK with that. 2. Mitchell answers his phone. He is extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Mitchell is a good guy. He knows what he is doing and he sells good stuff. I recommend him without hesitation.

He suggested we troubleshoot over the phone before sending a technician to my house. Since the equipment is old, he had to send a technician after all. While I was waiting for the technician to arrive, I fiddled with the settings and ended up resolving the issue on my own. What really stood out to me was the honesty--both Mitchell and the technician could have easily said I needed new equipment or upgrade or unnecessary work, but instead they were supportive and completely upfront. Very fair, trustworthy, and refreshing to deal with a company that operates with integrity. Highly recommend for your security needs!

He came that very same day and was professional, efficient and very pleasant to work with. He connected the wire on my Ring Doorbell to my electrical outlet and taped the wire very neatly along the ceiling. It is now intertwined with my cable wire and you can not even see it. Also, he was very neat and careful not to make a mess. Nothing was left on the floor when he left. I now have a strong signal on my Ring Doorbell and my monthly routine of changing the battery will soon become a memory. Thank You, William for doing a great job!!!!!!!!!!!! Maria I New York
