He came back to do the work and spent an entire day working in our office. LeeShawn is a very easygoing and professional IT guy. To be honest--I wasn't certain if he would be able to fix it before arriving, but he was able to fix all three at a very reasonable cost. He took his time to explain what exactly the issue was and pointed out multiple different things that I haven't even observed about my laptop...like there were 3 screws missing at the bottom! He's a very hard worker and really cares about fixing any technical problems. Communicated great with me and kept me updated about any changes with my laptop.
