it might be impossible to feel stronger and more positive than I do about super mutts they create an incredible environment for all of our canine friends to come together for socializing and beautiful grooming. If you haven't been there, give them a try.

Beautiful job and they treat the dogs really well. Been taking my dog there for the past three winters. Never disappointed!

We have taken our dog Chloe, a Coton de Tulear, religiously to Supermutts for grooming. She enjoys the doggie play time with the other 'customers' and looks absolutely transformed when we pick her up. Soft and smelling so good! Sometimes you need to call well in advance to get an appointment, so keep that in mind.

Been living here 2 years and the only groomer I have tried. Molly likes roaming around the space with her other furry friends. The gals here obviously love animals.

Very nice mother and daughter team. My lulu looks good and they just raised their prices from 65 to 70. I used to pay 95 at my old shop . My old shop did a great job but I thought that price was too high because Poodles need grooming one month to two months depending on matting. This shop does take about 3 to 4 hours and my old shop was done in 1 to 1 1/2 hours because she does one dog at a time . I think I'll stick with Supermutts for now.

Best haircut our 7 year old Standard Poodle has ever received. They are champs at grooming poodles. Thank you for taking care of Lilly.

She was a bit overgrown as her last groomer broke her arm. I contacted Veronica about the groom looking messy and overgrown after 2 weeks and requested the cut shorter. She shared my concern with her groomer making me look bad. Then she contacted me today about canceling my next appointment next week because she had another client who wanted that time slot. I confirmed I wanted the groom and asked again for a shorter "puppy" cut. She called me and declined service claiming it's not healthy for the dogs coat or skin and refused to cut any shorter. I explained I've been grooming my dogs for 18+ years and I know what is good for my dog. I didn't appreciate being schooled or scolded by this rude, condescending person. She then Canceled my appointment despite my advising I would leave a review about my experience on YELP. Also please note that the mobile grooming van is shabby, old and decrepit. I noticed many negative reviews about Veronica. She is NOT LICENSED and not kind at all. Very disrespectful, nasty girl. AVOID THIS GROOMER AT ALL COSTS!!!

This is our second time talking our little fur baby to get bath and groomed. We called last minute…read morewhich they were able to take us the following morning. Drop off and pick up is pretty simple. I arrived for my appointment with my little one right on time but it was a little wait as the groomer was finishing up another fur baby. It was fine, I just waited outside. The gentleman that took care of us the following time took cared of us again. I'm assuming they kept track of whoever took care of whom. So it was nice to know what to expect. Time frame was about an hour and half for bathing and grooming. You know it's nice to just say I want it short and they take it from there. Pickup was simple as well. The little one was cute on arrival with a cute cut and accompanied by a bandana and fall bows to match. A cutie if I say so. The service was great and everything was as expected. This place is cash or check only so be prepared when it's time for payment. Their price is based on size of pet and what service is needed. Both time it's been great and very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a groomer for my neighbor. My neighbor has problems getting around, and…read morereally needed his dog to get the works done! I called barking lot and asked if they had any appointments available. They gave me Joey's INFORMATION one of the Groomers at Barking Lot who made the time & was able to fit my neighbors dog. This was her first visit to the Groomers. I was pretty nervous about how Chanel, that's the dog's name would react to her first Groomers visit. Well, I'm glad to say that Joey was amazing with her. He did such a great job! I was so happy with how Chanel looked ... that a few weeks later I brought my 4 1/2 year-old Chihuahua Pomeranian, also known as a Pomchi. I called Joey to see if he had any thing available for the Fourth of July weekend. He was wonderful. He was able to squeeze My Mini-me first thing in the morning on the Fourth of July. Thank you so much Joey for being so accommodating but more importantly for making my Mini-Me look fabulous! If you're looking for a local groomer where your dog will be treated like a princess like mine was, I would definitely recommend this place! Mini-me is definitely happier. Highly Recommend Andrea & Her Family Grooming!…read more Andrea and her family are absolutely amazing! They take such wonderful care of Sunny Boy and Coco Bella and truly treat them like family. They always go above and beyond, and that means the world to me. My dogs are so happy when they arrive and just as happy, clean, beautiful, and loved when I come to pick them up! It gives me such peace of mind knowing my babies are in such caring hands. I love Andrea and her family and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who will love and care for your pets like their own. Five stars from Sunny Boy, Coco Bella, and me!

It saddens me to be leaving this review, but it's important for others to know about the accident…read morethat occurred with our French Bulldog. Our frenchie, Spade, has been going to this groomer for a few years and our family (including Spade) loved it. We loved the environment and the owner who is amazing. The environment of this shop is unique and laid back. At any time, dogs are roaming around the business waiting to be serviced or picked up. Usually when picking up, we'd find Spade hanging with a staff member or roaming around with other dogs. Unfortunately, during a visit in September, we had a very different experience. We dropped Spade off for a 9am appointment. At 12pm, we received a text that he was ready for pick up. I arrived at the shop at 12:30pm. I was told Spade was in the back and waited for him to be brought out. It took about 5 minutes for him to be brought to the front, which was very abnormal. Even more abnormal, the noise and panting Spade was experiencing. It was not an average pant, which is normal when he's playing or energized. It was the most awful noise that bordered a choking sound. I paid and was offered water for him that I declined. We drove off, but the noise persisted. I started to panic a bit and decided turn around for the water that was offered. I went back to the shop and asked for the water. At this point, Spade was deeply distressed. He was making that panting/choking noise, laying than standing, switching body positions. He wasn't drinking any water at first. An employee helped me hold his head and force him to drink. The employee also put water on his body. Another employee put lavender oil on his paws and claimed that help cool down. Spade and I stayed there for maybe 10 minutes hoping he'd calm a bit. Unfortunately, it did not help. While there, the owner, Andrea let me know that Spade had been waiting in a kennel/crate. Anyone who works with French bulldogs knows how they can easily overheat, especially when in small spaces with no AC, and have difficulty breathing in general. She kept telling me that a newer employee (I assume she was new because I'd never seen her) put him there and she has been told not to do that. Unfortunately, it was a bit too late for that. After learning this, I decided to take Spade to the emergency room. In the ER, He was immediately rushed back and given life saving care. He spent 4 hours in the emergency room and we were left with about a $2000 bill. Obviously we'd pay anything to get him care, but that is large amount of money for us. We were told that he was overheating. His constant breathing caused his throat to be inflamed, which makes breathing more difficult. If I waited any longer to go tot he ER, we may have had a much different ending. This event traumatized not only our family, but our Spadey. His personality for a few days after was very sad and he chose to isolate for a bit. We've emailed the business to seek compensation for his emergency care. After no response, my husband stopped by to speak with the owner to seek compensation. At this time, we have not received a response. We wish this business success, but do recommend they take better precautions and care of the animals: more organization, better training on specific breeds, providing better AC, bigger crates/cages if using them, quicker servicing and notification system for owner/parents, veterinary care on staff. For owners, we highly recommend staying near by while your dog is being serviced and picking them up right when they are done. We, however, would never trust our Spade going back.
