This was his first time being groomed by anyone other than family, and since he's naturally very anxious and nervous, I was honestly a little worried. But the staff immediately put both of us at ease. Everyone there was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and so informative about the process. You can really tell they're educated and passionate about what they do. What stood out to me the most was how gentle, patient, and caring they were with my pug. They took the time to make sure he felt comfortable, which meant the world to me. They did an amazing job with his grooming he got a full bath, his ears were cleaned, his teeth were brushed, and his nails were clipped. They clearly use high-quality products because he left smelling absolutely amazing and looking so fresh and handsome! The overall quality of service was outstanding from start to finish. They even took a picture of him and sent it to me. That's just a one above and beyond service. My little guy walked out happy, relaxed, and wagging his curly little tail, which says everything about how well he was treated. I really like that they wanted all of her records from the doctor, which means all the dogs have been vaccinated that come there which I think is important. The owner Stephanie is so knowledgeable and she explained everything and told me how to maintain my dog's ears at home which no one else mentioned that her ears needed to be maintained. They did a really nice job on Lulu, my little princess. I love the chart they gave in the picture they took. They were also $15 less than the last place I went for the same cut. Laney was the groomer and I think she did a really great job. I'll be back. Also, I like that they do not put the dogs in cages. Lulu doesn't like that. read more

We had a fantastic experience with the crew at at Pawfect time. Stephany handled the booking smoothly. Laney has calm, kind energy and she took great care of our Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rumble. He got a mani/pedi, bath and teeth cleaning. He attached to Laney immediately. He is not a fan of bath day so this is a huge win for us. One thing I personally liked the most was that he was the only dog at the facility. He's already scared enough that putting in a crate to wait his turn at other groomers has been a major issue. Stephanie and Diego are truly dog beauty whisperers and provide superior service from all other groomers from Indio to Palm Springs, either brick & mortar or mobile groomers. Our dogs, which are Coton de Tulears, have silken hair that can look ratty fairly quickly and they are delivered home to us looking like they just stepped out of a royal painting. We get a report of their grooming and emotional status throughout the appointment, along with a sweet picture of them with a holiday or season background. We love that they can clean our dogs teeth and ears as our pups are getting older and it really helps them stay smelling fresh. They are so incredibly soft after their appointments and we are thrilled with how good they smell. Pawfect also can trim cats nails, which they did successfully for our older cat with a bad leg, and all went smoothly. And their pricing is truly a bargain for all the love that goes into each grooming experience! I was touched when they sent me a text wishing our Chloe a happy birthday. It's the little things sometimes that makes service truly excellent, and there are too many to count with Pawfect Time! We tried Aussie Mobile previously and the results were less impressive and they charged 3 TIMES MORE. Stephanie has a very moving back story; her dog passed away from an incident with a groomer which inspired her to start her own grooming company that put the emotional needs of her furry clients first. Our shitzu enjoyed the day at the spa, when returned we were welcomed to a $300 debt for being bathed and not groomed. Not only did they "mistakenly" find a tick on her, which was so weird because she always is Inside. Because of this she was not groomed, therefore was only bathed. Her colar wasn't returned and Stephanie was rude in asking "what was the reason for me calling her?" Obviously I wanted to know what exactly was done to my puppy considering she looked the same as when she left. She wanted us to pay her to detail her car not knowing if the previous pet she groomed was the one with ticks or not. No policy was explained nor lists given of the things she would be doing.
