I wish I could give 0 * to this place. I set up an appointment 10 days ago for today 4/30 at 11am I called early to ask if I could drop off my dog before the appointment. She reacted surprised and deny having an appointment for me, after I giving her the details she said: you can bring her 15m before. I show up 28m before so I can describe what I wanted. I ring the bell, she buys me in jut to tell me to wait outside until 10:45am I told her it was too hot and she reply I won't take your dog. I hope they are super busy because I will make sure to share this comment in every page I can read more

I absolutely love little paws pet grooming. We took our puppy here for his first handle full of hair cuts and he always came out looking so happy and fresh. I can't express how amazing it is that they take your pup on a one on one basis and don't use kennels. The owners are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Only down side is that they don't offer ear plucking services but other than that 5 star experience. read more

Extremely disappointed with this groomers. Took my little 12 year old poodle two months ago to get a haircut. They told me they couldn't just give her a haircut and O had to do full grooming because she was matted. Fair enough, she hadn't been brushed so I paid around $80 for her grooming/haircut. Picked her up and she was left basically naked (I get it, she was matted this has happened before). I tipped great, they told me she did great and we even discussed how she no longer hears/sees very well due to her age. Call back two months later to make and appointment and they tell me they can't make an appointment because the groomer left a note saying "she was difficult to groom DUE TO HER OLD AGE." I could not believe this. She is the sweetest dog and the least difficult I have ever met. Clearly this place is not professional and they discriminate against older dogs. Now I'm thinking they probably mistreated her while she was there. I find it very unprofessional and clearly they have no idea what they're doing. I have never ever been told my dog is difficult including the day I picked her up. This place can't handle the business they're in, save your money, who knows how they'll treat your dogs here. Update: not sure what part of my review is "nasty or false." What I do find "repulsive" is you threatening me in your response. Good luck with your business. We read the reviews and although there were some negative ones we decided to try it for ourselves. Well we should have listened to the reviews. Upon being greater we were told our one pup had a double coat and couldn't be groomed short. We have had this dog twelve years and not one other groomer made this claim and we had to convince the groomer to do as we wished and for 70 dollars she agreed. The dog was then weighed and we were told She was 21lbs and their max was 20 but they would make an exception. Anyway, long story short when we went to pick them up our other dog was shave down to the skin and they never trimmed his ears he looks awful. The groomer then told us our other dog could no longer go there because she was heavy and to agitated to groom. Again we have had many different groomers in our 12 years with this dog and not one ever said a word her being difficult. They never trimmed her face or ears but managed to scalp her backside down to bare skin if she had an orange butt i would think we had an orangutan. Zero customer service and then turning away business must be nice to be able to toss away 150 dollar customers but we are fine with it. The search will continue. Ps I've never left a negative review i usually just don't go back but today was the day. Avoid at all cost. read more

We took our 2 Yorkies to get groomed, we dropped them off at 11am and received a call around 1pm that our pets where ready to pick up, when we arrived to pick them up it looked like a child had cut their hair, the girl said my dogs were moving too much they should be ashamed of the quality of work DO Not bring your pet to this groomer. read more

The very few "negative" reviews (not any at all in my opinion because after our experience we strongly believe those people don't understand safety over vanity) didn't let us hesitate to make an appointment. They were professional and very clear from the beginning about explaining what they're able to do and not able to do based on your dogs behavior (biting, not staying still, hair type etc etc) and we completely understood because we knew being his first time he wasn't going to be an angel lol and he would eventually need to get use to the grooming. They made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions and above all he came back super happy and playful which were all great signs and he looked and smelled clean! Point of this review is to obviously tell OUR experience with little paws and to try it for yourself. Definitely recommend this place! read more

We are so happy to have found this cute little shop near our home. The mother and daughter owners are very nice and they did a fabulous job on our two Shihtzus. The dogs are never in a cage and they call or text 10 minutes before the dog is ready for pickup. Highly recommend!! read more

We were worried about where to take Tigger to get groomed, we always went to VCA LQ but his groomer switched to overnight, Little Paw Groomers has amazing reviews and with good reason. They did an amazing job with my little Tigger! He went in looking a hot mess and came home looking like a million bucks!!! My whole family was amazed with the transformation. He smelled wonderful, nails were trimmed perfectly, he got the works. This is definitely our new spot. read more

My little yorkie Teddy would physically shake when I take him to any other groomers besides here! It is apparent that they love the animals that come into their shop and treat them as their own. I like that they only groom one pet at a time so your fur baby isn't put away for hours in a kennel. In a matter of only a couple hours they are in and out. Not to mention, Teddy left with his cutest hair cut yet. read more

They took my tommy last minute because I was trying to find a decent groomer to do a teddy cut on my pup. Now mind you he just got healed up from surgery and he had a no wash no cut RX from the vet so he was pretty knitted up. She took him on and did such a great job with him. Such a great groomer. The ladies there were super friendly I felt comfortable leaving my fur baby with them and though he was a little scared at first when I went to pick him up he was super happy and not scared at all. I've taken my dog to a few groomers and every time I pick him up after he is always nervous and scared. But not here he was so happy and running around. And the cut was wonderful he looked so precious and smelled sooo good. Definitely recommend no doubt. read more

I was very disappointed to be told when I arrived that my dog was too big for them to groom. Especially since he has been groomed there twice before. They tried to tell me that my dog had grown, but he is 12 years old and has been the same weight for quite a long time. I don't understand what really changed, and obviously I will not return. read more

We finally found a regular spot on our side of the valley. Our shih tzu has been getting bad reports all over the place after one particularly traumatizing grooming session, so it's been a struggle to find somebody we felt comfortable with.
