Had them come and install a dryer vent. They were here for 30 minutes after having to leave to go to Home Depot for flex duct and clamps. It was a 20ft run in an open attic. Charged me $900 for 1 hours work and only 1 person actually worked the other two stood around doing little to nothing at all. Claims it was a "difficult" install which is why they charged me so much. If it was so "difficult" I am sure it would have taken longer than 30 minutes to complete. Whoever Mark is ... he was never in the attic at all Erin did all of the work herself ....you are "upset" ????I was "upset"when I found out I was grossly overcharged. Erin worked on my neighbor's vents and my neighbor is picky with their contractors so I walked over and spoke with her. Erin was very nice and answered all my questions. Gave me a quote on the spot along with a card. I had some unexpected expenses but I held on to that card for a year and finally scheduled for this year. The appointment was for 9:15 and the truck pulled up at 9:13. Amazing! The crew were all very nice. We did a quick walk-through and they set up and got to work right away. No issues and they did a fantastic job cleaning everything. They even cleaned the vent grates - spray bottle and all! We had a few concerns about the logistics of their equipment and they up with a solution on the spot. Very nice bunch of people who know their stuff. They were in and done in a few hours. Superior Vent contacted me the day after the missed appointment and explained that there had been a scheduling error. They were very apologetic and offered to come by first thing the next morning to clean my vents, they also offered a discount on the service as an additional measure to make up for the error. When they arrived, they got to work quickly and seemed to do a great job cleaning the vents. I gave 4 stars as they arrived a bit later than expected, but I would recommend their service given the quality of work and willingness to work with customers to resolve issues. read more

Someone was supposed to come to my home today to check the dryer vent. No one showed up the whole day and I could not get in touch with the company. Their voicemail box is full and no one is answering the phone despite their Google hours showing they are open. I feel very disappointed to have wasted a beautiful summer day waiting for them. read more

We had a scheduled appointment took time off and they were a no call no show. We called them numerous times that day and days after (kept getting voicemail). We never received a call back or reason as to why they didn't show up for the scheduled HVAC cleaning. Totally disappointed. read more

I called Superior on Sunday am, they got me in for duct/vent cleaning Mon am 8:30. Yahoo, I was going crazy in my new house with a new, fancy dryer that gave me blockage error codes due to poor venting. Angel and Christian spent 4+ hours going through the whole house, cleaning, crawling, climbing and getting the job done RIGHT. Great guys, superior service. I just had Superior clean out my dryer vent/air duct and I'm very pleased with the results. The owner does the work himself, and he's very friendly and knowledgable. My home's previous owner likely never had the vent cleaned, so it was jam packed with junk and causing my dryer to run for an abnormal amount of time. After Superior cleaned out the vent, I definitely noticed the drying time for a load of blankets was quicker than previous. My husband and I hired Superior Vent & Duct to clean our heating ducts. Not only did they do a great job cleaning the ducts, but they were able to fix a heating problem that we had been desperately trying to have corrected for several years, with no luck. Our closets and bathrooms are no longer freezing.They also found an issue with a belt that needed to be replaced. Would highly recommend Superior Vent, and would hire them again. read more

Just had them come by for a dry cleaning duct service last week. As a previous reviewer said, the owner does the work himself. Very nice guy and also very knowledgeable. He discovered my vent was damaged and had the replacement part in the car and only charged me for the material! Extremely happy with their service. read more

Cleaned out my dryer vent/ air duct recently at my condo and very impressed with the great service and quality. Will hire again next year.
